1 /5 Michele Carmack: They doubled our auto insurance! We have not had a claim in over 10 years, no accidents, good student driver, and no tickets. How does it jump from 3,200 a year to $6,400? Customer service was awful! They never returned my call in regards to reevaluating or finding another company! I had to consistently call and ask what was going on.

Always able to talk to an account manager who takes action promptly and follows up on any issue on the multiple policies I have had through them for many years. Excellent organization; highly recommended.
