Anthony White: I have a>830 FICO score and all bills are paid within one billing cycle; they asked for a copy of my U.S. Passport, cellphone texts received, took my photo with my computer to verify the image on my passport and still I was denied. I NEVER BEEN DENIED BEFORE - EVER; but these poorly trained staff, who evidently couldnt understand my explanation to them; left me levied. Ive been punished for having a freeze on my credit, which I did unfreeze for them to run my credit and of course, they screwed that up as well. Despite my demands to speak with a supervisor; my requests were ignoredā€”rude personnel. EVEN THOUGH I was Approved yet not allowed to complete the purchase from iRestore caused me to miss out on my special pricing offer.

James Wang: This company is a fraud. They signed me up for auto-renewal without my permission and gave away my credit card information to Swyfft for an auto draft. When I found out and called, this lady was rude and hang up on me right away. Stay away from this agency company. When your insurance is due to renew, they would never make an effort to contact you, no emails, no calls and no messages. Your insurance ends up either lapsing or auto-renewed with more than double the market rate. Swyfft made an auto draft of $4447 for my homeowners insurance. I called Allstate and secured a rate of less than $2000.

Axay Amin: Really bad customer service. Not enough ppl in branch to server all customer. System goes down in the middle of transaction and no one knows what happened to the transaction. No one is helping walk in customer event hough PB is not busy. Lots of room for improvement.

Jeff Wilson: I was impressed with the Centre. Still looks new. We had the upper balcony and still were able to see the stage. The screens on either side of the stage also helped with viewing. The sound was excellent for the Barry Manilow concert. The prices at the concession are what you would expect. The only bathrooms, though, for the general seating were on the first floor. Limited elevators also, so if you have bad knees, its going to take a while to get down 3 stories. Also, it takes while to exit the parking lot.
