1 /5 L I: I’ve been here a few times and liked it well enough to keep returning. Not again! She was literally about to slap a top coat on my nails looking like THIS, until I nicely questioned it. I asked if she was finished or if she was going to smooth this out. She said the polish was thick and rudely asked me “What do you want me to do about it?” Shocked, I said I didn’t know, but that clearly her polish was old and they needed new polish. The manager/owner even came over and also acted as if there was nothing wrong with this and both of them treated me as if I were being too picky. This looks like a child painted my nails! She redid them, but neither of them offered any apology for me having to spend twice as long there for a simple paint job. And, she still charged full price! A little customer service goes a long way, which they clearly don’t know anything about. There are PLENTY of other places to choose from.
