5 /5 Raising Arrows: 3 of my boys have received their orthodontic treatment with Dr. Boren, my oldest had his from 2022-2023 and my second to oldest had his from 2023-2024. This past month we put our 10 year old in braces and during all this time, Dr. Boren and his staff have always been extremely nice and welcoming. He and his staff make a point to greet everyone, and Ive never had a bad experience in his office. This past Christmas break, my 10 year old had a wire bothering him, and a staff member met us on a Saturday morning just to make sure he didnt need a wire clipped, which he did and she took care of it right away. The quality and care Dr. Boren and his staff provide for each of his patients is superior. The staff at the front desk is also very helpful and polite. Rescheduling and scheduling appointments for my children is always easy as they are very accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Boren to all my family and friends.

My two oldest completed their treatments 1-3 years ago and have absolutely beautiful smiles. One of my youngest (15 years old) is still undergoing active treatment while his twin brother had his braces removed 3 months ago. Again beautiful results. The plan of care was thoroughly discussed before treatment began. Each step of the way I was kept informed of their progress by the orthodontic technician and/or Dr. Boren. The clinic was always easy to reach by phone.

Mi Di: Staff is nice. Explanations of recommended treatment are good. The thing I will never like is being told before the appointment that insurance is covering the cleaning, but then they find that a "deeper cleaning is needed" and then suddenly youve got a pretty nice co-pay. Not a fan of that style. Otherwise, I will find another place and ask more questions in advance so Im not surprised about pricing during the visit.

R J: Im am so glad Dr Richards and his staff are still there!!! Yippie!! I got the best pair of dentures Ive ever had in my life time there in 2015 when I first arrived in Texas. Nine years later, Im over 2000 miles away. Dr Richards dentures compliment my features perfectly, people were amazed they were dentures. Unfortunately due to my continuous breaking, with many repairs, I havent found anyone that can replace the work that I received there. So Ill be back!! I need a perfect pair, only Dr Richardson can help to perfect the things concerning me ( Praise The Lord Saints). Either we will be on the plane headed to Conroe, or my husband & I will be driving in. Thank you again, Im sure everyone is still awesome sauces!!!

Michelle Thompson: Office is nice, I just hate when I’m asked to feel out a questionnaire as a new patient and it’s clear the doctor never even reviewed it. Honestly didn’t discuss anything with me as a new patient, just that I was cavity free. Went back for a second visit, was surprised the doctor himself cleaned my teeth or should I say used the cavitiron for 5 min and called it good. And still did not bring up the fact I had indicated I was interested in implants as noted on my new patient forms. Also fist bumping a middle aged woman is just weird.

Since I had some concerns going in this was a very positive experience. The staff are wonderful! Everyone was professional. The place was clean and, large and busy. However, what was most impressive was that no one rushed me or treated me like my questions were not important. Dr. Graham answered all my questions and reassured me about my concerns. Anhthu Nguyen: I had a very frustrating experience here. I booked my appointment well over a week in advance, but they didn’t send the necessary forms until the day before. I filled out the forms, clearly indicating that I’m pregnant, but no one seemed to review them. When I arrived for my appointment, I waited 20 minutes past my scheduled time before the staff finally realized I was pregnant and told me I needed a written clearance from my OB for a cleaning. This could have easily been communicated ahead of time when I completed the digital forms. The lack of attention to detail and poor communication was incredibly disappointing and felt like a complete waste of time.
