Kammy Benham Jo Stephens office has been helpful every time weve had a question, and even through a claim. She helped us get a second adjuster and opinion which were allowed to get. And because of that we had our roof paid for when we had hail damage. I highly recommend her and her team. We have been with her for years for both home and auto insurance.

We spoke on the phone about my customized insurance plan and she made sure to make me aware of every possible discount I qualified for. She made an experience that typically isn’t enjoyable, enjoyable. She made me feel comfortable and was extremely funny! Steph Young I have been with Meadows Insurance for more than 9 years now. Nicolie Linder is my account manager and I assure you the multitude of tasks I require from her is of great magnitude. However, she is ALWAYS timely, professional and (even though it is a burden Im sure), she manages to smile and provide me with my needs promptly. I never have trouble reaching her, or waiting for her to call me back. Im never on hold, and dont have to punch a million numbers over an automated phone system to get to her. (Which I Love!) If I dont understand anything on my policy she will take the time to explain any and all questions I have. Insurance is a big expense for us as a company and its nice to have someone that makes it less painful. I would highly recommend Meadows Insurance.

Timothy T I had been a customer for over 9 years. When I bought a new car and chose to cancel my policy with them, my agent Roy failed to submit my request and I was charged $77. So I then contacted their parent company connect insurance and requested cancelation and a refund, but when I received the check it was only for $36.50. The amount of incompetence is unbelievable, thank god I never had to actually make a claim I cant imagine the headache that would have been... Avoid these two companies, any amount you think you may be saving isnt worth it...

J .Richardson Ive always been treated courteously and in a short amount of time. Over the years prolly 10 plus. The numerous times Ive been marketed to in all differing avenues. Ive compared prices more than 15 times and no one company has come close to coverage for price. However I will say Ive yet to have file a claim. So I guess I should expect a very low premium.

As I started my different businesses here in San Marcos, Horton House (a Sober Living Facility) and Texas Rock House (a Wedding Venue & Event Center), John shopped around for me to get the best property insurance, at the best price, as well as making sure my liability was totally covered. Dawnica & Monica are always there to greet you with a smile, or help you on the phone, or print up a copy of an Insurance Card if have misplaced yours, or are too busy to go home to look for it. Paige became an agent a few years ago, and is always available to answer any questions, sends me reminders for policy renewals, audits my policies to make sure I am getting all discounts available, and in general helps me keep all my policies in order. Derek Kahanek WOW! Every year we stress over insurance. Its something you feel like you dont need UNTIL you need it! We have always been creatures of habit, sticking with the same company regardless of how they treated us or what we paid. We were hesitant at first assuming working with GEICO would be the same old same old. Just another account number. We were wrong! We have worked collectively with Rob and Vanessa and both experiences were by far one of our best! The were transparent, honest, patient and most importantly they saved us money, more than we expected. The bottom line is allowing companies to nickel and dime you because they know youll pay is a thing of the past. Find someone you TRUST and youll find that shopping for insurance isnt so bad.
