Laura Worley Go here if you want perfect nails. Everytime I get them done every single thing is perfect. Ann is very gentle with the dremel I literally was falling asleep she is so careful and she has never burned me or cut me . She is a perfectionist and very very talented and sanitary . They work as quickly as possible as a team and never disappoint! Thank you Ann for always taking good care of me ! I will not go anyplace else! If you ever get one set from here you wont either!

Eugenia Snyder Very nice people. They use quality products and work to keep everything clean, sanitized and strive to make their customers happy. It is not a fancy place but Ann has great technical skills and can do many styles and decor. I am pleased and will be back.

Jennifer Elenbaas This place is busy for a reason. I made an appointment to get a French manicure before my vacation. It was my first time here. They were running about 15-20 minutes behind. In watching the technicians were skilled and the other clients seemed to enjoy their experience. I believe the owner worked on my nails and I had the opportunity to over hear the prior person experience as well. He was polite yet witty, and seemed real in his concerns and communication about the woman’s life. I felt like a lot of regulars were in there and more walked in during the hour I was there. I over heard requests from clients and he genuinely wanted to give a great experience and skill to each person. I liked the selection of colors and in my opinion I loved they had nail are on display and charms you could add! We always see these great designs on the internet and they seem to appreciate the challenge of glam/exotic requests and that is exciting! I highly recommend you check them out!

Kimberly Taylor Sam and his staff always do a great job and make sure that I am happy. I have picked polish a couple of times that wasn’t what I expected. I’m not one to complain and even though I didn’t say anything, they politely offered options I might consider - totally right every time! I have a few new favorites that I would never have picked on my own. The customer service is refreshing and top notch!

Ki Lynn Overall the staff is pretty nice!, but I am often disappointed my nails always end up breaking or cracking 2-5 days after getting them done, I pay $70-$80 just for them to fall off or crack in a couple days it’s a little disappointing!

guillermo alvarez Good service, but They sell me gates they dont have in stock, because the gate are inside on display. I bought cattle tank and leaks on 3 different places. The store looks good but the quality of most agriculture items are really bad. I hope they fix this problems soon.

Rosa Patitucci Was able to get a larger item and had it delivered by someone I knew. They were very helpful in getting it loaded. They have a good variety of farming items. I will be definitely be making more purchases for future backyard gardening.

Gary Faria It was literally my first time ever being in one of these establishments. Instead of being respectful and explaining to me I couldnt bring a propane tank inside. They walked me to the door and made me read a little sign that can be easily missed. Way to go! Atwood

Garrett Johnson Waited over 30 minutes at the gun counter to get some assistance and no one ever showed up. Several people walk by and no one offered assistance. I asked for help from three different associates. They called on there radio for someone to come back and no one came back. inexcusable customer service! They lost a sale in the process. Decided to go to Academy where I could actually get some help. How can you stay in business if you don’t help your customers?

Shena Patterson This is one of my favorite stores to shop at. Its great for dog and cat supplies, has super friendly cashiers, and most things are reasonably priced. The only thing I find a little bit expensive are the country store items. But they have a wide variety and I love the fried okra. So I guess its worth paying the $7

Alan Ross Harbor Freight is my go-to store whenever I feel like rolling the dice on whether my shiny new tools will break mid-project or magically last for a decade. Seriously, who needs certainty when you’ve got deals this good? The moment I walk in, I’m greeted by the familiar sight of power tools and accessories that cost roughly the same as a fancy cup of coffee. And it’s a no-brainer—do I really need a barista’s latte art when I can have the (maybe) reliable means to demolish a whole kitchen wall for less? The quality? It’s a thrill ride. Sometimes a wrench will strip bolts like it’s a personal hobby, and sometimes I’ll stumble upon a bargain tool that could survive a demolition derby. Sure, there’s the occasional “whoops, it’s already broken” moment, but those are just reminders of the true adrenaline rush Harbor Freight provides. It’s basically an amusement park for budget-minded DIYers. If you thrive on unpredictability and love a bargain that could either be a glorious steal or a short-lived fling, Harbor Freight is your 5-star destination. And let’s face it: If that tool does happen to fail, at least you saved enough cash to treat yourself to a coffee while you mourn its loss. Win-win!

Jereme Nelson Quality tools super cheap. And their customer service is on par with chick-fil-a. Ive been to at least 30+ of their stores and its impressive to see that they maintain these standards at each location. The only bad thing I can say is you better go in with a budget in mind because they have so many deals, but those deals add up quick! Good problem to have.

H “Riveroak” Great store--clean organized and friendly staff. Im always finding something new to try. I love the ability to check out reviews online for products before I buy. Have found many great deals along the way. Recently purchased their rechargeable AA batteries for some solar lights and they are working great. I like many of their products come with replacement guarantees so if it breaks you can replace it. I havent needed this yet but been told its a hassle free exchange.

Fernando De Leon Excellent place for getting decent tools and minor equipment for the shop. They cary tools like battery-powered drills and drill bits, mechanics hand tools both metric and standard. Air powered tools, air pumps, spray guns for paint. Towing equipment, wheels for wagons, etc., electrical1 equipment and tools. Everything has a warranty. Just take it back and get it replaced.

Noor Shahankary I had an exceptional experience at the salon, and I must commend Jackson for providing outstanding service during my pedicure. He was not only incredibly professional but also incredibly sweet and friendly, making the entire experience enjoyable and relaxing. His attention to detail and excellent customer service truly stood out, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I absolutely love this salon and will undoubtedly be returning due to the high level of service and Jackson’s exceptional hospitality.

Guadalupe Mendez Absolutely recommend this place ! Love the atmosphere and the techs were extremely nice and accommodating. Husband and I got “The volcano” pedicure and it was so relaxing. Tiffany E If I could give zero stars I would. They messed up my nails months back and I let it go and decided to give them a second chance because my daughter wanted her nails done for an event so we went got right in I showed them the exact picture of what she wanted the First Lady wasn’t even the nail tech who did the nails so she relayed what my daughter wanted to the next lady never asked to see the picture so I showed her and then proceeded to do her nails completely wrong. I got up twice to tell her they were wrong and instead of starting over or fixing them she just did what she wanted and called it a day. Charged me 75 dollars on top of it no discount no apology nothing and when I complained and continued to point out that they looked nothing like the picture and after being there two hours I just paid for what my daughter got and left. I have pictures for reference to show just how OFF these nails are. We went to Greenville nail bar where my daughter got exactly what she wanted and they charged us less than this nail salon did to mess up completely and still no apology or even cared enough to fix it after telling her multiple times they were not even close. I will never come back or waste my money again here.

Jo Renner I have been going to Nail Lounge for 5+ years and have never been disappointed. It is always a treat. Tony is awesome and always makes me feel comfortable. My nails have never chipped, peeled, or cracked and I always get compliments. I highly recommend Nail Lounge and Im a loyal and appreciative customer.

Holly Diggs Such a nice a relaxing atmosphere. Always satisfied with my nails when I leave. They are also very sweet and extra gentle with my 95 year old mom-in-law.

Zatania Strain I was in search of a new nail salon in Greenville and I stumbled upon the Nail Lounge. I was reviewing the nail techs & their work and found Jade. I have been to be serviced by Jade four times within a two month span. She has always delivered great service when she has done my nails. I just recently tried to the metallic on my nails and let’s just say I love them with the color I selected. Oh and the wine is a plus during service. If you are in search of quality and a value for nail service check out Jade at the Nail Lounge in Greenville you won’t be disappointed.

Chelsey Davis I absolutely love Linh and her spa. She has been doing my nails for over 6 years and I followed her from where she was in Bonham to Kat Nails in Greenville when she opened. I can show her a picture of what I want and Im always very happy with what she does. I have tried a couple of other places (only because Lihn was out of town) and both times regretted it, so never again. They are all very sweet and give each customer their full attention and time.

Amy Olvera Great little strip mall so far. My favorite place in there is Shogun! Prices are a little high so its a special treat when we go. For us, this is usually because we love the several different types of items from sushi and hibachi. My fiance and I have been to the massage place a couple of times and the ladies there are pretty good. The price for a couple massage is good and I feel good leaving. I hope to try more places soon!!

Lonnie Hargrove The Subway is a good spot for a fresh lunch and a cookie treat... When they have it. This location has been running low on cookies and some ingredients for sandwiches.

Ashley I’ve been coming to this nail salon since I moved here in the area hands-down the best Customerservice I love it. I am 36 years old and I literally must say since I’ve been coming to nail salon. This is the top notch and Maya she is cold with the design Every time I come to she is ready to see what design I have for her. She takes her time. She is very detailed. I believe they have a few of my pictures on their website for when I’ve gotten nail design. I actually just left today from getting Christmas design and honey. She slay all day every day.

Erika Teichman, Realtor Had a gel manicure and organic pedicure there yesterday, and the service was excellent! All the staff were friendly and attentive, and my nails look great!! The venue was clean and well laid out, with nice decor. The man at the front asked me how everything was and invited me to provide any feedback that would allow them to improve. How refreshing! The last place I went to (Dorado) gave me bad service and didn’t care to learn any constructive criticism I had; they didn’t care about my bad experience. The prices st this salon are very reasonable, too. I highly recommend Oasis Nail Spa!!

Chloe tries very hard to make sure you have a good experience and she exceeds your expectations. Today I had selected a pink for a special occasion. Valerie James plum nail’s has been my go to nail salon since they opened. Chloe is amazing!!! She always does exactly what I ask for…it doesn’t matter if it’s just a simple 1 color gel nail to an elaborate or fun holiday design…she is so talented with her nail art.

ben fortunate Very helpful and sincere folks working here. More than honest in what products and services can be done here. Moved to Greenville a month or two ago from Dallas and this location had been superb in recommendations for lawn care, power tools, and home goods for me, a first time home buyer. Made returns and exchanges easy with no over promising and under delivering, commonly seen in a corporate structure. I feel more at home knowing this store will support me and my wife with our future home projects here in Greenville. They use another company but don’t want to deal with anything when things go wrong. Awful customer service. Makayla Flowers I’ve always just gone to any nail salon they have all been the same. However this was my second time here and it solidified my opinion that this place is awesome. They have offered me something to drink both times. The customer service has been absolutely amazing. The staff is so friendly and omg my nails have been so beautiful both times I’ve come. I’ve shown them a picture and they have matched it spot on. I like the stiletto shape and other places haven’t done it to the short length I like but this hasn’t been an obstacle here. I am very satisfied and recommend them to everyone.

Lauren Harding EDIT… to add more pics. This is just after 3-4 days of having gel manicure and pedicure. This tax evading nail salon is an absolute joke! I came in on January 7th and got a gel manicure and gel pedicure. “Hannah” did my pedicure when I got home and realized how terrible of a job she did, I called and Kim answered. I nicely told her that the technician that did my gel pedicure did not do a good job, I was very unhappy with it due to the cuts of my nails, the polish wasn’t painted on my toes, but mostly my skin and that I wanted a refund. Kim said she was going to ask Brandon if they could refund or if I wanted for them to redo it… you can’t fix uneven nails that are cut down so short.. Kim was trying to make me come in and have it fixed. I didn’t want that, I just wanted a refund. They only wanted to refund 30.00. I wasn’t happy about that, but I agreed. A few days passed, I’m waiting on my refund to go back to my card, because that’s how refunds work when you pay with a card. I called there this morning, inquiring about my refund. I was told they didn’t process the entire total, 106.00 plus the 10.00 I left for a tip, totaling 116.00. They just processed for 106.00, I told Brandon I would be disputing with my bank he threatened to press charges on theft of services. That’s not theft of services. I paid the day of rendered services, and called same evening to let them know I wasn’t happy. This can be disputed as quality of services. I work for a bank… I know this. Brandon told me I would have to either bring my card back in for my refund or get 20.00 in cash. They didn’t tell me that the first I called back to let them know I was so disappointed. So because of this horrible customer service, misleading communication, I requested a refund for the entire 106.00 Brandon informed me again that he would press charges for theft of services & dispute my dispute I do with my bank. Brandon also informed me that my polish loss is due to my nails. I have had previous gel pedicures, they didn’t do this. They didn’t want to refund on my card because it would mess with their book for taxes, rather than letting me go spend my money where it’s appreciated. They rather give me 20.00 in cash as the remainder of the 30.00 refund. ALL AROUND HORRIBLE NAIL SALON. Not to mention they are known for giving fungal infections when they cut you.

Amberly McNabb The employees were so nice so I don’t like to give such a low review. But I paid for my daughter to get acrylic nails in advance as she was getting them done with a few friends so I paid before hand. My mistake. Somehow they convinced her to do press on nails. The nails didn’t even last 48 hours. They told her they were trying out a new glue on her nails and that if any fall off to just come back up there. I not only paid for acrylic, I tipped her generously, trusting she would do what was paid for. Again, my mistake. I’m very disappointed in how crooked her nails were and how they didn’t stay on for 2 days. $75 for some press ons is crazy to me and NOT what we paid for. We’re not complainers or confrontational, just won’t be going back.

hollie Roberts I was not super impressed i went in got a full set before Christmas Brandon did a great job on my nails I paid 50 for long coffin nails with jewels on 2 fingers, okay not bad pricing so I was happy. What got me was when I went back for a fill Linda did my nails and the job wasnt done very good at all, my jewels were taken off and not put back on yet when I got finished and went to pay for my fill I was charged 40$!!! Thats way over priced when I paid 50$ for a brand new set with jewels. Had i known i would be charged like that I would have just soaked the nails off and got a new set. I felt that was unfair and as a new customer I wasnt pleased with the pricing I will go back to where I used to go. Not to mention after my fill my nails started breaking off not even a week later from where the tip from originally glued.

Cynthia Willis Mixed review: The Good- They do squeeze in drop-ins. Very attentive to giving you the size and shape of nail you want. The Bad- either on phone or conversing with fellow staff 95% of time in non-English conversation. It became awkward after a while. Dont expect a "Steel Magnolias" experience.

Diana Baquedano Jolie thank you so much i love my nails. I asked for thin and she delivered. The attention she had to execute exactly what i wanted was Phenomenal. I always get off the wall nails and she delivered. I will be stepping up my next appt. And kept who ever is interested posted.

Stella Childers The Greenville Promenade offers a decent selection of stores, but I still occasionally miss the old mall from back in its heyday before it died a slow, painful death lol I find that I dont go shopping as often as I did back then but cant solely blame it on the Promenade which I definitely dont find as convenient but think it has more to do with a combination of Im getting older and prefer online shopping with delivery to my door which wasnt even an option years ago when the mall was still thriving. So, if you like an open shopping experience with access to individual stores without having to walk through a mall and potentially past a lot of things in which you have no interest OR if you prefer to shop in-person in a brick-and-mortar store, then the Greenville Promenade possibly might be the place for you if it has the store you desire.

Rashaad Brown Its not a very exciting place to be. When the holidays come around or any events that involve getting clothing, this place gets to packed. Greenville is a small town with too big of a population and needs more places to shop and things to do.

Jones Steffany (Steff) How many different names for this place are there?? Im pretty sure this is the 3rd review Ive done of the same place by a different name. Like I said... in short its a decent place to shop, probably one of the best options in reference to the area, any better shopping experience (like a mall or shopping center with a wider variety of retailers, more style &/or size options, etc.) would require driving at least an hour - hour and a half of driving or more. So for the area, its a decent spot to shop.

Brynne Parrinello Five stars SPECIFICALLY for Heather. She remains an absolute pleasure every single visit (even when I can tell she’s going through something deep down.) She cares about the customers, her job comes first and it shows. She deserves the world, I hope she has some incredible things headed her way, you can tell she has been working really hard for a long time. As for the facility, it’s not the best petco I’ve been into (low stock, missing products, clusters, etc), but the employees usually make up for it if they can. Keeping our clan thriving!

Jessica Brittell They are nice to you when you go inside and see all the dog and cat stuff I wish I could take my dog there and get a good haircut done. Ive been in the store and they are very pleased to have customers.

Angela Spradlin I wanted to give a shoutout to Nancy and John at World Nails in Royse City, Texas. I have been going there for many many years and they recently started offering a ‘hair spa,’ and I had my first experience recently. I wasn’t sure what to expect since I’ve only had massages a few times. I had the 90-minute treatment, and it was incredible! You know how good it feels when you get a haircut and they shampoo your hair? Well, imagine that plus a facial and multiple long scalp massages. This is a new service for them, but I highly recommend it!  It’s in a separate room in the salon; so at the beginning, I heard some “noise.” But with the calming music in the background and the start of the treatment, I did not really notice.  I’ll definitely do it again. I might have to skip a pedicure every three weeks in the winter to get “head spa,” but it’s definitely worth it.

sofi luna My daughter asked for french nails, which in my experience, has always been pink and white dip. The tech put a white tip on and called it french. It was hideous and the white part was super thick. She kept blaming my daughter saying she was just trying to save us $$ and had asked her if the white tip was Ok. Obviously my daughter didn’t understand and said OK. i was in a pedicure chair so I wasn’t there to see. When we told her we weren’t happy with it and to just paint it, she just threw a gel color on there (looked nothing like the light pink she had decided on) and left the nails looking a mess from the tip. I like this salon for pedicures but I definitely won’t be taking my daughters back for nail services. It’s too expensive to just settle for what they want to give you because they’re in a hurry to move on to the next customer

Jennifer Needed to get my nails done, but didnt want to drive to Rockwall to my usual salon so I decided to try out Vip nails Salon. They definitely "understood the assignment"! I Did not have to specify anything, it only took an hour from soak off and do the new ones and more affordable. This will be my nail salon from now on!

Makinzie Adams Came here after work (1:30 pm) on a Thursday and got right in (there was 1 other person there). I showed them a picture of what I wanted (black and blue ombre) and they discussed it for a moment and decided they could do it. Im less than pleased with the final product because my nails are not smooth and shiny like they should be (they are bumpy), the clear coat is bubbled, my nails are very thick, the cut/ ends are not even and it looks like a 5 year old did my nails. They left acrylic on my fingers as well as glue and they were less than friendly to me. I will never go here again. I thought I would give them a try since its a lot closer to my house and work but Ill be going back to my go to in Terrell or Wylie from now on.

angie Barron Waited 1 hour for toes to dry and they still ended up messing up. I think the polish might be old. Nice people but I wont be going back.

Nikki Morales I would not waste your time nor your money at this nail salon. I brought my daughter here to get her nails and toes done for her birthday on Sunday. Yesterday when she took a shower her nail polish on her nails and toes came off. My husband called and they said we needed to just come back up here so they could see it. We drove all the way back over here for them to see it, and they will not refund the money. They said that they would redo the work. However why waste another hour to sit here for her nail polish to flake off in 2 days again. I have been a cosmetologist and licensed for 16 years and I have never seen nail polish just fall off from a professional nail salon. I got a pedicure, and my toenails are doing the same exact thing. Very worst paint job Ive ever had in my life. I also got dips with tips on my nails and my thumb was so thin that it cracked right down the middle.
