1 /5 Jeanette delgado: Iāve been a loyal client at this salon for a long time and have always been patient and pleasant during my visits. I especially appreciate the work done by the nail technicians at tables 5 and 6. However, the long wait times have become frustrating.
Today, I waited for an hour and a half. I didnāt mind when three other clients were seated before me, but after that, a woman and her two children arrived and were given priority because they "had to leave." It felt disrespectful and inconsiderate, especially since I had already been waiting for so long.
If I had been informed that the wait time would be nearly two hours, I would have chosen to come back another day. Itās disappointing that loyal customers arenāt given the same consideration as others. I hope the salon improves its appointment and walk-in management to provide fairer service to all clients. Sadly I wonāt return.
