Donna Harris it was very bad poor service I paid $80 for a deluxe pedicure. She did not do the hot towels or the rocks or massage. My legs didn’t do anything. I requested French manicure tips from my nails and showed her a picture of my nails are uneven, clumped up nail polish. Nail polish all over my hands around my cuticles. I requested designs that was showing in the store, and she couldn’t do none of the designs on none of the nail art that was set up in the store, I would not recommend this shop. Ownership has changed seven times since I’ve been in this area every time you go in it’s a new owner. I would give this place a zero. Two customers that was in the store at the same time was complaining about the nail polish was dry clumpy and they put polish remover in the bottle and kept polishing.

sariah johnson Do not come here. I honestly wasn’t going to write a review because I don’t want to be that person But this is actually ridiculous. They lied to me over the phone saying that they can do the nail design I wanted because I sent them a picture. Just for them to tell me halfway through my acrylic set that they couldn’t do the design. At that point I had already been there for an hour, because the nail tech I had spent an hour just shaping my nails. At this point they were near closing and I was so pissed I told them to just take the set off because they waited halfway through the set just to tell me that they lied to me. And instead of soaking them off, they drilled them off to the point to here are my fingernails are raw and tender to the touch. They were also doing my feet at the same time that they were doing my nails and they randomly added acrylic to my feet which I didn’t ask for and now I have this weird fungus on my big toe. And the French tips were lopsided. After this series of events, they still try to make me pay for half the set and I told him no and then they try to make me pay for the soak off that they never gave me and they claimed “I should still pay because it was my fault and I should’ve went somewhere else. When in reality, they should’ve just told me the truth. So I just walked out and never came back. Do not come here.

Instead of offering a refund, I had to spend another two hours to have the manicure redone. This is a terrible option for anyone who doesn’t want to waste four hours on a manicure.

Waqas Riaz Absolutely Horrendous Experience! If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife went in for eyelash extensions, and I seriously regret not stopping her. First of all, this place is disgustingly unsanitary. They don’t bother cleaning their equipment, and who knows how many people have suffered eye infections because of their laziness? It gets worse—they literally GLUED HER EYELID to the extension! How incompetent do you have to be to do something like that? She was in pain and completely uncomfortable, and instead of fixing their mistake, they acted like it was no big deal. When we demanded a refund (because obviously, why should we pay for their total failure?), they flat-out refused. No apology, no attempt to make things right—just rude, unprofessional behavior from start to finish. This place is a joke. The staff clearly have no clue what they’re doing, and their complete disregard for hygiene and customer service is appalling. If you care about your health, stay far away from this dump.

Melissa Mier The staff rushes you when doing your manicure and pedicure. They messed up my pedicure twice. I just got my nails done for a wedding and it’s only three day and my manicure is already clipped off. Not worth the money. The lady who did my eyebrows left some hair underneath my eyebrow.

James OSullivan I made an appointment for a pedicure on Tuesday. Upon arriving, the location looked very nice and clean. I waited for about 20 minutes past my appointment time (which I didnt mind, as I didnt have anything to do). Initially the pedicure was nice. They asked if I wanted a manicure, and I agreed to one. The woman doing my pedicure started working on my left foot and dug seriously deep into the quick of my big toe. Not sure why she felt inclined to get in, but a few days later and it is still bleeding. The woman doing my manicure pushed the nail bed back too far on my middle finger. Again, a few days later, it still looks awful. Ive attached pictures here to show just how bad it is. I paid way too much money to walk out worse off. I will never come back to this place.

Nita Williams Burnt eyebrows due to hot wax called back and was only told Thank you for telling me that?? Seriously, no other customer service offerred. My skin is seriously BURNED!! Never again, plus my nails were horrible. Hope they enjoyed the $60 because NEVER AGAIN! My eyes are even worse today! I am a dark skinned woman and it looks like I have on Red Eyeshadow.......SO SAD!

Sandra Hall Kim is hands down the best nail technician I’ve encountered in over 20 years. After four years of monthly appointments, I am genuinely sad to be moving away and unable to bring her expertise with me. Kim has consistently delivered flawless French manicures using powder—no UV lights or traditional polish required. In all that time, I never experienced a crack, chip, or any issues with lifting or peeling. My nails always looked natural, with a perfect shape and finish. Kim’s knowledge and skill are unparalleled. I know my nails will never be as impeccable now that I no longer have Kim in my life.

Manisha C Gandhi Two of us went to get our pedicure. I specifically asked about price for basic for both, she said $30 each. When it came time to pay she charged $43 for one of them - no Polish, just a simple pedicure. That is dishonest.

I specifically asked for square toe nails & the lady still gave me round when I told her it was round she caught an attitude & said it was because I didn’t get a pedicure. Nelofar Haidary I can’t even deserve this nail salon to write my feedback about them, I went to take off my nails, I asked about the price the lady told me it’s 15$ but when (the lady in below photo) she start working on my nails, she cut my finger even she cut my finger still instead of me screaming on her, I told her to bring me alcohol pad, she brought me a dirty towel with water, and told her coworker that she was moving, while I told her nooo ma’am I was not moving she scream on me and told me to call 911 and they kicked me out of the salon that we can’t do any services to you. She made all these screaming and unprofessional behavior in front of 4 years old son. I never recommend this salon to anyone. They are very Rude Unprofessional Inexpert careless If they can’t provide good service to the client then pls don’t insult them instead shutdown your fake and unprofessional staff and business.

Family owned establishment so already have good vibes already but I was happy that they were willing to work with me and help me accomplish my plan for the nails. Traci Jones Not only was the nail technician extremely rude from the start, I have never been more unhappy with my nails. I told her how I wanted them to look and she didnt listen to anything I said. None of my nails were even straight when she finished! This was the worst experience Ive ever had when getting my nails done, by far.

They have a wide range of colors! I go for getting dipped color for my mani for it to last a bit longer. Pedicures is really nice with cleaning, hot stone massage and color!

Michelle Under new management thank heavens. Have gone to Lovely Nails for 15+ years until a new owner bought and she ran everyone off including the workers. About 3 months ago I saw on Next Door it was under new management. Hana and Cathy have done my nails and Kyle has done pedicure. They are very nice and accommodating as well as a clean and soothing atmosphere. If you have missed Lovely Nails for the last year...please stop in and meet the new owners. You will be glad you did.

I went in because I had a broken toe nail and they were super kind and patient, Joanne noticed I was ticklish and so she removed my calluses slowly, nobody has been considered about that at other salons. I also wanted to change the lenght of my acrylic and she complied happily, I would definitely recommend, the vibe is super chill and everyone is sweet.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the salon is super clean with a nice, relaxing atmosphere. This time, I got the Honey and Milk Hawaiian Breeze Pedicure (60 mins) for $65, and it was amazing! From the warm herbal soak to the sugar scrub with fresh orange slices, every step felt so refreshing. The hot stone massage and extra 15-minute foot massage were super relaxing, and the honey milk mask with hot towels was the perfect finishing touch. My feet feel incredibly soft! I also got a manicure and eyebrow tint, and I highly recommend Julie for eyebrows—she always does a great job! My nails and brows turned out perfect, and the quality of their work keeps me coming back. One of the things I love about this salon is their point system, which lets you earn rewards over time. Every visit adds up, and you can redeem points for discounts on services—a great perk for regular customers! To top it all off, I picked a beautiful spring color for my nails, and I absolutely love how fresh and bright they look! Kat Elmer Ive been here 3 times now I think. Every time Ive been impressed. The first time I went by myself, but Ive brought my sister every time since then. She always gets nail art, and I have loved it every time. This last time I decided I trusted them enough to do some design, and I love it. They are reasonably priced, they do an excellent job every time, and theyve even given me little gifts for coming! Love this place!

A P Every visit is a delight! I decided to treat myself today and walked in on a Monday—no wait at all! They even let my tiny dog sit quietly with me, which made the experience even better. Unsure about my design choice, the talented nail artist stepped in with creative suggestions, and she absolutely nailed it! To top it all off, I sipped on a glass of red wine while getting pampered. Pure relaxation and luxury—highly recommend!

Katharina Burton I’d gone here a few times and had positive experiences but this most recent time, the nail technician (Kim) cut WAY too deep and caused an infection. I can’t put any weight on my foot, it’s leaking pus, and I have to take oral antibiotics to address it, as topical creams aren’t helping. I also saw her add up the price of my pedicure plus the eyebrow wax, and then she just tacked $2 extra on…? I could see what it said on the calculator.

Marilyn Tried this place since it was around the corner from the house. Very cool day and both front and back doors were wide open. I came in for a pedicure and thats what I got. Nothing special. Didnt ask if I wanted a design (which was on from last pedicure). I dont mind paying extra for it. I picked my color and tech had to add fluid because it was so thick. They were supposed to be sparklely but are not. Tech did listen about taking off extra cuticle on little toe. Dont think I will be back.

Elizabeth Gilley Very upset! Went to get birthday nails since they had good ratings. Never again! Picked yellow and got candy corn orange and yellow! It looked weird when she was still putting the powder and she said it would dry yellow.... it did not! Paid $40 for crooked ugly nails that I had to get fixed somewhere else. I didn’t trust them to correct it but will never recommend. The place isn’t that clean and no music or tv for background noise, just sitting in silence while other employees are on their phone. Orange part looked like it had bubbles underneath.

Vanessa Martinez I do like this place a lot. I go very often… but this last service that I got was not the best. The nail tech that was doing my toes rushed through the whole process of a service that should have been “relaxing.” Also, I understand she couldn’t do the design that I asked so she asked someone else but I also asked for their opinion and no one was listening.i would also like the mention that the reception in the front with long wet hair, was very rude. I asked for a student discount and she seemed very annoyed. If you do not like talking to customers of all types then don’t be in the front. Lastly, I paid for two of the EXACT same services but noticed that the person that I was with was receiving more service items than what I did. I don’t understand if we paid for the exact same thing.

Mariah Lee Im giving 2 stars because Ive had better experiences here. However this is the second time that I have visited this nail shop and the technicians have done sloppy work on my feet! The first incident was a few months ago and the lady kept trying to convince me to do Shellac and I said no because I never have to get shellac so she painted my nails very sloppy and when I complained about it the male supervisor in the front only gave me a 5% discount because nobody there could fix my feet and paint them properly. I had to end up going somewhere else just so they could be painted right. Then today I walked in with my daughter and the tech that did my pedicure was horrible, although very nice she rushed through my pedicure and painted my nails so sloppy and thought I was leaving like this. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to fix my feet and I only got 15% off cause it was a special and really at that point my feet should have been free. Stop charging full price for half ass service. This is a pic of how my feet looked before Amber fixed them. I think this will be my last time.

Saimone Sandles I love this salon. I’ve been going here for 3 1/2 years. I’ve been going to Windy the entire time she’s the only nail tech that touches my nails. Windy is very attentive to detail and is very creative. She’s very patient too because I’m usually picky about my nails. As far as pedicures go, I recommend going to Lily. Lily & Windy are so patient and honestly they have become like family. They have contributed in making me look so beautiful for travel, parties and my proposal.

Janet Pineda Very expensive I only got shellac, no design. In between short and medium length coffin shaped and Rose charged me $70 ? when I couldve got powdered with design for the same amount somewhere else. Overall nails were decent but will not be returning

brenda ayetonghan I went to Super Hand Pedi Spa for a poweder manicure and a pedicure, they also edged my eyebrows. Over the Christmas holiday i chipped a nail and found that the technician never took off my blue powder polish a previous visit and painted over the old polish with the new powder polish, and when I went to the company manager to complain about my nails not being properly done, i showed her blue polish still there. She stated there was nothing she could do because you can only have one day to make a complaint. This policy is not posted anywhere in the business or on the receipt. She was very condescending and smug about the situation but she was not doing anything to correct it. I went to sleep during this procedure and this happened to me, please avoid this nail shop especially if you think you will be unaware. I paid $147 and I feel scammed.

Beth Taylor I had a mani-pedi from Linda. I come in often. The atmosphere is relaxing and everyone is friendly. Linda is knowledgeable and gentle. I leave feeling relaxed. My hands and toes feel good and look good.
