1 /5 Bebe N: 0 out of 10 … So I visited this nail salon in previous years and wasn’t that impressed with the customer service or the pricing so I eventually stopped going. But recently returned to get a full set. I went last month and was very disappointed the nail techs attitude. The people sitting next to me were even in shock. Needless to say I asked her to carry on with her day and let somebody else do my nails. She had already started to do my nails wrong so I ended with something I had no intentions of having. Fast forward to last night… I had points collected from the previous visits so I said I would give them one more chance and also use the reward I earned. I think I should have let them have that reward and followed my first mind. Last night was yet again horrible.. I am more so in disbelief at the way these people talk to customers.. It’s very sad. Also, they like a lot if nail salons are con artist. Jayden decided to call my square nails SKINNY square and charge me for the shape .. lol I ASKED FOR SQUARE NAILS. He VERY rudely told me I changed my mind 4 times and he didn’t like my nails because he had to use the powder color I wanted and it wasn’t his powder. He didn’t clean the acrylic off my skin at all after finishing my nails. All my nails are shaped differently and not the same length. I hope anybody who plans to come here rethinks it. And I hope nobody is accepting this service and continuing to patronize them. T

5 /5 Peyton Roumo: very kind everyone was very sweet. I didn’t get the gentleman‘s name, but he did a really good job on my square nails. He was very patient with me and overall theexperience was amazing.

1 /5 Shanika Glover: After being told that almond, oval, and something called “skinny square” shaped nails would be $5 extra per nail… I decided to keep things basic and go with simple square. That was even too difficult as the nail tech did not seem to want to file the front of the nail at all after cutting them with a u shaped nail cutter. After asking twice if she could file the edge to get rid of the U shape, this was this end result which still racked up a $50+ bill. How???? Went home and spent another hour correcting. What a waste.

3 /5 Jaylyn Holmes: honestly I’m very picky about my nails so this is my fault for getting my nails done here instead of my nail tech who normally does my nails but i wouldn’t get my nails done here again. Normally, i only come for my toes which I’ll continue to still do that but for sure, recommend not getting your nails done here and also they are pricey & the work isn’t matching the price i paid for them (in my opinion)
