5 /5 Ingrid Garcia: Love the atmosphere and customer service!! It’s always so clean and receptionists are always so kind and welcoming! My son has come a long way since day one and the service is so quick! Longest we’ve waited is about 45 minutes total. Highly recommend

5 /5 Jordan Dressler: I see a different orthodontist with the military in San Antonio, I had a wire poking me and it was very uncomfortable. I called and asked if they’d be able to just cut the extra wire and they got me in the same day, no problem at all. I’m not even a patient there and they still did that for me. It was so gracious of them. They didn’t even charge me either. Very very nice people! Recommend this place to everyone! Also a very nice modern look. Very clean too!

1 /5 Jorge Flores: Setup an appointment this past week I arrived early like they say youre supposed to, I was there for 30 minute and they kept skipping me I asked what was happening and they told me that since I was a new patient I needed to wait. I waited until I got frustrated cause they kept skipping me I just got up and left. I would not recommend then to anyone and I will not go there again.

1 /5 Sofia: I end up with disappointment after 3 years of visits. When the doctor said it is done and ready, then I had to sign the paper to let them remove the bracelets. Although I knew my teeth were not yet aligned as it was promised but I lost my hope that they could do any better. I hope no one else have the same experience as I did because it feels very disturbing when I see my incomplete treatment after 3 years of waiting knowing that I was told by doctor that my treatment would take 2 years ending with holy wood smile☹️ The doctor did not want to try any thing else but just changing the wire. Not even repositioning the brackets or any other technique that I might not be knowing but a doctor knew it could work better. I am Mrs. Chetin. I saw your response stating that there’s no record of me as a patient. However, I was indeed treated at your clinic from starting on 2018. If there’s an issue with your records, I’d be happy to provide more details. My concerns remain the same, and I hope future patients have a better experience.”
