5 /5 Wendell Keresztyen: Just got a new policy through Julio Chacker at A-Max. I was previously with Farm Bureau (who Ive been with for since I started driving 18 years ago) and within 30 minutes Julio was able to get me better insurance coverage for almost $200 less per month. Highly highly highly recommended. Even if youre happy with your current insurance policy give Julio and A-Max a try and see if they cant save you some money. Because honestly, who doesnt like saving money?

1 /5 Zolena Brooks: Ive been sitting in the chair in front of the staff and they dont answer the phones so unprofessional. They very nice in person but got to do better with the phones. This is a business its part of the job. Get it together.

3 /5 penny garcia: Prices are good , but customer service sucks. I have sat and waited for over a hour and 10 minutes and god forbid don’t call cause they don’t answer the phones. They just need help in customer service.

1 /5 Mary Garcia: Its insurance SO cheap, they cant afford to answer the phones! Its not just today, or this week, its EVERY single month!!! I have been calling and calling like a crazy person (at this point). I do not enjoy calling ALL day long, I just want, to pay my bill!!! What is going on with this company!
