Daniel J (Dexter) If I can give a 0 start I will do it, My wife went there on Friday 13 - 2024, She have the nails done, 2 of the nails broke the same day and 1 get damaged, their products are bad quality, she went back to have then fixed, they said that she have to wait from 3 to 4 hours to get the nails fixed and also she needs an appointment to do that, she did not need an appointment to get it done. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The Receptionist was super rude to Her.

Annie Kirkley 8 months ago I made a wonderful 4Star review below with this great photo of my dip. Weve been going for months and even started bringing my teen.
Today though, I have to update them to two. I got a matte nail, which I know shows more... But the edges are all jagged, I have two nail beds that were cut and were still bleeding when I left. My daughter also got gel manicure, and though her lady was much nicer.... She also left with red nail beds and jagged polish edges.
This is not the same service from many days ago.
The sad part... I think the lady that butchered mine today... I think shes the owner and I felt very disappointed paying my $66 dollars to leave hurt and with a nail job that I could have done better myself.
"The gentleman was very nice, careful, and detailed. Very pleased for trying a new place on a whim for some simple dip nails!!
Next time I will also get a drink. :)"

monae one star!! the lady at the first desk was nice , but the way my nails was is CRAZY! the guy was rushing and not paying no attention to the shape that i asked for! my nails was lifting so fast and my mom is so mad her nails growing out so fast when we just got them done! also i thought i was getting talked about be some lady can over and talked to nails guy and pointed at me.. what am i going to think when happens.. im just a kid! my nails got dirty so fast!! NEVER IM NEVER going back there!

Alason Anderson The girl that did my service never really looked at me or responded when I spoke, EXCEPT to tell me I was done - nails were still wet. I felt like I was in the wrong to even ask about that once she responded. Paint was messed up by the time I got to the car. Nails are all messed up, very disappointing. As I reviewed the other comments, seems the responses are always blaming the customer and little effort is made to be improve. There are too many good places to even try to go back there
