She nails my lived-in low maintenance icy blond, as well as perfectly matching extensions. She has established roots in the most beautiful upscale salon I can’t wait to go back! The positive atmosphere her and her staff create is magic.

Chelsea Cannon I cannot say enough good things about this salon! Always clean, always cheerful, best of the best products used, and every stylist is wildly talented. I personally go to Jessica Cannon who is amazingggg!!! If I can’t figure out what I want to do, but know I need a change, she works her magic and I end up loving it more than anything I could come up with myself. 10/10 would recommend!

Candace Donley When you first walk into Rhi & Co, youll be taken back by the beautiful interior! Every detail is so intentional, the architecture is so cool, and the lighting is dreamy! Perfect for that post-hair appt selfie!!! The entire place feels so luxurious and special. All of the stylists are hand-picked, top-notch, and specialized in areas to meet your specific hair needs. I have had the privilege of Rhi doing my hair for a few years now. Every single time she listens, gives helpful and professional feedback, and executes a PERFECT final product. I used to get so nervous getting my hair done because I was so nervous about the end result, but now I look forward to it and get so excited to see what magic formula Rhi is going to come up with next. The icing on the cake is a drama-free ambiance and experience, a cold beverage of your choice (even a mimosa if you choose!), and a peaceful and fun atmosphere! You have to check this place out, youll be so glad you did!

Karina Torres Came in to get an acrylic set with french tip, The man who did my nails was rushing made me bleed twice he was holding my finger so hard as well he made a print on my thumb. Didn’t even receive what i asked for and got upset when i told him that it didn’t look like the picture. Got charged for a acrylic full set, That wasn’t even a service i received paid $60 for this. Very upset and never will be going back.

Andrew If you want a good experience, Nikki might not be the best choice for a pedicure. My experience felt rushed, with sloppy lotion application, a weak massage, and an unwillingness to adjust the water temperature when asked. I even tried to check in with her, asking if she was tired or having a long day, but the response was less than welcoming. I don’t mean to be rude, but I wanted to share this as a heads-up for the next customer. You may want to consider going elsewhere.

Dr. Jabeen made it very easy to book the space and gain access to the building! She is very reasonably priced, communication was great, instructions for being in the space were very clear, and the space was very welcoming! All amazing pluses in my book because she took my stress away! I would highly recommend her to every one who is looking for an event space!

Brittni Hendrix Brittany is the bomb at Life Spa! I’ve seen her twice now for hair color & cut and she does not disappoint. I went in with overgrown roots, uneven ends, and brassy color, and came out with balanced tone, shiny hair, great body, and a shapely cut. Highly recommend! Also, the attentiveness and service from every team member is fantastic, from check in to check out. You will not be disappointed with LifeSpa’s hair services!

Ana Horton The owner Mila always does my mani and Pedi for over 7 years now. The quality of her work is exceptional. Unlike those Asian salons where they can do your Mani and Pedi in leas than 15 mins. Mila is very thorough and maintains high standards in cleanliness. She has a new salon now located inside Phenix Salon Suite 125 next to Sephora, Long Prairie Rd, near Target. Highly recommend. She only takes appointments.

Teanna M Staff is very friendly and they do great work. Not a big shop however they take there time customer service is great as well. Only thing is it maybe best to set up appointment instead of doing walkins you may have to come back which isnt a bit deal only if you have plans :)

skrt Aly This place is HORRIBLE!! I called and had an appointment set up for pedicure and manicure. When I got there the ladies were RUDE and even cut my fingers THREE TIMES!! I won’t go into detail on why its really biohazardous to have my blood on any of their tools but i DEFINITELY wouldn’t recommend this place to my WORST enemy. Its low prices for a extremely low reason.

Tisha White Wow wow wow! You simply must try this place!! It is pampering and luxury all the way. You get to change into a lush robe and slip on shoes, then get to relax in a beautiful waiting room, where they have chocolate and water waiting for you! I had a hot stone massage and wow was it so relaxing and fabulous. The Best Luxury Spa around you feel like you are on vacation!

D CEK Jarian is the BEST massage therapist! He really listens to your needs and can tailor your service with all his amazing knowledge! I get joint issues from time to time and he always gets me back to feeling like a floating cloud! Do the 80 minute massage times so you can experience his talents!

Dominique Catellier I have been going to Woodhouse Day Spa for several years. Today I got a massage from Leslie. She was wonderful! It was such a great massage and she really helped work out the problem areas in my neck and shoulders. After my massage I went to the relaxation room and I overheard another customer saying how great of a massage they had with Leslie. So many customers love her. I highly recommend her. Riya Patel started coming here as my new salon and everytime i’ve come here they do an excellent job and do my nails exactly like the inspo pic i show them. they also clearly care about how your nails turn out and spend time making sure everything is perfect and checking in between to make sure you’re happy with how it’s turning out. 10/10!

Sarah Byers stopped by to get my nails done for a wedding i’m attending this weekend. they did a great job on my nails, i LOVE them! I unfortunately didn’t catch my nail techs name before leaving, but she was wonderful. she swatched a couple different colors for me to ensure i was getting what i wanted, & after every step she was double checking my nails to ensure everything matched and looked how it should. I was out of the salon in less than an hour, but do not feel the quality of work was at all compromised by how quickly she got them done. the atmosphere of the salon is great, and the rest of the staff seemed very nice, despite my limited contact with them. the bathrooms have automatic toilets and trash cans which i felt was a nice touch to ensure you don’t mess up your nails. i got a set of dip nails with tips & paid $65 + tip which i felt was very reasonable given the quality and speed at which my nails were done. if were every in grapevine again, i’ll definitely be stopping by to have my nails done a second time!

Kennedy I desperately needed a new set so I googled the closest nail salon as soon as I got off work. It was last minute so I didn’t think I would get in but they seated me immediately and gave great service. Aiden did an awesome job and was very detailed. I’ll definitely be back.

Rhonda Brimmer Austin A friend’s dad took my 9 year old granddaughter and his daughter to get their nails done. This is what they came home with! The nail tech should have known better than to put this kind of nails on 9 year old little girls! About an hour after the nails were finished my granddaughter has a panic attack wanting them off. Not a great night and an over all bad experience. The salon charged the dad $110 to boot. This would not of happened if a mom would have taken them. Beware! Upon calling the salon they had no remorse for their actions and did not care about the well being of the little girls.

Yvonne George DFW Realtor I was looking for a great spa to indulge myself for my Birthday and am so thankful I found Sutera. Being new to the area I asked for recommendations on Flower Mound cares for recommendations . Sutera kept popping up over and over by women in the community, so I decided to give it a try! The staff was very warm and inviting when I walked in. They had me switch to their robe and shoes and before I knew it my massage therapist Louisa was waiting on me. I am not even kidding when I say it was the best massage I have ever had! I felt like a new woman when I was done! Next, I headed to my facial with Amy and it was excellent too. She was so nice and I left with my skin feeling so fresh and clean. This place is very busy so its not like you can call and just go in. I recommend you booking an appointment, but it was a overall fantastic experience! I will be back!

Kelly Fitzgerald My massage therapist was very knowledgeable on various areas on my back, hips, and neck that were causing me pain. She made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. I dont get to come to the spa often but when I do go the facilities are always clean, the staff super friendly and helpful, and I dont feel rushed to get out of the room if I need extra time putting my robe on. I would suggest upgrading to Bluetooth speakers in the treatment room as the CD player in my room went out and it made the therapist have to stop to try and get the soothing music playing again. If the facility had Bluetooth speakers in the rooms or a playlist designed to each room it would help mitigate that problem. Otherwise everything was perfect, I cant wait to come back.

Kimberly Rhoads I got to see Louisa today, I had a 80 minute massage, medium-deep pressure with focus on my hips. It was glorious. I cant always find someone who can do great hip work, but I did today! I am a big woman, and everyone there were very kind and accommodating. 5 stars.

The new owner is so nice and I’m super excited to see the changes and upgrades that are going to be made. Tyron did my nails and he did amazing. Chelsea Schnyer Fabulous! Megan was awesome and a great conversationalist. She was delicate with my nails and talked me through their options. She recommended the structured gel, which I’ll definitely do next time. Overall, my nails feel good. She gives an awesome hand massage too! The salon is so chic and clean. Can’t wait to get a pedicure. I did make an appointment and would highly recommend anyone do the same, especially through their grand opening.

Faith Williams I haven’t gotten my finger nails done by someone in about six years, due to not feeling like I can trust anyone. I am so glad I put my trust in Megan at Prestige Nail! I went in thinking I wanted dip but they educated me on a healthier and stronger option for my nails. They were so helpful and knowledgeable there. I am glad they convinced me to try structured gel as I am loving it now. After my manicure, I got a pedicure from Mickey and she was so gentle and kind! I tried Dazzle Dry for the first time and my nails were dry by the time I was leaving! I also loved how much they value a sanitary work space, ensuring the clients experience is top priority. I will definitely recommend everyone there to all my friends and family!

Briana Simpson My cuticles have never looked better! I am so impressed with how my nails turned out! I decided to get the structured gel for the first time and I love how they look way more natural than the dip that I had been getting from a different salon. Megan did my nails and she was thorough and did a great job! Will definitely be back!

Jamie Stapleton Thompson This salon said that a full set was $55 then charged a 15 year old child $75 for painting her nails. They are sorry for taking advantage of a child who works hard for her money. AND didn’t do a good job.

Isaura Guerrero I am so happy with this place!! Everyone is attentive and the service is extraordinary. They always ask you what you want and how you want the shape, length and design of your nails. They offer you drinks and every now and then they ask you if you want anything else and how the service is. I really have no complaints. Nathalie Dollar I want to preface this by saying I have been to Onyx multiple times and have always enjoyed my experience. I typically visit for pedicures and have consistently appreciated their fair prices, great service, and the unique touch of offering drinks to enjoy during your appointment. For those familiar with Onyx, you know they provide a drink menu when you arrive, and your selection is delivered to you while waiting or during your service, it’s one of the things that sets them apart. (Instead of getting just a basic canned soda or box wine) That said, my most recent visit was disappointing. During my pedicure, I ordered a Vietnamese coffee, which was served iced. Unfortunately, I later noticed a serious issue: there were gnats in the drink. They were in the ice cubes, around the mug, and floating in the drink itself. This was incredibly off-putting and not something I expected from a salon that prides itself on creating a high-end experience. I didn’t bring it up during my appointment because I tend to avoid making a fuss and felt there wasn’t much the staff could do in the moment. However, I do believe it’s important to share this feedback, especially with the owners, so this issue can be addressed. As a “nail bar,” cleanliness and drink quality should be held to a high standard. It displeases me to leave a poor review, but for now, I’m giving Onyx 2 stars. I hope this feedback serves as constructive criticism and that improvements are made. If the issue is resolved, I’ll happily adjust my rating in the future because I truly do value what this salon has to offer.

Odyssey olmos My experience was not at all what I was looking for or expecting. I had an inspo picture of the nails I was wanting and showed it to 3 nail artists who saw it and passed on me as other people were tended to. It took 25 minutes for me to get a nail artist who said they were able to do the inspo pic who then said that I should do dip and left because she didn’t do dip. The next man I got then proceeded to do acrylic on me. I figured as long as they said they can do my inspiration it was fine. As we finished they brought out the pearls they said they had and they then realized they wouldn’t be able to do my full inspo pic after all. If I had been told this prior, I would have chosen a completely different idea. I paid over $100 for french tip nails and was also charged a “clear gel” charge, which I didn’t realize they could even charge to just add a clear coat. Overall my experience was frustrating and if they had communicated with me, this could have been resolved. The nails also came out chunky and uneven. Please go support your local nail techs if you are looking for someone to do inspo pics. I have attached my nails, the inspo, and my receipt.

Bryan Hallie UPDATE: I’ve previously left a review about my nails and they looked really good. However, I will not be coming back here for a pedicure ever again. Today I came for my third time here getting a pedicure for my grandmother‘s birthday. The woman that did my nails was very nice, but did not speak any English at all, which typically I don’t mind. However there were a few times when she was hurting me with the tools, and I said stop, but she didn’t understand and didn’t stop so I had to pull away. Then it came time for the massage, there was not really any massage at all. It was just very light rubbing in lotion, which isn’t the massage kind of the whole point of coming to get a pedicure??? I could just paint at home myself but I can’t give myself a massage. The next part is why I’m so upset. She painted 3 toes with a green color that I picked, I didn’t love it on my toes so she took it off (no problem), and I decided instead on the color that my mom used next to me which was a light pink. My mom’s toes looked very nice and neat, mine however did not. The paint was extremely thick and messy, so the manager came over and offered to re paint them. I said yes hoping I’d leave without having to redo them at home. She did a better job but told me that because the other nail tech didn’t file down my cuticles enough, close to the skin was just very bumpy (noticeably). At this point, I did not have time to take the paint off and have them file it down more and repaint. So I decided to leave because I had to pick up my daughter from school. When I checked out, there was no offer for discount only saying that next time they would do better I responded that this is the third time I’ve been here and had not great experience with pedicures and that I would not be coming back there was no response. Do with this information as you will, but this would not be my first second third or even fifth pick for a pedicure. Bella just did my nails and she was SO GOOD. I am SO picky, but she paid attention to what I said I wanted and absolutely has an eye for detail. I hate spending money on stuff/services that I feel aren’t worth it or that I could do myself, and I can confidently say I would pay for nails again but ONLY with bella!!

The best part is, she’s beyond sweet and kind. She’s also very punctual and reliable. She’s never running late or cancels at the last minute. Trish is the best of the best.
