If I as a customer request a specific service, the attending technician should be quiet, and stay focused on the customers request, and not manipulate and use her words into conning unsuspecting customers to end up paying More for services rendered. I repeat: Nail technicians should be Quiet and NOT offer any extra services without the customer knowing EXACTLY how much more that service will be, and NOT play around with words. We are all struggling under these hard economic times, and every penny counts.
