Dennis Dey Ive had several massages given to me over the past few decades in cities where Ive lived, but Nalinis massage was definitely the best Ive ever received. From the ambience to the massage itself, all worked together to give me utter relaxation. The price was absolutely as it should be and it was worth every penny.

Frankie Justice This review is for the hairstylist Sandy and not necessarily the entire staff or facility. I am a natural dark blonde and had highlights that had grown out. Wanted to ad dark to it and blend with the new growth and leave just a bit of the lighter blonde for dimension. Sandy started off by tucking a grocery bag in my shirt to avoid getting color on it, I asked if she had a cape and she did put one on me. But why a grocery bag if I had a cape on? Well she obviously knew her poor technique of color application. Sloppy and she messed up on which foils had color or blonde in them. The foils themselves were not laid flat and folded like normal hairdressers do. They were literally squished onto my hair like I was a tv antenna. So bad that I could have tapped into 15 tv channels or a neighboring stores cable. She missed many places of new growth and I had more color on my back, ears, chin, nose, eyebrow, eye lid and my foot!!! I even told her once that it was close to my eye and was burning . I don’t even know how it’s possible to do that unless you’re just careless. After she rinsed me I showed her places on both sides of my head where the darker color she applied looked like cheetah print, so blotchy. She applied more color to it and then rinsed it again. After I left and went outside with a mirror, that’s when I saw just how bad she messed my hair up! Super blotchy, uneven, a lot of new growth didn’t have any color on it, you could still see my grey hairs. I did leave her a review on the square so, she immediately called and as I am telling her what was wrong, she wanted me to come and have her fix it. After 2 applications and it looks this bad, I’d be a fool to let her touch my hair again. She tried blaming my hair as the problem. The problem is her, she is the hairdresser and it was a basic color service. I have had my license to do hair for over 20 years and know she messed it up. She didn’t apply the color to the new growth first. She slapped it on the entire shaft at the same time and the ends took faster. She even argued that you don’t do the roots first. This lady should not be doing hair. Not professional at all and I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone. First photo shows what my hair looked like yesterday and the others are her work. And the last ones are the rash my skin is getting from all the color that was on me. UPDATE TO MY REVIEW* Paulette the manager and Debbie the owner have been great at helping me with this issue. I went back Friday morning after the color that was all over me gave me a bad chemical burn and reaction. I was refunded for my service. I did seek medical attention at the urgent care, was given steroid shot and topical cream. Today is now Monday and the burn day by day has not gotten any better and I will be trying to get in again to follow up with my primary care physician. Photos of the burn have been added

Scottlyn Pond Savannah is absolutely the best nail tech I’ve ever been too, I’ve been going to her for about 3 years now and she never disappoints! I totally recommend and plus she is the sweetest and so kind!

Ana Castanon I have lived in Amarillo my whole life and have made my way to a lot of nail salons in town but I chose this as my go to for mani/pedi needs. Ivy goes way above and beyond to ensure my nails are exactly what I want them to be each time. Pedicures -- amazing relaxing. She also does lashes! Book with her and reserve your appt! 10/10

ReBecca R. Excellent job on my nails, I got a gel polish change ($25)and they did not cut any corners. The young lady even added cuticle oil to my nails...that never happens without prompting! A great place!!!!

Chloe Wilshire This place is a joke. I came here to get my nail fixed and eyebrows waxed. There was no customers in here so I should have known that it was fixing to be bad. Whoever was working told me that they don’t do eyebrow waxes, and that nobody could fix my ONE broken nail until 3 pm because they “had appointments” I came in at 12:30 and as I said there was no customers. To fix my broken/cracked nail would have taken 5 minutes, and another 5 minutes for a simple eyebrow wax that I was refused. As I said this place is a joke and they obviously don’t want money. I would have tipped well too.their loss.

Mariposa Cardona she nicked me a total of 12 times but i got thru it with a couple breaks.. I requested to have them fix two nails bc I got clear nails and there were drill marks on the bottom of the nails, with them being clear you can still see the imperfections. Did not accommodate with fixing them still making me pay full price like bruh and unfortunately I left my charger and reading book… called and told them to hold it for me which they said they would do so, but when I came to retrieve my items they seems to not know anything about anything. inconsiderate.

kenlie hooks i came in for a blue nail with a lighter blue airbrush in the middle. i asked and he said they have the airbrush. he proceeded to take off my nails i had on before and made multiple of my nails bleed. cut through my skin. my nails were hurting so bad i told him i would come back when they healed. i came back and he did the blue color and then said they didn’t have the airbrush. after telling me they did. i think he just didn’t want to do it. i would not have gotten this color if i wasn’t getting the other blue. now i have to go to another nail salon and have them do it.

Emily Anaya I’ve never wrote a bad review but this would be the worst experience I’ve had first my nails look like I’ve had them for 3 week I’ve waited over 30 min for anybody ask me what I wanted their was nobody else there but me and this other lady’s the workers were not doing nothing but sitting on their phones this in my opinion was not worth the 55 that I spent

Denisse Valentino The truth I had my doubts to go there since I saw bad reviews but I still went and I do not regret it, the guy who attended me was kind and at all times asked me if everything was going well, I read in the bad comments that they pressure you to get there and ask for nails, but I think its their way of working and even if you ask them time to choose they are kind, In a certain part I liked it because the work they did was fast and well executed the only thing I would leave as advice is to clean and disinfect all their work tools at the time of serving each client since I did not see that and if it is something important but from there on everything very well for me.

Teresa Nicely The massage was basically a lady just putting oil on me for 30 minutes. No accu or pressure, there is still old polish under the new and the new is not great. Not a great experience for the price.

Angela Luangraj The shop was bought out by 2 sisters named Daisy and Ivy. They are AMAZING!!!!!! My family and I have been doing our nails with them for almost 5 years now. We will follow them wherever they go because they are that good!!!!! Dip nails are thin enough to look so natural and strong enough to not chip easily. Theyre attention to detail is why I keep coming back!! Also, if you are one of those people who like to get their ingrown toenails dug out, they get in there! Trust me! I love them. I moved to Lubbock over a year ago and Ill literally wait to do my nails and pedicure until I get a chance to come to Amarillo to see Daisy and Ivy.

Gracie Wilkins People were decently nice. Lady who did my nails was way too rough, my nail beds were sore for 2 days after! The nails look amazing, but my two pinky nails and my right pointer broke off within the second day with barely any effort bc they were cracked. Very upset.

L VRM I came here for a mani and pedi and the service was fast and great! I was so happy with how my nails turned out! The manicurist was so friendly and the owner was very attentive to my needs asking if I needed anything and making sure I was enjoying my visit. I highly recommend!

Their prices are affordable and they also have a great salon that Im looking forward to using soon. Ive been watching the girls cut hair while I get my nails done in there and my eyebrows and stuff and they really know their stuff.

Ginny is the girl to go see when you want top notch nails with an original design. Vicky is extremely talented at eyebrow waxing and when your in need of a pedicure.
