Jori Harvey I can’t do 2 reviews giving Tom 1 star and Karen 5 stars. Tom did my pedicure and cut the heal of my foot then did my manicure cutting 2 of my fingers and put super glue on the cuts to stop the bleeding. I think there was a little bit of a language problem, but didn’t expect him to have attitude and smack his mouth several times like he was annoyed. Edited to add: the shellac on my nails started chipping off within a week of having them done. I did nothing for them to chip off either. Karen did the hearts design on my nails, touched up a couple of my nails, and waxed my eyebrows. She did great especially with my eyebrows. They were uneven and unshaped but she evened and shaped them nice.

She listens to everything you have to say when it comes to ideas or problems in your experience with your nails and she’ll fix it up for you. Hailie I just got my eyelashes lifted and tinted by Alex this morning and they came out great! Alex was very friendly and even threw in an arm massage at the end because she noticed my arms were stiff! Alex was great and y’all should definitely book with her!

Caroline Mostrom It was my first time here today. David did my feet and they were in bad shape. He did such a great job and made me feel so much better. Nina did my nails and did such a good job. She took her time and made sure they were perfect. I love the services I received today and I’ll definitely be back!

Lauren Rodríguez I just saw the last comment and I have been disgusted, unfortunately we do not share the same opinion, I am a client who frequents the place, her work usually carries chemicals, I feel that the owner is a rather respectful person, very rarely have I seen her children there and when they have been they have behaved wonderfully, the place is extremely clean, relaxing and I love spending my time and investing in me there, I highly recommend it, I am sure they will have a special experience. Apart from the fact that the treatment of each nail technician is special, I always come out happy with my nails

Val Fortkamp Had nails dipped. First I picked a color with light Gold sparkling. I showed the tech what I wanted. Then the tech was applying a yellow. 162 not 152. I stopped him and again showed him the example. So he took that off. Then he got the right color but it’s straight up sparkle not light sparking. I asked him why we didn’t use the lamp to help dry and harden my dip. He said not necessary. Everyone has used the lamp. After 6 days my nails began chipping. At the same time another customer was in pain from services of a tech on other side of room. In 2024. You’ll get your tip when I return for business.

Vik Caballero I have been to this salon a couple of times and after years searching for a place to regularly get mani/pedis I think I found it!! I spend about $100+ for both services. They are a clean place, and very time efficient. Ni- The Owner- is soo sweet and gets a great shape and design done for my nails. Yani- gave me such a calm and relaxing pedicure.

Tamaria Moore Had nails done on Friday & these pics were taken the following Tuesday!!! Employees were really nice but the work is not worth the value!!! Paid $115!!! Nails & toes not even the same color….different amount of coats on each nail & they were busted before the week was up!!!

Stephanie Varela If i could go lower i would.. i pick this nail salon because of the review but worst experience ever 90$ for nails no designs not even long i pick a set where she said will be 90 but then i change my mind didnt like how they where coming out and ask just for all red and still charge me 90 and my nails had bumps all the way. Tori Rose They changed technicians twice, and the shape of the nail twice. Took off too much length in the process. The girl sold me “chrome” gel coat, turned out with scratches all over. She assured me it would last a long time, three days later, the tips are already messing up. The edges of the gell and dip are wavy and messy. She redid at least 4 nails that had scratches, left with 3 still having scratches because I didn’t have time for her to redo them again. The top coat on at least 4 nails has bubbles, asked her to redo a couple of them and they turned out still having bubbles. Was there about 2 hours. Left completely unsatisfied, other than receiving a small discount because the nails look so sloppy and misshapen. She got gell all over my skin and didn’t bother to clean it all up, it’s still there 3 days later. Im actually kind of embarrassed of these nails. I don’t plan on returning. Update: after 5 days I’ve decided I absolutely HATE these nails and will have to go to another salon to have them FIX them. These are awful and embarrassing. TNB should be ashamed. I will never be back here and will not recommend them to anyone.

Maye DeAnda-Landin We had an excellent experience today! They took us in at 720 and did a great job with my pedicure and my daughter’s manicure. My daughter was pleased at how they removed her existing nails. She said “they didn’t rip them off”.

Cree Stackz I have been here 3 times before. The guy sitting in number 17 has done my nails twice. The Christmas set you see below he charged me $110. He did my nails another time, the nails were one color with a design on each nail totaling to $110 again. The red nails with black designs on each nail. The third time I went the lady sitting at number 15 did my nails the French tip with the hearts shown below she charged me $90. Today I went to get a full set with one solid colored. (An inspo picture is below to show the color wanted, I wanted the length a little shorter.) . I sat down and handed him my color, he proceed to tell me that I should do powder and it was better. The guy I believe name Steven table number 3 or 4 told me my nails would be $80 , 2 minutes later I was told $85. When I asked why my nails would be that much after I explained the lady at number 15 did my nails and charged me $90 he got extremely upset and said she would do them. He doing my nails was not the problem, I just wanted to do know why I was paying so much for a medium set with one solid color no designs. Another lady comes over and tells me that because I wanted French tip it would be $85. I explained that I never asked for French tip, I wanted one solid color she tells me my new total would be $75. I still think $75 for one solid color medium nails is too pricey. I am not the one to argue about someone else’s prices but the math is not mathing. They clearly make up whatever prices they want. For him to get so upset when all I wanted was a breakdown of why my nails were quoted $80-90 is crazy to me. I will never go here and will tell others of my experience.

Natalie Avila Went to get A FILL and a new design, the design was nothing compared to what I showed her, when I asked if she could adjust the nail she said “I’m not on ur time what do you wanna hang drink coffee” very very rude but still I was trying to trust the process once I realized it wasn’t getting any better I asked for her to remove the design, they did but still charged me for a fill A FILL & this is how my nails were left. I understand everyone has bad days but as a paying customer I don’t expect you to like me but her service needs work nothing against the salon matter fact I’ve been there many times and they do amazing very upsetting that I won’t be going anymore cause this young lady (maybe the young lady was new) but her attitude definitely needs work like I said nothing against the salon but this was very disappointing all the lady’s around me getting there nails done looked great (never got the young lady’s name but I had never seen her before)

Sonya Heustis I absolutely love this place! I had kim who did my pedi and did a phenomenal job! I also got acrylic nails for my hands with a design. Steven did my nails and i am blown away! Great environment! Relaxing. These guys know what they’re doing. All with reasonable pricing!

Alexis Morales If you want your skin ripped off and be in pain, go get a pedicure at Signature. Asked for the deluxe pedicure didn’t get the hot rocks or hot towels. Barely got the 2 min lotion massage. I guess the lady I got was in a rush.

Ally Barriga Absolutely love this place! I typically don’t like trying new places, but in this specific case I didn’t really have an option and it turned out to be the best experience! They are very welcoming and have a very comfortable, clean environment. Their hours are very flexible and they had me done and out all within an hour! Their prices are also cheaper than I usually pay at other places. I left with the prettiest nails and over all so satisfied as a first time customer. Will definitely be returning!

Zana foyt I love Ventura nails especially Helen. Helen is my go to girl. I am a diabetic and in the past pedicures were pain for me and I always hurt after them. With Helen doing my pedicure it is relaxing and not painful at all. And my feet feel so much better. Thank you Helen for making pedicures enjoyable again

Virginia Robles I have heard my sister talk really positive about this place and told me to try them out. I went yesterday and Vida did my nails and let me tell you that she did my nails EXACTLY how I wanted them! I love them so much! She is also super nice and sweet and so is her staff. She was quick and precise and very gentle with my hands and asked me very precise questions on how I wanted nails. Great service! I live in Midland, but it is worth the drive to come again and get my nails done here!

Kitana Gallardo Design came out so nice. But after 1 week two nails started lifting. And after two weeks another one is lifting. For 90$ definitely not worth it....

Loved them their so pretty! She paid great attention to detail and asked me every step of the way if I liked them which of course I did! 110% recommend and definitely will go back for my fill!

Angie Wynn This shop is great. Theyre so nice & very attentive. I just received the best pedicure from Alex. I came in talons & walked out with beautiful soft feet. I came in at 10 ish on Saturday & was able to get seated quickly. Took me longer to decide my nail color. I also highly recommend the cucumber face mask. Absolutely recommend.

I’ve been coming here for awhile now and I trust them with everything! Lena and her mom are wonderful and Alex will get you right with his pedicures!! He takes care of you! Ulani Torres He did my nails under 40 mins and did a horrible job while huffing and puffing I would never recommend. My nails were simple as a French tip and that even seemed liked to much . They were uneven and my tip was WOBBLY .

Kate Berry I got a fill and a replacement nail that had broken off completely. I went right when they opened, thinking that if I get there early, the technician wont be tired. I had a lady who was nice and did good work, but she cut my pinkie. Like, she cut it while using the file. She Never said she was sorry or anything!!! Then, on the same nail, she scraped the nail bed in two places with the sander. I have little scabs still today, and I got them filled 4 days ago. She did an okay job on my nails and shaped them well, but on three nails, they were just sloppy. They could have been shaped cleaner, if that makes sense. I probably will not come back, because she never apologized for cutting me. Update: the response on this is NOT accurate! I did NOT enjoy myself nor the services given! Please read the whole message, not just comment as an owner a blanket "thank you". Fix the issue please!

Cezzy Roe I went with a friend who is a regular of Andy’s here her nails are always good but as for the lady who did my nails I don’t know if it was a bad day or what but she took it out on my fingers all but 2 of my fingers she cut through the cuticle and the ones that ain’t on the cuticle and underneath my nail she did with a hand file! Some of the nails ain’t even completely covered it already looks like I’m close to needed a fill done on some and I can see my natural nail on the side of some not to mention there was glue still on the side of 3 nails I had to get Andy to remove for me and not to mention my pinky nail is obviously crooked…only go to Andy or just take your money else where

Jeanette delgado I’ve been a loyal client at this salon for a long time and have always been patient and pleasant during my visits. I especially appreciate the work done by the nail technicians at tables 5 and 6. However, the long wait times have become frustrating. Today, I waited for an hour and a half. I didn’t mind when three other clients were seated before me, but after that, a woman and her two children arrived and were given priority because they "had to leave." It felt disrespectful and inconsiderate, especially since I had already been waiting for so long. If I had been informed that the wait time would be nearly two hours, I would have chosen to come back another day. It’s disappointing that loyal customers aren’t given the same consideration as others. I hope the salon improves its appointment and walk-in management to provide fairer service to all clients. Sadly I won’t return.

Stadine 365 They rushed me through the service. The man didnt do the design I asked for on my nails & didnt let me choose the pedicure. I do not recommend this place & I wont go back again.

Eliria Peña I’ve been coming here for years, they didn’t tell me there was a wait. Only one girl ahead of me, I waited two hours. I’ve never had to wait that long in the almost 10 years of coming here. So when I asked if they would do a discount for the wait not even mentioning they left acrylic under my nails, half assed the nail job itself, she told me no. And got snarky. I use to love them, but they really gone so down hill. Sad.

Christyna Taylor WOW!! Do NOT come here! They literally had some untrained guy try to do me pedicure!! Ive been going to salons for over 20 years, this was the worst, most comical/scariest experience Ive ever had! 1st, the chairs were extremely worn down and uncomfortable (least of my concern) The "New" guy they had put with me, over filled the foot soak tub with ICE cold water, when i reluctantly complained, he added more COLD water, nearly filling the bowl completely....when he started water jets, he had the piece on incorrectly, and water started shooting out, all over the floor, creating a HUGE mess!!! Ill admit, I should of just walked out then, but I didnt..stupid. my nerves were shot, and I knew my toes were about to butchered. He pulls out the drill, to remove the old polish, and I kid you not, his hands were shaking more then cheap massage chair! He kept hitting my toes with the drill...big toe, second toe, ...when he hit the 3rd toe, I yelped, and jumped outta the chair. NOPE!!! Why would you put him on the floor with paying customers?!! Have him practice on the employees!!! They then had a nice older lady finish the job. Without me saying a word, she felt the water and switched my chairs immediately. However the experience was not worth the $75 I paid. Never again!

Tory Bickle The people were rude to us when we arrived and then the next day my MIL broke her nail and one week later I broke mine they rushed through it to get us out fast and my nails are crooked and now one is broke. I would not recommend this “salon”

Brittany Ramirez Only reason it has a star is because I have to click one!! But this place is ridiculous! Wanted to enjoy a little moment for myself being a full time mommy & this place just ruined it!! The manager was nice, sorta! But the man that did my nails got mad because I refused to get a manicure ! He didnt just want to paint my nails, and then I made the mistake by asking how much for a manicure was and I replied , "no, its okay I dont want to spend a lot I just want my nails painted" & then he asked "do you even have money for this?" Uh!? What!? I told him yes of course but now I dont have money for a tip! & he demanded I paid before he started anything!! So I paid the damn 7 dollars because I didnt want to go into Odessa coming from midland, the entire time of doing my nails he kept smacking my hands because they were "doing what he wanted my hands to do" Just ridiculous! Way to ruin a moms little moment of paradise to herself!
