Angela Luangraj The shop was bought out by 2 sisters named Daisy and Ivy. They are AMAZING!!!!!! My family and I have been doing our nails with them for almost 5 years now. We will follow them wherever they go because they are that good!!!!! Dip nails are thin enough to look so natural and strong enough to not chip easily. Theyre attention to detail is why I keep coming back!! Also, if you are one of those people who like to get their ingrown toenails dug out, they get in there! Trust me! I love them. I moved to Lubbock over a year ago and Ill literally wait to do my nails and pedicure until I get a chance to come to Amarillo to see Daisy and Ivy.

Goose Murray Everyone is so nice. First place Ive been in a long time where they really care about how your nails turnout. No rough edges and very smooth nails. Takes their time and does it right. Definitely will be coming back.

Denise Young My husband and I are passing through town and decided to get pedicures today. It was an amazing experience! My polish came out perfect and the people are so friendly! Kimberly Meister I have been taking my daughter there the last 3 times she has wanted her nails done. We always do walk-in. They are fast & friendly. And they have never told her they can’t do the design she wants.

L VRM I came here for a mani and pedi and the service was fast and great! I was so happy with how my nails turned out! The manicurist was so friendly and the owner was very attentive to my needs asking if I needed anything and making sure I was enjoying my visit. I highly recommend!

Jaszmariah Malibu Meszmerize Millionsz I take my handicapped mother whos in a wheelchair and they always treat her good. Their prices are affordable and they also have a great salon that Im looking forward to using soon. Ive been watching the girls cut hair while I get my nails done in there and my eyebrows and stuff and they really know their stuff.

Candace Zerger I have used Hollywood nails for years. Its definitely an older nail salon but filled with the best talent. Ginny is the girl to go see when you want top notch nails with an original design. Vicky is extremely talented at eyebrow waxing and when your in need of a pedicure. Service is great & they are very welcoming.

Jeniffer Bolanos The nail technicians were super kind but I think they dont have enough staff. If they had more technicians, they would definitely be much faster. I went in for a pedicure and they did a decent job, but my nail design wasnt the best and my feet arent as soft as Ive gotten at other places. I think if you go alone with a plain nail color and feet arent in dire need of softening, I would recommend going.

Candy Trinidad The manicurist stated 50.00 for all with nails with designs and in the end she only did 6 nails with designs and left the nails very thick. The pedicurist told me 13.00 for toenail color change; but, when my sister told them I was a Fnp, they increased the price to 18.00! Then he tried to hurry us out of the salon.

Tina Franklin I went there for the first time last week. I was quoted $35.00 for an acrylic set. She made my nails way too long and the base was too thick. I ended up having to pay $55.00 for nails that I hate, so disappointing! I had to cut them down twice and they still look terrible. A refund or perhaps what I really wanted would have sufficed. That’ll never happen so I’ll go elsewhere.

Sandra Greeno He did an awesome job on my nails. He was able to remove the artificial tips & dip with NO damage to my real nail. New dip and out I went. Didnt take long at all & the price was better than I usually pay elsewhere. I will be back!

Emily Lindsey Great place! The staff was so nice and friendly, and made good conversation during my pedicure. The services were awesome, one of the best pedicures I’ve ever gotten. Prices were about average for a nail salon, maybe a tad cheaper than usual. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone!

Michelle Montoya Went and got mine and both my daughters nails done and unfortunately my top coat peeled off so I went back to have them redone and same day they started peeling again ! I call them and ask for refund and he says that I can go back and they will fix the problem well I had already went back and didnt want to go back again I was busy with the holidays coming up. He said that my nails may not take the light and would prob have to dry them a different way but I have been getting my nails done for over 30+ years and everyone place Ive gone always used the light to dry them and it never once started to peel up. So to the point I will not be going back there. Also that was my very first time! Now I no to just stick with the places Ive already gone ! Never again tho Ill just wait till my nail place is open .

Norma Like Ive gone here for years, but lately, when I come, they always lecture my ID child about her engrowen toe nail. This last time, the owner did her feet and cut a chuck out of her big toe and told her it was her fault for waiting so long. My daughter left crying. We will never ever return. This picture is one week old. I started paying cash because they always pushed the buttons to process my payment on my debt card without my permission. They claim you get a discount for using cash, but that has never happened.

Kirby Atkinson I believe it was owner who did my nails. Trying to rush because they were busy and kept messing up. Had to redo a a nail multiple times. She just kept trying to get me to add a tip because they don’t know how to work with natural nails. After I paid and left noticed she didn’t clean up fingers. When I told her they were messed up her only solution was to soak it off after spending over an hour.

Christy Cirone 11/8/24 I initially visited this nail salon abt 4.5 yrs ago and wasn’t super impressed but since it’s really close to my work I thought I’d try it again. Here are my pros and cons: Pros- convenient location, good parking, no wait as a walk in, and good price ($40) for pink and white dip. Cons- really cluttered and not the cleanest place I’ve been. My experience yesterday was not a good one though. The tech used a thin, fake tip which she jammed under the old dip to force off the nail. It really hurt and the force caused my nail bed to bleed on 2 nails. She was pretty rough overall and also nicked my cuticles in 3 places leaving them raw and red. Today I have some very tender fingers. There was no antiseptic or cleaning of the broken skin. I used antibiotic cream several times after leaving to prevent infection. The edges are really rough as you can see in the pics and the clear/pink portion of the nail has tons of tiny white powder. I do have dry cuticles and I do like my nails really short and realize this takes a little more time and care from the tech. However, I’ve been getting dip/acrylic for years and there are plenty of techs that handle it very well without hurting me. I can’t recommend Finest Nails due to my latest experience.

Teresa Nicely The massage was basically a lady just putting oil on me for 30 minutes. No accu or pressure, there is still old polish under the new and the new is not great. Not a great experience for the price.

Gracie Hamilton Went here a few times and nails turned out awesome. Not this time. Asked if she could do the design and she said yes, it would be super easy. So bumpy & uneven. Pretty sure I could have went to Top Ten Nails and got this for 50 bucks and it would have been perfect. Picture on the left is what I asked for. Pictures on the right are what I got. 70 dollars for this? Never again.

L I I’ve been here a few times and liked it well enough to keep returning. Not again! She was literally about to slap a top coat on my nails looking like THIS, until I nicely questioned it. I asked if she was finished or if she was going to smooth this out. She said the polish was thick and rudely asked me “What do you want me to do about it?” Shocked, I said I didn’t know, but that clearly her polish was old and they needed new polish. The manager/owner even came over and also acted as if there was nothing wrong with this and both of them treated me as if I were being too picky. This looks like a child painted my nails! She redid them, but neither of them offered any apology for me having to spend twice as long there for a simple paint job. And, she still charged full price! A little customer service goes a long way, which they clearly don’t know anything about. There are PLENTY of other places to choose from.

hope green I was very happy with my services, Hailey was really good and kind. She did exactly what I wanted and when I asked for my coffin nails to be thinner she had no problems with my request. I was a little late but everyone was still so kind. I will definitely be coming back

Kristina Grogan Thought by the reviews that this would be a great place to go. Boy was I wrong! I received the deluxe pedicure and manicure. I had gel on my nails, which she removed that with ONLY a drill, and it would burn on multiple fingers, when cutting my cuticles, she cut me twice on two different fingers. I’m 3 days out and they still hurt. The polish job she did was horrible, my 9 year old could have done better. So when she did my pedicure I had her leave the gel on my toes as I did not want her to take off the gel with a drill again. She rushed off to help another person. When paying, I let the gentleman know i was unhappy with the outcome of my nails. He first try to blame the color, and after the fact it was regular nail polish, but after that offered to redo them. These salons never take any real accountability because most people are nervous about speaking up. Definitely won’t be back.

Noelle Garcia The location is very nice and clean and the employees were super friendly and funny. Unfortunately due to the quality of the service the price is not worth coming back. My partner and I got gel manicures and regular pedicures. Im very pleased with my pedicure but hers was not great. We had to fix the polish when we got home because it looked so sloppy. The gel manicures were okay, Ive definitely had cleaner manicures that were less expensive. Its been 2 days and one of my gel nails is already chipping. This has never happened to me before and I always get gel manicures. They also kept pushing me about getting dip powder. I personally dont like dip because its so thick so just be prepared for questions when you get gel. If it wasnt so expensive I would definitely go back because the staff was so nice.

Tana Stills I went in a couple weeks ago to get a manicure and my eyebrows waxed and they took me back to the room for my eyebrows and horrified when I was done that they took off almost my whole right eyebrow!!!!!! As of course Im upset she says, "o its ok you can draw in your eyebrow"!!! No mam I thought u were a "professional "!? So did not do my nails obviously! And then no discount or anything!! I DO NOT recommend going to queen nails on western!! I will never go there again!

Zipporah Jeter I have been going here for probably two years now and they have never failed to do me right!!! Mrs.Janet does my nails most of the time and has done my nails every time I’m about to go on vacation. And every time without fail she sends me on vacation with nails that look magnificent!!! 20WildChild11 The nail tech was super rough and nicked my skin a few times. He was not taking his time and was going super quickly. They were really messy, the guy that did my nails dropped the acrylic brush on the ground and just kept using it. It was okay but in near future I will not be coming back.

Rafael Chacon Just stopped to get wife and child pedicures and they were seated. I saw the price chart on the wall so I went to take a picture of it to show my wife the prices of everything. The man there said “you can’t pictures.” So I said I just wanted to show my wife the prices. He said” no! If she wants to see them then she can get up and look”. Very rude. We left. And I told him that was rude. They lost money. Why have a list of prices and I can’t take a picture? Just don’t have the prices listed then. He never said sorry, please or thank you in his statement. So we left.

Michelle Cloud From the layer of other people’s nail dust that coats every surface here, one would think that the Amarillo Health Dept has not visited this location since the 90s. Dirty nail files are re-used, my nail tech dropped the nail primer polish brush ON THE FLOOR, then just wiped it on a paper towel before sticking it back in the bottle. The nasty poof brush that was used on my hands was also used to clean the desk (both of which were nasty & filled with dust and clumps of something left from past clients). When they were clipping my friend’s nails, they yanked on her cuticle & made her bleed. Blood, y’all & no precautions were taken. Overflowing uncovered trash, junk laying about, yuck. See photos. Go someplace else- Queen nails was a royal disappointment.

Briana Rodriguez This is probably the best place I have been to in a very long time. My friend took me with her one day and I’m sticking with them. They’re very nice, helpful, and quick while also being careful. Absolutely enjoyed my time there. Andy was very sweet and did amazing on my nails. The lady who did my feet also did a great job! Can’t wait to return! 10/10 recommend!

Lily L The men here are honestly so rude. The guy doing my nails didn’t fix any of the flooding of the gel. I wanted to get a gel manicure which is around 20-30 minutes. I had at first gone at 12, but my lash appointment was at one and it was 12:45 with no service. So I left and came back later at 3. They didn’t even start me until 4:16. They weren’t packed in the slightest as well. The lady who seated me was very pleasant while the man who did my nails honestly seemed so agitated the whole time. If you want decent service I recommend getting one of the ladies.

Cortney Savage I am always weary about going to new places because I’ve had bad experiences in the past with people being rough and making me bleed. When I went in the staff was super helpful, clean conditions, and the nail tech I got was very helpful. I was very nitpickey because of past experiences and I knew what I wanted, the lady was so kind and patient with me. She was very gentle while cutting my cuticles. Overall 10/10, would recommend this place.

Lorissa Sanchez Wish i could give negatice stars: This place used to be decent but now they just plain suck. Charged $70 for horrible nails and uneven lines and nails . I specifically told the guy i wanted maroon and he just gave me whatever color he wanted. I even left a good tip he didn’t deserve AT ALL. The lady who helped my mom was rude and her nails are horrible too all because she doesn’t like to do french tip. Sorry you don’t like to do your job no reason to get an attitude with my mom. I wish we would’ve paid with card so I could despute the charges.

Kathy Nalley Very friendly staff! We went for my birthday to have pedicures! We had a great time talking with the staff. We did make an appointment and they were ready for us as soon as we got there. There was 16 of us getting pedicures!

Madisen Olson I showed the nail lady the picture of what I wanted and chose the colors from the palettes and she brought the correct red one and the wrong white one I specifically asked for one that was not delivered through like these, I know red is pretty messy but she didn’t even clean up the sides of my nails and we had got there at about four thirty and didn’t get out till six, most of the nails aren’t even even at the top of the nail, and for the red lines that are supposed to be candy canes I showed her the picture and even left my phone open so she could see and she redid it three different times and she just gave up and told me to wash my hands she only charged my sixty because I think she knew I wasn’t happy. She even filed the sides of some of my nails after the clear coat, which just made it to where some spots don’t have clear coat and for the sides of the nails they are super sharp and are horrible to feel the fifth pic is the ref pic

Shayli Holly I can’t say enough good things about Deluxe. I’ve tried almost every place in Amarillo and deluxe is the best value for your money. I see Michael and he is the absolute best. I’m a chronic nail biter and he was the first tech to really focus on making my nails STRONG, not just aesthetically pleasing. I even had a nail biting relapse and didn’t see him for a while. When i came back, my nails were awful. But Michael treated me and my nails with kindness and gentleness and I never felt judged. 1000/10!!

He is very detailed and makes sure my nails are to my satisfaction before I leave. Also, the pedicures are amazing. They also have the kid pedicure chairs for the little princesses.

Jessahcia Bulloch Overpriced for a basic manicure. I the pedicure was nice went not even a week ago for gel nails and they are already chipping. I have cuts on my fingers from where the staff member cut too deep on my fingers. Do not go here save your money. All of this plus a gel pedicure was $120 no thanks

Suzzie B I am very unsatisfied with their pedicure service today. This is the location on SW 58th. It is true what a lot of people are saying services vary depending on which technicians you get. This lady did not speak English, which is okay, but every time I told her she needed to fix, cut down, or shake the color so it does not come out milky and missing spots. She did not comprehend. They still did not come out right. Paints everywhere. Colors are still missing in between certain toes. I let one time go when I did manicure with them last time for chipping my gel nail the very next day because technician that time did a good job for shaping and coloring. Plus, their prices vary depending on who you talk to. My price today was supposed to be $50, NOT $55. I still left tip. Take off nail was supposed to be $10 on menu plus $5 for powder and this other lady just had 20 seconds pause to tell me ummm $15? Looks like they just come up with price on spot regardless what menu they show us. And I did not have powder either. Customer service seems to be horrible too. I do NOT recommend this place.

Nicole Simpson This place should be rated a 10. Me and my daughter got acrylic nails and a gel manicure and were both very happy. They are both flawless. We highly recommend this place. Very nice and professional.

Stephanie Wilson I Went yesterday and paid $130 with tip for nails and pedicure. I had gel on my toes the lady grinded them down so much it is so painful! I had to get regular polish this time because I couldn’t stand the pain of them being so thin. I paid $65 for a pedicure that they didn’t even cut the cuticles on my toenails and there is polish all over my skin. I was so looking forward to this pedicure because I heard good reviews about the leg massage. How it was the best in town. It is NOT. IT IS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. My nails aren’t better off either. The dip color is still all over my skin and cuticles.

Mackenzie Wesson I started coming to Planet Nails several months ago. I haven’t been anywhere else since. Nikki is the best! She does my acrylic fill with gel polish in around 35-45 minutes, depending on how challenging my design is, of course. Nikki does an amazing job every time, pays careful attention to detail, is efficient and prices are very fair! Highly recommend!

Vicki Flynn Very enjoyable experience. Drink given while having pedi (wine, water, soda). Deluxe pedi has hot stone massage, paraffin treatment, salt scrub, leg mask and polish, leg massage. Nail tech Pat was very excellent with my 77 yr old mother, she wanted to make sure her feet were done right, no wham bam done. She is a total professional. She made my mothers feet look awesome. This was my moms 2nd pedi ever and the experience at this shop was infinitely better.

Tammy Goodman The tech was quit and didn’t understand me. This was a joke!!! She worked on one foot and was quick about it and then worked on the second one slow. The first foot still has Callused on the heel and around the toes. I got the most expensive pedicure. The hot rock were cold on the second leg and she didn’t work that long on it. For all the waiting I should get a full body massage and a glass of wine. Been sitting her for 1.5 hrs. I will never come back or recommend them. The worst job ever.

Ella Here They charged me $15 to cut my toenails. I was 9 months pregnant and learned I would be induced. I didn’t have time for a pedicure (which they insisted) I just needed my toenails cut. I did not use any product and they were not busy. One a previous visit, I thought their pricing catalog said $5 for a nail clip but to my surprise I was charged $15! I couldn’t believe it, I was stunned. I’ve wanted to go back and speak to the management but I’ll just take my business somewhere else. That’s too bad because they’ve done a decent job in the past but they took advantage of my situation.

Beth Rodriguez I never ever leave bad reviews but I had the absolute worst ever experience with a nail salon here. I received a pedicure and a gel manicure. Firstly, during my pedicure the pedicurist used a cuticle trimmer (?) to remove hangnails I had on both of my big toes. However instead of simply trimming them, she ripped them off very quickly which not only was painful, but it made me bleed. A LOT. And the pedicurist did not apologize or even seem like it was a mistake on her end, in fact any time she saw me watching my feet, she used a towel to hide the fact that my foot was bleeding. When my pedicure was done I was very close to just going without the manicure but it was something I had wanted to treat myself to for a very long time and I had previously been working very hard on growing out my natural nails and was pleased with the length and shape and just wanted gel over. WELL as soon as I sit down the tech asks me what shape I want, and I answer, and no other questions asked, she trims one nail VERY SHORT which was honestly very soul crushing considering she didn’t ask me at all about length. But since she did the one the others needed to be evened out as heartbreaking as it was. When it was finally time for my polish, another worker brought the color I had picked to my tech, to which she scrunched up her nose and asked me if it was really the color I wanted. She wasn’t even the only worker there I felt was rude but that’s the instance that stuck out to me as it felt like it was just the cherry on top to a very disappointing experience. All of that being said, my feet and my nails, albeit too short, do look fantastic and the callous removal worked wonders on my feet. But the outcome is unfortunately not at all worth the experience. And I now know better than to go anywhere other than my usual salon.

M B Took my daughter with a group of her friends to get pampered. My daughter had a pedicure and she said it was painful. This isn’t the first pedicure so she knows what it should feel like. I got a pedi and mani with gel polish. I don’t even remember the massage portion of the pedicure, that’s how unimpressed I was. I could tell the color I chose was almost empty. I offered to pick another color and the tech told me no. It hasn’t even been a week and so far I have lost 3 polishes on my hands. They just pop off. She wouldn’t let the polish set under the light due to her being in a rush. When she finished I got a file and started to fix a lot of the edges. Another tech saw me and she did redo the top coat. I will not return here nor would I ever recommend to anyone. Go spend your money elsewhere. The picture includes my hands. The gold polish is what I’ve used to cover the nails where the polish popped off. This was such a disappointment.

Brandi Austin Really enjoyed my time here. The owners are kind, and Tony is absolutely the best...I am picky, picky, when it comes to my nails, the thing is Tony is a stickler for detail, so I dont even have to ask him, to do certain things, he just does... his nail jobs are done to last, I am not easy on my nails, and they never break or come off. And look amazing!

Pat James I have been to several Nail spas in Amarillo. This spa by far exceeds my expectations every time I go there. Their pricing is excellent and if you aren’t satisfied, they go out of their way to make it right. If you only go there for a wax one time, they don’t raise the price to something ridiculous like some spas do. Whatever service you get is the same price their regular customers pay. I drive all the way across town to have my nails done at Essence. All of their nail techs are good at what they do and the premises are cleaner than any other. I highly recommend Essence to everyone.

Brianna Valdez I came in just asking for a manicure with no nail polish. I sat down and the lady got started on my nails. I had asked her how her day was and she completely ignored me. It took her 5 minutes to do this and my nails are not shaped up at all. My pinkie nails is very jagged. This was 20 dollars and I’m very disappointed. The lady who did my nails was very rude, and rushed through something that should have been very simple. Never again.

Jaqueline Chacon Went in on Thursday of last week, asked for a simple dip set. The nail tech was putting the tips on sloppy and sticking up (just trying to finish fast) I asked her to fix the tips since they weren’t even sticking on to my nail. They were sticking up! She said they will stay on fine and fixed one and did Acrylic. They looked okay besides them sticking up. It’s Tuesday of the next week and WATER AND FOOD IS GETTING STUCK BETWEEN MY NAIL AND THE NAIL TIPS. Went to get them taken off so I dont get a fungal infection and they charged me $10 more to get them off on top of the $60 last week?! To top it off I got the same lady and she didn’t even try to take it off right. Needless to say I won’t be back and you shouldn’t go.

Sierragh Villarreal I’ve been going for years. Service is consistent. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted. They get you in with appropriate speed. Their work isn’t rushed but they are experienced so, they do move quickly. I went in this last time with my youngest. She is only ten months old. I normally don’t but as you know is moms have to do what we need to do to keep ourselves maintained. They worked on my feet and nails diligently. They didn’t seem annoyed and actually assisted me with grabbing my daughter bottle. If you want great work and to feel cared about as a customer this is the salon for you. Keaira Harris Has to be the worst experience, I had ever went to get a pedicure with toenail polish. You could see the layers when she had to do another layer. She cut my toenails very uneven. I told the owner about the job that was done now, she did try to file my toes down to make them even though it didnt work. It still looks very bad.
