5 /5 Charles Quarles: The staff was very professional and knowledgeable when dealing with them. they were also nice and friendly with my daughter which made her feel comfortable.

2 /5 Sharlene Bordonaro: The transition between doctors has not been great. When I tried to make an appointment it went to their answering service, but whats the point when no one calls you back. Was told today it was because they were closed the week of Valentines...but that doesnt explain why I wasnt called back last week. Ive spoken with the new orthodontist since he took over and he seems nice enough, but the office in general doesnt seem to be being managed well. Hopefully it will get better.

5 /5 Masaratu sheriff: I found this orthodontist office with one simple google search because I was looking for an orthodontist office to get clear aligners. I decided to get a few consultations and this one was one of the few I choose because they had an amazing amount of positive reviews. I was very happy with my consultation and Dr. Chapman (I might have spelled it incorrectly) and his team really made me feel welcome and comfortable! I currently have my appointment to get my aligners placed soon and I couldn’t be more excited. If you ever have any concerns or issues with anything including payment plans, just make sure to communicate with them and everything should work out. I would really like to thank all of you and Im definitely looking forward to my next appointment and seeing all of your smiles again soon!
