I was able to go in on a Saturday without an appointment around 9:15 to get a pedicure and I walked out at 9:50 and let me tell you that was one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had and I only got the basic. B Illuminating Lotus Sps (Illuminating Lotus Sps) Best place I’ve been to in a very long time!! Not only are my nails and feet spectacular but every single staff member had excellent customer service. Each person was kind, thoughtful, caring. I watched them take care of each customer as if they were family. Helping people to their seats, offering a beverage, and helping people through doors. You just don’t see this very often these days. I can’t say enough about this place. I didn’t take as many pictures as I normally do but that is because I was enjoying my time thoroughly. I had a full set of almond shaped nails and the Volcano Pedicure. Amazing!!

I traveled quite a bit through my early years and had nails done in every big city and town it seems but the very best without a doubt are the ladies at Kim’s Nail Spa in Palestine, Texas! Cheyenne McNabb The pedicure I received was the signature pedicure, in which they went above and beyond. They gave a leg and foot massage and even did a face mask. I also got a manicure, in which I also got a hand massage, and they did acrylic nails for me with the cats eye nail polish. The staff was very kind and welcoming. I love the service I received, and will be coming back.

Crystal Fox I am super new to the area and wanted to treat myself to a mani pedi after a long week. I searched reviews of local spots and thought I found the best salon around so I booked an appointment online for 10am. I received a text asking to come in at 8:30. I said the earliest I could get there would be 9ish because it’s Saturday and I have other things in my schedule. They insisted 8:30 so I moved some things around and got there at 8:38 and they weren’t even open yet? Strange. The place seemed clean and nice enough. Except for the fact they were streaming pigs being butchered on the big screen tv the entire time I was there!? Not exactly a spa experience but ummm okay. I also saw they offered complimentary beverages on the website yet I was never offered one. I am not one to complain so I just ordered the $59 pedicure, picked my colors and closed my eyes to relax. The spa pedicure was done well and the massage was relaxing. The trouble came when the gel (shellac) was applied and I realized they were quite bumpy? I’ve experienced that with powder but gel polish? Is it old is it the application? I don’t know but I give the guy the opportunity to fix it up because again I don’t like to be “that girl” making a stink or being picky. According to the reviews this place is excellent right? Well in my experience… definitely NOT. Then came the nails. I had gel polish which would literally dissolve with a soak yet… the dremel comes out!? He was gentle with it so again I chose to keep the peace surely the nails will turn out great right? There is a table placed across me at the pedicure chair that legit was so unstable I could barely put my hands down on it without it tipping over… annoying. As he’s painting again I see it looking super bumpy and there are whole sides of my nails with no paint!? Again holding faith it will be fixed… when he started lotioning my hands and literally scraping excess gel off of the sides of my nail off the skin I felt like I was going to explode. Surely this isn’t the level of quality this place boasts right!? I finally say hey this isn’t right this isn’t right and then I look down and notice one of my toe nails was literally trimmed into a triangle!? I honestly am like shaking typing this because I haven’t had a bad experience like this is literally years! Although he did offer to fix it and then just started deeming the hell out of my nails again… at that point I just said enough! I’m done! 2 hours I was there. 2 hours I can’t get back and he wants to dremel it down and what glob more paint in it? Pictures are of the “finished” nails For the price they are charging this was so ungodly bad I will NEVER be back. They did discount my service and I only paid for the pedicure… which feels like a crime in itself. My poor toe nail looks like a triangle… and they were at least polite which is why I’m giving 2 stars. But the actual service? Never again! The nail tech I believe was Jimmy. I’m just astonished I came in early to accommodate them and I get this!? Super disappointed.

Emma Keatts I’m fairly new to the area and was looking o treat myself. I walked in and was greeting by a very sweet women who quickly popped up to assist me in picking a color. I was almost immediately sat and showed a reference photo to my stylist. Which was a medium length ivory color square shaped set. She started on my nails and when she went to cut them she asked for my approval. I approved the length and she continued to cut them shorter and shorter. By the time she was done with my first hand she asked me if I liked them and I told her they weren’t the length I had said. They were natural nail length and circular. I let her know that it wasn’t really what I had asked for or wanted and she started getting short with me saying that I approved the length and I let her know that she continued to keep cutting. After the back and forth she walked away and came back with a bowl and started to soak off my nails. She was filing them down and went over the same spot so many times aggressively that I started to bleed. I left this place with short unhealthy nails with acrylic still on it. I’m really upset with my service.

Teddy Bishop I have had 2 surgeries this summer and had a lot of health issues. It had been months since I’ve had my toes and nails done. Both of the folks working on me worked very hard to make me feel beautiful again. I highly recommend this facility.

Toner Gal I received a gift certificate to come here and Im soooo glad I did! The place smelt really good when I walked in and it was clean. I was greeted by 2 women who you can just tell they love their jobs. They offered me water and gave me a compliment. My back has been jacked for over a month now and even the chiropractor visit didnt make it better. Hands down I have never had a massage like this before. The whole time Jamie was massaging me I felt like hands of angels were touching all the right places. She used some cream on me that felt really good. Im so grateful for whatever she did to me in that room because Im able to stand up straight again without being in pain. I like that this is a one stop spa. These are my gals now. Im a client for life!

The soft touch of her massage and energy is so calming to someone in constant pain. Neuropathy of the feet is real. Her voice is like an angel and so soothing. It helps you forget the nightmare you are in. She introduced me to some amazing collagen products that are actually safe to take they as they are medical grade. Hannah Kessel I realize it being the 4th of July holiday and most businesses are closed (which I totally agree with). But I called this nail Salon twice to confirm they were open and both times a man answered and said yes. I told him I’d be in there in 30 minutes-as that’s how long it takes me to drive there from where I live. Once I got there, the door was locked and I knocked hard several times on the door and no response. I then called twice more, yet no one responded. Their sign was clearly lit up that said open. This is very Frustrating and I don’t recommend anyone doing business with not only the most overpriced nail salon in Palestine, but now the most unprofessional. Another young lady showed up around the same time I did and she also had called to verify they were open, yet here we were, standing in the parking lot making calls to every nail salon in the town. Well, Fancy Nails, you lost two customers today, and most likely a lot more once this review is posted. Shame on improper business practices.

The shop is clean and well-maintained. They offer ample services and color choices. They are friendly, funny, and always upbeat. I moved an hour away and still return to Palestine Nail and Spa for my gel nails, pedicures, and waxing. They are THE BEST!

Precious Francis I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this place, went there today to exchange some brand new products (as well as purchase additional products)that were never used and was told I could not. Well you lost a great customer today and also well over a hundred dollar sell. I’ll take my business elsewhere and will never return.

Brittany Odegard This what happens when you get your nails done but somebody that doesn’t care about their customers. All my nails are cracking straight across the middle, natural nail and all! Let’s than 2 weeks into this set and the worst I’ve ever gotten. Wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.

Sarah Shilling I am really disappointed with this salon I had a pedicure and full set done today and the service was terrible. The nail tech, Mary was so rough and a bit argumentative. I asked her to please not put such a large amount of acrylic on - she said it will be fine. (Wth?) It was all over my hands and fingers. She said she will file it out so it won’t be so thick. She did not & when I asked her to at end she was so put out over it and rushed that she cut my cuticles. The pedicure was just okay but my toe nails are so crooked and sloppy it’s joke. They knew I was not happy with my services and just did not care. No initiative to take care of the customer and absolutely let me leave dissatisfied which is the worst part. Had any employee offered to correct their mistakes I would’ve skipped leaving negative feedback.

Krista Marquez First off, dont even bother going to ANY nail salon in palestine if you have high standards for your nails. This is not my first bad nail salon experience in this town but the first time Ive thought to speak up about it. I asked for short acrylic french tip nails. I got long acrylics and the guy used gel nail polish for the tip which left it looking sloppy on the tips and under the nails. I asked for them shorter and he did not want to cut them shorter. I mentioned the bumps in the white tips and he told me "no" and continued with putting the clear gel over it. I also went on a monday morning where it wasnt busy and my shoes were shoved on my feet and I was rushed to the check out. So much for a relaxing nail day with quality service.

Joselyn Valladares Not what i asked for! Told her square round i dont know what kind of shape this is. All my nails are shaped different and different size. Some are thicker and some are slimmer you can tell were the nail looks thick and then on top of that one of my nails looks like the whole finger is covered with powder!!!!
