5 /5 MARIA NORTHCUTT: Always a pleasure! We have been at Pendergrass and Wilkie Dentistry since we moved to Amarillo in 2023 and they have been more than accommodating! My daughter and I get seen for all our scheduled cleanings and regular check ups at the same time. Have had no issues with scheduling. Reminders are sent out in a timely manner and very much appreciated! Always helpful and attentive to any concerns I may have. Especially now that she’s ready for braces.

5 /5 MelAnn Morales: This practice is staffed by the most compassionate people from Sandra at reception to the hygienist to the dentist and everyone else you will encounter. Their goal is to make you comfortable and restore your dental health. I had significant dental trauma as a child and teen and it’s all I can do to force myself back into a dental office again. Their staff and response to my anxiety and concerns helps me overcome my fears. Highly recommend. Both dentists are amazing.

5 /5 Becky Nenstiel: I’m not the easiest patient as I can really be a gagger, but I have always been treated with respect and given the best possible dental care. Kim has been cleaning my teeth for over 40 years. She is the best! When Dr Riddle retired I was a little nervous about the change. Dr. Wilkie has been great! He always has time to ask how you are doing and takes the time to listen and respond accordingly. Both he and Dr Pendergrass are men of integrity, Godly character and gentle demeanor. Sandra is the cream of the crop! Always greeting you with a smile and eager to help you in anyway possible. I am thankful and grateful that I’m able to have my dental needs met by the Pendergrass and Wilke dental practice.

Randy Whitehurst: My teeth were in really bad shape. I’d had braces on from 12 years old until 19. My parents were not wealthy, and circumstances caused us to lose dental insurance. I took them off myself when I was 19, and didn’t go to a dentist about it until I was in my 30s. I find myself in a much better situation financially these days and went to get them fixed. All on 4 uppers is the best way if you’re going to have to replace your teeth!!! It’s been a ride, there were some complications that were not the fault of AOMS I don’t think. Like I said, I was in bad shape. I started the process in May of 2023, and finished the process yesterday! (02/19/25) AOMS only charged me the one fee for the process that was supposed to take a year. It’s been almost two, and they’ve stood behind their work and treated me very well! I paid up front, and they haven’t asked for another dime! They even had to knock me out and operate a year later when some of the implants failed. Now, don’t get me wrong, I’ve had teeth in my mouth since the day they operated, it just wasn’t perfect. I mean, I thought they were great how they were the first time around, but they weren’t happy. The implants weren’t as solid as they’d have liked, so we had to redo them. To me it already felt 1000 times better than what I had naturally. Had I gone to Mexico and saved money I’d likely still be happy, and wouldn’t have a clue that the implants weren’t quite right, I mean I could handle just a little discomfort compared to what I had before. Now though, I see what they were concerned about. All that’s gone too! I can eat steaks and beef Jerky without pain. I mean, I could probably pick up a steak and just bite it with my teeth! My teeth are more solid than they’ve been since I can remember. My smile is amazing now! Don’t go for the cheap implants across the border. Things happen, and what would you do then? Also, AOMS took their time fitting and making sure everything feels as natural as my own teeth would as far as how they fit together. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you Gloria and the AOMS team!!!

However, I was sent to general dentist for denture fitting!? (Impression). What a frustrated! My candid opinion: Dr. Atkins is the top notch dentist. Its worth your money in term of the quality. However, it is costly, no compromise.
