Robert Hunter Sadly, with this office, you are not in good hands. I purchased a home policy, and a few days later, Mr. Doug Tracey emailed me that I dont have the home listed on the policy, I better find another insurance company immediately, or I wont be covered and then trash his own company by stating the agents you call via the 800 number are not knowledgeable agents. He called me after I left a couple messages, he instantly started to berate me and laugh at my concerns. STAY AWAY FROM HIM AT ALL COST! I have tried speaking with a manager at the home office for 3 days, and still nothing.

Samuel Campbell Been with Doug Tracey for a year now. Im glad I made the change. Doug and his staff is easy to with. You can go in to the office anytime and they will have an answer for you as well as a friendly conversation.

Michele Carmack They doubled our auto insurance! We have not had a claim in over 10 years, no accidents, good student driver, and no tickets. How does it jump from 3,200 a year to $6,400? Customer service was awful! They never returned my call in regards to reevaluating or finding another company! I had to consistently call and ask what was going on.

Always able to talk to an account manager who takes action promptly and follows up on any issue on the multiple policies I have had through them for many years. Excellent organization; highly recommended.

Gigi Ive had insurance for over a year and service has always been excellent. Mike is so customer service focused and really doesnt try to "sell" you on anything you dont need. He takes the time to educate and give you options. He is very transparent about pros vs cons to every option. It doesnt matter if you have a $5000 car or $50000..he treats you like a VIP.

Ive dealt with a ton of providers but working with Mike Ramos of Best Buy Insurance is hands down the best experience Ive had. He always answers, even on his days off, and he always gets my clients the best deals and as expediently as possible so they can hurry and drive their new car off the lot. Dana Just called this company and the gentleman was of NO help! He acted so un-enthusiastic and not willing to assist in ANY way. I see exactly why they have under 3 stars. I wouldnt waste my time...I see exactly why so many people in Texas are uninsured. Insurance is one of the biggest scams!

cole scranton Trash company. I’ve been on hold three times today over 2+ hours with nothing but Muzak and someone repeatedly saying to go online which online tells me to call customer service. I’ve spent over 6-7 hours on hold TODAY! Garbage company that has no problem taking hundreds of dollar a month but won’t answer my calls. I pay $600-700 a month btw. Also, I brought up coverage they added to my account which stated it would cover mechanical problems on a NEW CAR for 12 months or 12k miles which I’ve been paying without knowing for 3.5 years and brought up only to be told they MAY be able to cancel it but wouldn’t refund any of my money or put the money towards future policy payments. I work in the car business this company is ROBBING EVERYONE BLIND! Now I’ve been on hold for the third time today for 2.52 minutes.

Krispen Reyes I called Freeway insurance and told them I was shopping for a better rate on my insurance and only wanted a quote. They did not treat me any differently knowing I was only "shopping" for a lower rate. They took the time to answer all of my questions and Antonia was able to get me an incredibly lower rate that my current insurance was not even close to being able to beat. Highly recommend!

Ryan James Had a reoccurring suspension problem (death wobble) with my truck. This was the third time I had to have this problem fixed. Eric at First Choice is the only guy who hit the books, did the research and fixed my problem once and for all rather than just replacing the worn part. Never had to call for an update. Even provided pics of damaged parts. Eric and First Choice......is my 1st Choice for auto repair!!

Wendell Keresztyen Just got a new policy through Julio Chacker at A-Max. I was previously with Farm Bureau (who Ive been with for since I started driving 18 years ago) and within 30 minutes Julio was able to get me better insurance coverage for almost $200 less per month. Highly highly highly recommended. Even if youre happy with your current insurance policy give Julio and A-Max a try and see if they cant save you some money. Because honestly, who doesnt like saving money?

Wesley Long After having my policy with Farmers for several months, I locked my credit card, not realizing I had my card on auto pay. So one day while at work I received a frantic phone call from a woman claiming to be a farmers representative, asking for a payment over the phone, I was told my card was declined, so I tell the woman, sorry let me unlock my card and you can run my card / process the payment again. She tells me that once its been declined, we only do ache payments. So I decline her attempts to gain access to my checking account over the phone, I couldnt verify her as a representative at the time, mind you Im at work, she was frantically trying to rush me in to giving her my sensitive information over the phone. I tell her Ill be there after work. Well, when I got there, they had already canceled my policy. So I pay the balance and go about my way, and get another insurance provider. During this time, Farmers reported me to all insurers to be a risk. Now my premium jumps. Then, two months later, Farmers fraudulently charged my card some $150 dollars. Then I go to thier office to confront them about this fraud charge, the women says she feels that I am hostel, yea, you just ripped me off, jacked up my insurance premium with a false none payment allegations. You bet Im hostile. I had to dispute the fraud charge with my credit card company. Needless to say, I dont recommend you do business here.
