Sharon May Always seems to be a great experience! Everyone is super friendly, kind, not pushy about not having a procedure done right away. I really like everything about it! Dr Dykes is awesome, as well as everyone else in that office!

Katie’s Babysitting I had an exceptionally professional experience at Leander Modern Dentistry. Despite the presence of several patients ahead of me, the wait time was minimal. Once I was ushered into the treatment area, I was impressed by the advanced technology utilized in their practice, including small high quality cameras that ensured thorough examinations.
I originally visited for a cleaning and to address discomfort on one side of my mouth, which was later diagnosed as multiple cavities. After reviewing the financial plan, I chose to proceed with the recommended treatment, and they efficiently accommodated me on the same day. The dentist performed the procedures with remarkable skill.
As someone who experiences anxiety, finding a comfortable dental environment can be challenging, but I felt at ease throughout my visit. The dentist took the time to explain each step of the process and frequently checked in to ensure my comfort. The treatment, which included addressing multiple cavities and a deep cleaning, was done in a jiffy, I was attended to by both the dentist and the hygienist, who worked seamlessly as a team. I felt secure and well cared for during the entire experience, which was, without a doubt, the best I have ever encountered! I will recommend to anybody!

eman hammad Worst customer service I have ever experienced in any dental office!! Got my implant done there in January. Scheduled an appointment for February and arrived on time only to be told that I was 30 minutes early and the periodontist was running at least 30 minutes behind. Got through that appointment and tried to schedule the next part of the treatment plan and was told that the schedule isn’t out yet and I would get a call. 2 months later, I call them to ask when they were going to schedule me only to be told be told that they don’t know what I need done and who I need to be scheduled with. Took a week to get that straightened out and make the correct appointment after having to call back several times. The day before my appointment, I get a call that due to multiple cancellations, the periodontist is only working a half day and I can come in earlier or reschedule. So basically, they had people cancel and they didn’t want to waste time waiting for the last patient. So, they canceled on me. I cannot make it to the one opening the periodontist has later this month, so I have to wait until their June/July schedule opens up, then they’ll “call me?!?!?”. I asked to be scheduled at another location due to the inconvenience and discomfort I am in, and was told no, you have to come to this office (even though they have done this several times in the past). Great way to tell your patients that we don’t care about you or your comfort, we just want your money. Never, ever, ever again. And PLEASE do me the courtesy of not responding at all. That “we care about our patients ….. please call our office….” Message you respond with to all the complains is absolutely insulting.
