Jaida Rodriguez Very unprofessional, there was a girl named Leticia who offered to “help” with a Google review by using my phone. Which she insisted on twice. As I let her do the review on my phone , she slightly turned where I couldn’t see what she was doing. When she returned my phone back to me, she returned it with my Home Screen, as I checked to see my apps, she also swiped safari off. So I went into safari to expect to see Rodeo Dental’s page, & that was also erased. Clearly she didn’t want me to see something. As I searched Rodeo’s page, she left a 5 star review on herself & never gave me the option to agree or confirm that the review she made under my name was okay with me. She really didnt have anything to do with my appointment. She was just an assistant & we hardly spoke. My appointment wasn’t even half way through& she wanted me to write a review. She was actually a little rude to her coworkers. Also as I got my cleaning, the doctor was completely rushed & finished my cleaning within about 4mins. The cleaning was extremely uncomfortable & painful. I didn’t want to say much cause unfortunately I was also in a rush& it was already a little more than 3 hours after my scheduled cleaning. I Never had a cleaning hurt before. However, the lady who prepped me before the cleaning was really nice. & so were the two ladies in the front

Garcia Stephanie (Steph) My first visit was awesome! I was searching for a new dentist for my son, and everything went smoothly from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was friendly, and the doctor did an excellent job explaining everything during the visit. Its a fantastic place for any dental needs. They even managed to get us an appointment with a specialist for the next weekend, which is way better than the usual wait of three to four months at other offices. I highly recommend them!

Jb 98 Was recommended here and its disappointing. My daughter has always had dental anxiety, and was told to come here cause theyre patient. The only one patient was Stephanie she was amazing with my daughter even got her to take a few xrays which no one has managed to do. She was very reassuring with her. And that alone, only stephanie deserves a 5 star review. Then comes the dentist (female) and the energy shifted. From the getgo it looked like she didnt want to deal with my daughter, she didnt even reassure my daughter as she was teary-eyed.She was just very monotone. She ended up leaving as quickly as she came in. Barely 5 minutes. That was one appointment. 2nd appointment was for a consult with the orthodontist, although better than the dentist, it seems theres an ongoing theme, they dont like to get “complicated” patients. My issue was with the DA that day. We go into the room and she was getting things ready and while were there she shouts to her coworkers from the room, gets up and leaves. No excuse me. That kinda bothered me cause wheres her professionalism. She came back and took my daughter to the xrays, i had my daughter go alone cause previously that worked… she came back crying, which is not surprising i didnt think much of it. issue starts when its her (the DA) and the orthodontist are in the room. DA says she managed to take xrays. Which was all a lie. When both left the room my daughter told me “she is lying, she didnt do them”. No wonder they looked familiar. I guess she took credit from stephanie to i suppose look “good”. She was also very awkard with my daughter. She needs to work on her kid social skills to be as good as she is to lying in front of children. Overall i wont be coming back.

Jordan Dressler I see a different orthodontist with the military in San Antonio, I had a wire poking me and it was very uncomfortable. I called and asked if they’d be able to just cut the extra wire and they got me in the same day, no problem at all. I’m not even a patient there and they still did that for me. It was so gracious of them. They didn’t even charge me either. Very very nice people! Recommend this place to everyone! Also a very nice modern look. Very clean too!

Amara Ashura This place was unfair and horrible. Ive been suffering with a cavity in my tooth (e.g A hole in my tooth) and it has been extremely painful. Yet they couldnt treat me because me and my moms phone arent advanced enough to pick up the QR code and take us to the website to fill in forms. We were told that everything in that dentistry is done online, through phone, on websites. Yet our phones couldnt even pick up the QR codes that we needed. They should have those documents in paper, not eveyone has the luxury of an expensive phone or a phone at all. Not only that, but they told my mom through call that shed be able to pay with cash, though when she was checking in they told her it was only card. Its ludicrous how I couldnt get treated over such a foolish reason really. Unfair too. My tooth still hurts very much.

Sánchez Family I had a terrible experience with the dental crown I received at Gentle Family Care, from very beginning, it never felt right. I expressed my concerns multiple times, but the issue was never properly addressed. The crown felt uncomfortable, and despite adjustments, I continued to experience pain and discomfort. A crown should improve dental health, not create ongoing problems. Unfortunately, this one has been a constant source of frustration. I expected better care and attention to detail, especially for such an important procedure. Now, I may have to go elsewhere to get it fixed properly. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic for major dental work based on my experience. I hope they improve their quality and patient care in the future.
