1 /5 Michelle Nelson: I cant even give a store. This is not a good place my husband took my ring in my engagement ring to have a wedding. Men added on to it in July of 2023 I just got it in January 2 days ago. They were supposed to bond my rings together. Will them together and they said bring it in at the beginning of the morning and Ill be done at end of day. It took 2 days later to get my wings back. I had jewelry store assessed my ring at $3600 and when I asked them for assessed for insurance purposes. And they added a ban in 2 small diamonds and its 2500 I kept telling my husband something is wrong with my diamond but nobody else do not use the store.

5 /5 John Joseph: Would give more stars if I could. It is so rare to find customer service like this. Brought in my 5 year olds dinosaur watch that needed a battery and had a broken latch. They just happened to have an old watch, they took the latch off to replace hers and changed the battery for her free of charge. We didnt have to wait more than 5 minutes and it truly warmed my heart the way they took care of my daughter. This was our first time in, but we will definitely give them our future business based on their outstanding service. Thank you for making my daughters day!!!

5 /5 Claire Long: Absolutely loved working with Tyler to craft the perfect engagement ring. Each time I walked in the door, one of the staff greeted me right away. They were always so friendly, and Birch was wonderful at explaining the process of setting our stone. Would highly recommend, and we will be back to work with them in the future!
