I went in because I had a broken toe nail and they were super kind and patient, Joanne noticed I was ticklish and so she removed my calluses slowly, nobody has been considered about that at other salons. I also wanted to change the lenght of my acrylic and she complied happily, I would definitely recommend, the vibe is super chill and everyone is sweet.

TX - Emmeline Colmenares: Under new Management- I’ve been going here for the past 2 months and it’s been great! Reasonable pricing and the ladies are friendly and do a great job. They have a wide range of colors! I go for getting dipped color for my mani for it to last a bit longer. Pedicures is really nice with cleaning, hot stone massage and color!

Karin Martinez: I came in as a walk in and they made time for me immediately. Family owned establishment so already have good vibes already but I was happy that they were willing to work with me and help me accomplish my plan for the nails. Everyone was so sweet and the owners daughter is a cutie! Definitely recommend if you want a nail place with family vibes!

James OSullivan: I made an appointment for a pedicure on Tuesday. Upon arriving, the location looked very nice and clean. I waited for about 20 minutes past my appointment time (which I didnt mind, as I didnt have anything to do). Initially the pedicure was nice. They asked if I wanted a manicure, and I agreed to one. The woman doing my pedicure started working on my left foot and dug seriously deep into the quick of my big toe. Not sure why she felt inclined to get in, but a few days later and it is still bleeding. The woman doing my manicure pushed the nail bed back too far on my middle finger. Again, a few days later, it still looks awful. Ive attached pictures here to show just how bad it is. I paid way too much money to walk out worse off. I will never come back to this place.

Instead of offering a refund, I had to spend another two hours to have the manicure redone. This is a terrible option for anyone who doesn’t want to waste four hours on a manicure.

Deepak: Visited for the Magical Winter lights on holiday time. Ample parking space available with accessibility parking. First aid kept the entrance. Its one of the few places i have seen first aid being kept. Place is well lit and being patrolled regularly. Have a good time while being here.

Catherine Williams: WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon! My daughter ordered the service she wanted, I was never asked. I had a terrible sunburn, so I only wanted my toenails trimmed and polished. The technician kept trying to apply a sugar-scrub to my legs, then she dipped my lobster red foot into scalding hot wax. I screamed and sunk my foot back into the tub, she then started scraping the wax off my foot with her finger nails! The only thing I was asked was what color polish I wanted, other than that, she never spoke a word to me. The polish was applied sloppy, my toenails are cut crooked and if all of this wasnt bad enough-she charged me $70! I couldnt even ask her WHY and FOR WHAT-because she left before my nails were dry. All I wanted, was my toenails trimmed and polished, I did not need my sunburn sanded down, or the 2nd degree wax burn on my foot. If your nails look rough in Bolivar, go purchase a file and your own polish from the Big Store, and stay far away from I Love Nails!
