I was able to customize mine and loved the hospitality and genuine care in each step to finding my forever ring! Also, I get to come in for free cleanings and get reminders from the team when I’m due for a cleaning and to make sure my ring is in tip top shape. No other place does it quite as well in Houson. 5 /5 michael kelly: So here is the big problem with Shannon Jewelers. These are the type of people we also need selling cars, insurance, and home remodeling. Unfortunately they only sell jewelry. They are the finest, most friendly, most knowledgeable, and most accommodating group of owners and employees you will ever come across in this business. If you dont know how to judge jewelry, the will softly guide you. If you really know your stuff, youll be impressed at their knowledge and expertise. I suppose if you are an expert and can fly to Amsterdam to buy diamonds you may not need them. But for the rest of us, it just doesnt get any better! You are making a mistake guessing about what you are doing at any other jeweler. Shannons understands value and they understand the anxiety that buying jewelry brings to most of us. They just make it easy! (I hope soon they will expand into insurance, car repair, and home remodeling.)

She’s was knowledgeable, communicative, and very adaptive to changes in my plans. What impressed me even more was that when she wasn’t available, she made sure Nick was informed, and he also stepped in and helped a bunch. That kind of teamwork shows how much they truly care. If there’s anything else good that I forgot to mention, just know it would be included—Catherine, Nick, and the whole staff exceeded expectations. Highly recommend Shannon Jewelry!

5 /5 Grace Johnson: My fiancee and I can’t recommend Shannon Jewelers enough! Catherine made our experience joyful and memorable by helping us design a ring that I am absolutely in love with! She is very kind and followed up with my fiancé almost immediately to help him out with a ring design. Since then, I have taken my ring to get resized and polished up and Kara took care of us. She is also very kind and knowledgable! We are now in the process of getting a pair of earrings made for our wedding in November with my Grandma’s old jewelry! We ABSOLUTELY recommend going here, especially if you are wanting any custom jewelry made.

Very pleased with his designs as he listened and reworked them throughout the designing period. Appreciate his creativity and patience. We have now started another project with him.

Men added on to it in July of 2023 I just got it in January 2 days ago. They were supposed to bond my rings together. Will them together and they said bring it in at the beginning of the morning and Ill be done at end of day. It took 2 days later to get my wings back. I had jewelry store assessed my ring at $3600 and when I asked them for assessed for insurance purposes. And they added a ban in 2 small diamonds and its 2500 I kept telling my husband something is wrong with my diamond but nobody else do not use the store.
