Jennifer Gonzales: Me and my mom went in to get our nails done. It was dirty in there but I hate to judge a book by its cover. She got us fast because we were the only ones there. She was going very fast. I asked for a oval shape and it was all different shapes. They put the wrong nail polish on my moms nails. And instead of taking them off and starting over they just painted over it. You can still see the other color through it and on the sides it wasnāt even painted. When we first went in she said it was $45 but charged us $55. All together was $115 which I thought was a lot for it being bad. I asked for a refund and the lady said she was not going to refund me. She started yelling at me. The whole time I was being very nice to her. All she wanted to give me was $30 back but I said $35 since she cut my nails off. When she was cutting my nails off she was grabbing my hands very hard. And they said they were going to refund me $35 but they were only going to do $30 and I made them fix it. I was being nice the whole time. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
Marissa Herrera: WORST Iād give 0 stars if I could ! First off rude / not the best service, French tip was not it , & wen I went back she fit 1 nail but wanted to charge $5 to fix a nail & blame it on cuz I had a fake nail compare to real nail yet I told her I wanted to remove my fake nails but she said āhow do you want me to do that?! We donāt do that Iāll just paint on top of your nails ā like okay?? Yet Everyone knw about the l Cotten & foil method to soak em off but ok ā¦ then wen I Asked for a soaked off on hand nails which I thought was free like most places but no it was $10 per hand & then this is what she left me w/ let alone I asked for $30 pedi & she charge me for a higher price $35 but I guess she added her own tip because at end she told me total was $60 ?! Wen I tried to ask her why is that so she rather argue & I understand the hustle but thereās no reason to be greedy especially to your customers!
Shawna Gray: Went looking for a new and better salon and this place is nothis place is NOT it! My nails were not checked for length accuracy and they were not properly shaped before applying acrylic. The set applied is extremely are THICK, uneven, whole nail is NOT covered properly with either powder or acrylic, not shaped, sharp, feathering at the edges, and just plain UGLY. I mentioned the poor quality of the acrylic powder and the tech went over it with gel polish which didnt do anything but hide the poor powder. I also mentioned the shape and how square they were.She only checked the length of 2 nails properly and then filed them in a attempt to try to get the correct shape. I do not recommend this salon based on poor quality and results.
Lanuola Kisena: Finally found my go-to now! Got a pedi&mani from them and was very satisfied with the results. Amazing staff and customer service. Visit them, you will not be disappointed.
erika natividad: Before getting my nails done I asked how much it would be to get an acrylic clear overlay on my nails. I was told $25, I repeated to confirm the $25 and was told āyesā. I had no previous set on my nails or color. It was just my bare nails. When I went to pay, I was charged $45!!!! I am so upset that I was lied to. I added a picture of what my nails look like for reference.
Tory Bickle: The people were rude to us when we arrived and then the next day my MIL broke her nail and one week later I broke mine they rushed through it to get us out fast and my nails are crooked and now one is broke. I would not recommend this āsalonā
Lucy Lovett: I have to give Norma and Alice 5 stars. These women are experienced in the beauty industry and hard working. Norma highlighted my daughterās hair for the first time and we couldnāt be more impressed. Norma also picked the perfect color for my touch up and gave me a perfect trim. So I decided to let her laminate my eyebrows and she took perfect care of me. Thanks ladies!
