Heden Uresti I wouldn’t recommend going here under any circumstances :-( I paid $30 + tip for a manicure and I wasn’t even informed that it wouldn’t come with polish or offered polish. My nails were left extremely thin, brittle, sore and I was also cut in a few places . I didn’t stop bleeding until the next day.

Jazmin Gea-Sustaita I left very upset from this place. I’m new into town and just wanted to try a small environment to do my nails. I didn’t say anything to the lady Jo, as she was doing my nails I knew I should of never went there.

Gigis Place What a joke! I asked how much for a gel fill and I was told $25. The lady began filing my nails and cut my skin twice with the drill. She didn’t smooth them down. When she was done she told me to wash my hands. There were used brushes on the counter that had not been sanitized so I wasn’t able to really clean my nails like you normally would because I wasn’t using a used brush. After washing my hands I could see they weren’t filed even. When I pointed it out to the technician she shrugged her shoulders and told me to pick a color. I went to look at the gel colors and she said it was $40 for gel. Because my cuticles hurt and felt raw and my nails looked so awful I just told her I would go without polish. It was obvious that attempting to argue the price wouldn’t do any good so I paid and left. I will NEVER go back to Regal Nails.

Kqueens Beauty Supply Looks can be deceiving. I was hesitant about going to cutie Nails however Ms Katie was professional upon my arrival. I explained my previous frustration from the nails shop I came from. She greeted me and ask me to wait while she completes the customer she was working on. 15 minutes later Katie called me and I told her what I wanted and she was able to do my mail to my liking. I appreciate her customer service and attention to detail ❤️

Joanna Traverzo If you are looking for a place to do your custom nails, pedis, lashes this is the place! The ladies here are amazing at what they do. I have been using them for the last 2 years and I have nothing but compliments to give them. My lashes are affordable, last 3-4 weeks, appointments and quick and they always work with my schedule to fit me in when I need. I only like going to places that offer natural looking acrylic nails and this place does, my nails look so natural and they are so quick. The best part is how clean they are with their products and how much they sanitize after each person. I love coming here! Thank you!

Glossygirl Lay I told her I didn’t like my nail tip and it should be thicker and she gave me an attitude. she only polished 2 nails and I said I wanted them thicker and she said I should have said something before but only too nails was polished no nails was dried. she didn’t ask me if it wanted clear or color she just did what she wanted and charged me extra and told me when it’s more because of the color I will not be returning at all rude service and no communication of what I’m getting charged for

Cheri Evans Ladies this place is horrible,I went Friday night and had a lady name loan do my nails. I paid 140 n got just glitter . The nails are big bulky n the thickness is just insane,my nails just look horrible I wanted to cry when she finished and then shes looking at me and keeps saying you like you like no no I do not like these nails are too thick the shape is not smooth just not what I asked for. This is why you dont cheat on your nail text and go somewhere random. Ladies do not come here to this place expecting for your nails to look good cuz they wont

Since moving to the area I’ve tried a few other nail salons and I’ve finally found a place that’s worth the time and money, thank you Iris. Sally Blumenthal I really wanted to like this place. I had my nails done here twice before by Kathy. She is great. I had a pedicure today done by IRIS and it was terrible. I watched her literally rip my skin. Please see the attached photo to see the infection that showed up only 2 hours after. I called and they asked me to come back. It is Maundy Thursday and I have to go to church. I got my nails done for Easter weekend and now I have a bandage on my toe. I just wanted my money back but instead I got hung up on.

Danielle Holderby They did a full set, took them over two hours because they had to take my set off. Went today to get fills at another salon and had to have the set done here taken off because they were falling off... Will never return due to quality of work. The staff I do have to say was indeed very polite.

tess shafer Very bad experience. I got acrylics with black tips on my hands and I got ONE acrylic on my big toes with black French tips as well. One of my acrylic toe nails fell off less than a week later. I noticed the same day that my finger acrylics were not even the right size tips, they were too small. My acrylics on my hands popped off like they were stick ons from walgreens and the other toe nail fell off about a week ago. Here is how my toe looks now. Ill see yall in court because Im suing! Good luck

Moochieee Freeman I went here on May 25th to get a pedicure and a full set for my wedding the next day. At first I was happy about how good my nails looked, but three days later, my nails started falling off. When I went back to show the person who duos my nails what happened, the only thing he was able to tell me was that he can glue the nails back on. In my mind Im mad because I got nail glue at home and if I didnt care about my nails as much as I do, I wouldnt have came back to show him. He didnt even care. Mind you, I spent over $45 and my wife tipped him well.

Monica Poole Went here with my mom for a pedicure. And was able to get in with almost no wait. The nail tech was friendly and the service was fantastic. Got a great pedicure and will definitely be back.

Star Hernandez I came into the salon and I did not like my finished look (picture on the left). The receptionist told me to come back in to have them fixed even though it was close to closing time. Nina fixed my nail shape and I am just SO in love with the final outcome. The staff was very accommodating! Nina did such an amazing job!!!

The owner is from Eastern Europe and she had a very high-end manicure salon there, she brought the innovative techniques that dont ruin your nails and keep them healthy and looking unbelievably good. I am so exited there is finally European master in town!

bailey means Got manicure and pedicure done. Pedicure was wonderful until we got to the manicure. Kept cutting down my cuticles way too short to the point she had to keep wiping away blood while trying to put on my gel. Final result in photos and I have more cut up fingers than not. Gel looks great besides my bleeding fingers, wouldn’t even let her clean them up with the alcohol because I knew it was going to hurt.

tmix smith One of the best experiences I have ever had. The staff was sociable and very professional. They worked miracles on my pedicure and manicure. I will be back in 2 weeks as a follow-up. I highly recommend this shop to men and women in the Central Texas area.

danny martinez Star Nails and Spa formerly known as Moon Nails is great location in Harker Heights to get your nails done. Staff is always kind and attentive to our families request. We take everyone from the little kids to older grandparents. Newly renovated with all new clean equipment with the same ol staff. Love going there and always recommend to friends and family.

Chante Stoute Krystle is a complete professional. She’s always on time and she is always waiting for you to get yourself together get comfortable and then she starts. She is very nice to you and hold the conversation so you’re not just sitting around and silence or returns our music or some TV whichever your preferences and I like that. It’s a one experience that you will not get any of your shop. And these are my nails after four weeks to the day and I still get complaints!

Anna Leffers One of my favorite places to get my nails done. Got the Gel7X French tips done recently and they were so much better than the set I had done somewhere in Austin. These were done by Andy and he was great! I have also gotten a set done by Hannah here and loved those as well (Gel7X lavender with chrome). I did not take those pictures right after so the nails had grown out a little in them. I also play soccer competitively and have never had a nail get broken or torn off even during a game. They always last really well for me.

Kayla Molenaar I treated myself to a pedicure and nails for my birthday 12/4. My pedicure was great, no complaints. For my nails I decided to go with the Gel-X, they are pricey, but I’ve heard good things about them. Long story short, I am extremely unhappy with them. I loved the design and how they came out, but for an almost $100 set of nails they didn’t even make it 4 days before they were coming off. I normally just do Color Street nail strips and gel top coat at home and can get 2 weeks wear out of them even with heavy wear and tear from baking. I went back today to have them removed and replaced with acrylic, but it cost me another $64 (it would have been $80 without the discount I received for having to fix them so soon). Sadly, I will not be returning.

Jackie Swan Gal that did my nails was not very nice. I got a mani/pedi. $55 service. Started with the pedicure. Not terrible. There was a bit of confusion on the sparkle red I chose. I wasn’t sure if she was asking me to choose a base coat but after asking her to repeat the question twice I just smiled and nodded. I distinctly said “white matte. No shiny” for my nails. I had handed her a bottle of white polish for the color but specifically asked “matte. No shiny”. She had another worker ask for clarification, he verifies “white matte. No shiny. Gel. My regular nails” Several times throughout the process (I know it takes several steps and coats) I verify. “White?” She seems to ask if the shape is acceptable. After she’s done and doing the end of service lotion/massage I look at her confused and again ask “white?” She gets mad and begins speaking to another employee and takes the clear matte she had completed off. She was very rude at this point and aggressive. She cut my cuticle on more than one occasion (pictured is my thumb she cut). The polish job was unacceptable and terrible quality. It’s not even with my nails but more or less looks like dripping frosting. I didn’t say anything but paid and left. I had already been there for over 90 minutes and didn’t want her to hurt my fingers anymore. I will not be returning. **note I still left a tip**

Harley McPherson Just a couple of the sets Ive gotten and the one time I just got a regular mani. Ive also gotten pedicures from here also good. Staff is friendly, its clean, and great prices! Definitely recommend!

Andrew Alarcon Very friendly and absolutely amazing , they took my wife in as a walk in when the salon down the street refused to give her service all because she has a service dog that has to be with her at all times . 10/10 recommend this place . They were very patient and understanding with us . Definitely bringing her back here from now on

Mikala Hirst I came the day before my birthday on 06/09/2023 about half an hour before they closed. I asked if they still had time to do my nails and they said of course. I wanted acrylic French tips and even pointed to the nails on display. I had their nail tech named Julie working on my nails. She painted a clear coat on my nails and then was going to paint on the French tips on my natural nail. I stopped her and said that’s not what I wanted. They all got an attitude with me saying they didn’t have time to give me acrylic nails and demanded that I paid $20 for the service instead of letting me go home and coming back the next morning. They said I can come back in the morning and pay $35 more for what I wanted so I came back when they opened and they wanted to charge me $65 more and were rude so I walked out before Julie even started putting on the acrylic. Plus the work that Julie did the day before, she ended up removing all the clear coat so that was pointless paying $20 for. I will never go back to that nail salon. I do not recommend them. They treat their unhappy customers terribly and didn’t deserve a penny from me. I went to integrity nails and they exceeded my expectations
