A special shoutout to Lily—she did an absolutely fantastic job on my girlfriend’s nails! Her attention to detail and skill were top-notch, and my girlfriend couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s clear that Lily takes pride in her work, and it truly shows. We’ll definitely be coming back for more pampering. Highly recommend this place!

Tanya Holston This was my first time coming to Rose Couture and I have to say, it was better than I could have imagine! It was very clean and the ambiance was everything! Hana was very knowledgeable, kind, and actually took her time on my pedicure. This is definitely my new spot for pedicures. Gee Cee I had heard so much about the Dallas location and decided to try it when they opened in Addison. It is the cutest nail place I have ever been to and the service is amazing, they really care about your experience. I gave 4 stars because I had to choose the nail color several times since whatever color I chose from the sample, they did not have in stock once they went to check it and the nail tech had to redo my nails a few times because she messed up the sides. My nails looked really good nonetheless.

I came in today and had my nails done by Kai (sorry if I misspelled!) and I was so impressed with her detail on the checkers. She was also really sweet and has such a soft care of my hand and nails the whole time. I am definitely coming back to her for future appointments. And judging by the other photos it looks like they all do great work with cool designs.

Lehna Thompson Sweetest staff and they did great on my dip manicure. Above and beyond with service and my nails looked exactly how I wanted. On top of the wonderful job done, one of the nail techs actually told me she was walking me to my car to help me get in and buckle up because she didnt want me to mess up my nails - talk about above and beyond! If youre in the area, I totally recommend and theyre fairly priced.

I called and was able to make an appt for that day. When I walked in I was greeted by a young man at the front desk. He was so nice and made me feel welcomed. My nail tech was Emma. She was very sweet. I showed her a couple of nail designs. Emma was able to do the design that we picked. It’s exactly what I wanted. I’m here for a few weeks so I’ll definitely be back for another fill and maybe get a pedicure next time

Lily did my gel manicure which I was able to schedule the same day, and since one of my nails had broken I decided to shorten them. She did a great job with 3 coats of gel so they looked extra sparkly, and they look super nice since she shaped them so well. The salon is clean, modern, everyone was very friendly, and they also have a bar. Glad to have a new place so close by that’s this nice and I will definitely be back!

Daniela Saldana Lilly did great on my Gel X set! Came in on Christmas Eve and was promptly attended. Lilly took her time making sure we got the perfect base color and checked in with me during every step. Only downside was that they did not have square shaped tips, but she filed down the coffin tips to give me more of a tapered square look. Also gifted me a massage lotion! The staff were super nice and friendly, I received multiple compliments on my set from both staff and clients before walking out! Last pic is 3 weeks in, no lifting. Spent about $130 after tip.

Unity Herrera Manos is my favorite nail salon in Dallas & I would recommend it over and over again! Patrick and Riley always go above and beyond to make my nails look fun and fabulous and they always last such a long time. Every time I have gotten a pedicure the employees give the best/longest massages and it is so relaxing. Everyone is always so friendly, offers drinks, and provides great customer service. They also offer 20% off weekdays which is such a great discount. The spot is beautiful, check it out!

Uniquely Star Honestly, I love this place. I saw a TikTok and the girl was giving this place so many compliments and I just had to come check them out for myself. Even the fact they were understaffed today they still tended to everyone and made sure everyone was still okay while we waited. I know for sure they came and checked on me so many times and thanked me for the wait but in all honesty, I’ll do it over because I loved my result. And the staff. They’re all so amazing and so sweet. Very tentative. I will definitely come back. This is definitely be my new nail spot. I love it.

Nail Haus & spa scheduling process was a breeze. I called, expressed the services I was interested in, was provided pricing and an invoice immediately after. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm welcome. After waiting roughly 10 minutes, I was directed to choose my color. My Nail tech was Chelsea. Her services were absolutely impeccable. She was warm, conversational, informative (I asked alot of questions) and overall a sweetheart. I couldnt have chosen a better Nail tech. The environment is very laid back, not too over the top as I dont care for the full out lavish Nail shop these days, but this was perfect! Trotter Heady Honestly extremely disappointed because the reviews were so good. I went here because on their social media and reviews everything looked so nice. The tech had no interest in the video/pictures of what I wanted, it was a reverse ombré with a neutral and a periwinkle. She asked me to pick out a color, I found one but apparently it wasn’t a gel so she went to grab the gel version but she came back with a lavender. I mentioned it and she told me I was wrong and that it was the same color. I chose to ignore it because that wasn’t the most important detail to me. During the manicure portion she cut me on 3 different fingers. Then she started the polish portion. She was doing something completely different than what I wanted. Putting the lavender all over my nails. I tried to show her the video again because maybe only 1/4 of the nail was actually color. Still no interest in what I was saying. She finished the test nail and I told her I didn’t like it. We ended up deciding to just go with my preferred basic polish because she obviously couldn’t give me what I was asking for. She half way removed my lavender polish that she put all over. So now I’m stuck with dirty looking nails with chunks of lavender under all of the nude and painful little cuts all over my fingers.

We had a good time talking and getting to know each other and most importantly the nails came out bomb! This was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Cedric It’s Saturday , it’s 6pm . Their sign say they close at 8pm , I come the door is locked but I can see someone getting serviced. I knocked on the door , and the girl getting serviced come and tell me it’s closed and leave . Very unprofessional won’t be coming back

They have the most variety Ive ever seen at a nail salon, and everything is comfortable and they even have Vietnamese coffee!

Stephanie Griffin Where do I start? If outstanding customer service were a person this would be it. I arrived for my appointment and was promptly and courteously greeted by the staff. I asked a few questions about services and was provided with thorough answers. Today I got a citrus pedicure that included hot stones, foot massage, all kinds of lotions creams and hot wax then topped off with a neck and shoulder massage for $69!!!!! Meanwhile there was another person that gave me a very nice manicure and arm massage. I requested a lip and mustache wax which was done right after nails and I didn’t have to move chairs. The efficiency was second to none, the hospitality was great and the spa was immaculate. Did I mention they have drink options too? YES…margaritas and wine, I could have stayed all day. I really enjoyed this visit and hate that I don’t live here or I’d make this a weekly excursion. I’m definitely referring this place to my friends that live here and whenever I’m back it’s my first stop.

Jackson, the Concierge, is the first person you see when you enter the salon and he is extremely friendly and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to have any of the stylists do my manis and pedis. Ha has been my stylist and she is extremely sweet and very accomplished at both manis and pedis and takes great care in pleasing her clients. I adore her. If you’re looking for a new salon or even if you’re satisfied with the one you’re going to, you owe it to yourself to try Dorado Nails. I’ve been to many nail salons and by far this one is the BEST! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Natalie Mitchell I’m mainly a pedicure only client but I decided to do Gel X with Monica. Monica did an amazing job, she observed my nails at the beginning of the service and due to my nail shape she suggested a specific type which I really appreciate. She made sure I was happy with the design while she was doing it throughout the whole process and did an amazing job on my cuticles as well. She was very patient and personable and even helped me pick from a few springtime inspo pictures I had since I hadn’t fully decided on one yet without making me feel rushed. Overall the customer service is great and all of the staff is friendly, Kailey is very sweet and welcoming she always fits me in their schedule. I paid $105 for a full set of Gel-X.

P Writing a formal review due to the lack of response received after reaching out numerous times via social media. As a repeat customer, I have always appreciated the quality of service provided; however, my experience during my last visit was disappointing. I received an acrylic fill from Ivan, and unfortunately, there were noticeable mistakes, as shown in the attached photo. Additionally, during my pedicure with another technician, Ivan’s continuous conversation and laughter with another staff member made the experience unenjoyable and unprofessional. I value the services your salon offers, but today’s visit did not meet the standards I have come to expect.

Sophie MacLean I’ve been a loyal customer of High Five Nail Bar for a long time because of their stellar service, caring staff, and welcoming environment. The owner is amazing and always ensures customer satisfaction, going above and beyond. However, I feel compelled to caution anyone about visiting Michelle Le. I went to the salon on New Year’s Eve, and unfortunately, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Michelle rushed through my manicure in less than 30 minutes, half-heartedly removing old glue and barely buffing and shaping my nails. She completely ignored what I asked for and left one of my nails crooked, which was incredibly frustrating. My mom, who got a simple manicure with no glue removal or tips, had a manicurist who took twice the amount of time Michelle did. I had far more work done, yet Michelle rushed through everything like she couldn’t wait to get me out of her chair. The worst part was her attitude and behavior. She aggressively yanked and shoved my hands throughout the appointment, making the experience uncomfortable, painful, and downright hostile. She acted annoyed with me from the moment I sat down, as if I was inconveniencing her by being there. To top it all off, as soon as she finished my nails, she grabbed her jacket and left the salon, making it clear she had no interest in providing any kind of quality service. My nails are still in pain from how carelessly she handled them. Thankfully, the owner stepped in to fix my nails, which is why I still wholeheartedly recommend this salon. The rest of the staff are incredible, and the overall experience here is usually fantastic. But Michelle is unprofessional, careless, and rude. If you value your time, money, and hands, avoid her at all costs.

Jaylaa Chloe did an amazing job on my nails! She picked out the perfect base for me and did exactly what I wanted. The picture definitely doesn’t do enough justice for how good they look in person. Will definitely be coming back

Chandayus Elise Cartier is the BEST! He doesn’t miss! I always have an amazing experience with Cartier. He is super professional, detail-oriented, and make sure my nails look absolutely perfect. His service is top-notch from start to finish. My nails have never looked better, and I always receive so many compliments! Definitely my go-to nail tech! Highly recommend!

Krista Nikolova I went today to get my nails done and I was with Karen. I actually really enjoyed Karen and I think had she not been rushed she would’ve done a great job. She took her time and listened to everything I was asking. The problem started was when the front ladies came up and said something to her which to me look like they were rushing her to finish faster, as a result, my nails did not turn out as good as I think Karen could’ve done. And I don’t appreciate being rushed when I’m paying for a service. They were also asking in front of me why I was getting the 10% off as a first time customer. I would say that the customer service is not professional at all. I have acrylic all over my nails the red did not reach the top and it’s crooked.

No Name Cartier was my tech and he did a decent job. My nails are not even. Some are bigger than the others. Overall just not the best work. $150.00 dollars down the drain. The nail shop is cute though. Unfortunately, I won’t be back! I do not recommend!

Mary Carol Murphy One of the best experiences getting my nails done! The salon is so clean and spacious, and the people are so kind. At first, I didn’t love the color I chose and they were so understanding and helped me by testing other colors on nail tips until we found one that was just right. The color that Mimi suggested was perfect and then she made my nails look the best they’ve ever looked. I will absolutely be going back to see Mimi!

Hannah Topor I was recently visiting Dallas and Google nail salons nearby. I highly recommend this nail salon! Tina did an amazing job on my dip manicure. She was meticulous, professional, and so kind. My nails look flawless and the service was top-notch. She even explained to me what dip colors to ask for at home to get a similar result! I’ll definitely be coming back when visiting Dallas again! Bonus - the Vietnamese coffee was delicious!

Ally Brant This has become my go-to Nail salon. Its clean, and they offer a complimentary drink to start your service. Ive had both manicure and pedicure here ,and both were excellent. My nail tech, Ashley, is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and a joy to chat with. If you book an appointment be sure to request Ashley!

Ashleigh Davidson Nice looking place, clean, good service menu. Nice location. Has drink menu and a decent color selection. No cuticle work during the pedicure. Didn’t clean up polish on pedicure either, so I ended up with polish around my toe. Then they smudged some off the other nails and just kinda ignored they’d done it when we both saw it. There was minimal stone used in the hot stone massage (I’ve noticed it a lot of places, they’re doing latex gloves but stones are too hot for them to handle in the thin gloves), didn’t really rinse the citrus or scrub off my legs or feet well, so they were still sticky and I needed a shower (you can see the scrub grit still left in the photo, and smudges on half the toes). Also asked for squared-off toes and the big one was rounded on one side on one foot (maybe due to a break but please at least tell me). Shoulder and neck massage didn’t get shoulders at all just back of upper neck. Minimal callous removal work. Overall not impressed.

Jordan Yepes I’m so happy I came here & met Scott. Scott is so detailed and precise in his service, my nails have never looked this good or gotten so many compliments. He makes me want to try bigger & better designs & lengths every time. I love when it’s time for my appointments with him. He’s also really funny & easy to talk to. Highly recommend asking for him, you’ll never want anyone else to do your nails again.

Alexi Adam LOVE this place so much! The best nail salon I’ve been to in Dallas for sure. The location is perfect, the staff is so nice and accommodating. They have a full drink menu. They do beautiful design and Vivian is always my girl, she always gets me right!

Betty Beason If you are wondering if you should go, definitely go ask for Scott, or Phobe. They are so caring, and attentive. We have gone multiple times, 1st my granddaughter gel extension, then my other granddaughter and daughter, next my brother and I. This picture is of my 2 granddaughters and friends. Julia Aycock DISAPPOINTED!!! DISGUSTED!!! My nails stated lifting 3 days ago. Not even a full week after I just got this set done. Which was almost $200. I got this set done on the 27 of December 2024. Today is 1/5. Ridiculously overpriced for the below standard work that was done here. I also paid extra for a cuticle treatment because I was told it does not come with a full set service (which is as also ridiculous) but I paid it. As you can see from the pictures my cuticles are a COMPLETE DISASTER. The design was not done right either. The tech cured gel on top of messed up design and it shows very badly. I do not appreciate the minimal effort on the design. If you mess it up you must fix it correctly. To make matters worse the nail tech was very sick , sneezing all over me and sniffing constantly hope wiping her nose with her hand. This is unsanitary as well as unprofessional and contagious. To make matters worse, Brandon who did my pedicure and as lifting my dress WITHOUT WARNING OR CONSENT to do my pedicure. This is grossly inappropriate when he could have asked me to manage it myself or at least warn me. He did this about 3 times total. Each time I was offended and humiliated as well as confused. He did not use the pumice to smooth out my feet after I requested it either. Which I should r have to. The cheese grater tool is much too harsh for my skin as I don’t have callus and it’s very obvious to a real professional. However I do get dry skin that needs to be smoothed out. He made faces and barely scrubbed. Even after I went in and felt my own feet were rough and requested that he go back AGAIN. He did not file the sides of my tonails or underneath. My pinky toes look jagged other. Besides the location of being in Vickery park , this nail salon is below standard I am very dissatisfied with my service which was around $300 total for hands and feet.
