But after this last experience, I’m seriously disappointed. I got my acrylics done just 7 days ago, and one has already completely come off. That should not be happening after only a week.
I called ahead and was told they’d fix it, but when I showed up, they suddenly changed their tune and said I’d have to pay for the repair. That’s not how you treat loyal customers who’ve supported your business for years.
I also brought a friend with me who got Gel X nails done, and unfortunately, hers have chipped horribly after just 7 days as well. Its extremely disappointing that both of our nail services have failed to hold up, especially considering the high prices and the reputation this salon claims to have. We both expected better quality and longevity from a place that promotes itself as a professional nail salon.
This whole situation has left a bad taste in my mouth. I expected better, and honestly, I’m now reconsidering ever coming back—let alone recommending anyone else.
