taylor sims: first picture is what I asked for, second picture is what I left with AFTER TWO HOURS for SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS. I should’ve been told right away that the man couldn’t do what I was asking for. the acrylic was thick and lumpy and the index finger on my NON DOMINANT hand chipped within 8 hours of them being done. this looks like I let someone practice doing nails for the first time on my hands. go to modern nails instead.

Audrie Chaney: I went to this salon yesterday got a manicure and pedicure. I asked for my nails to be soaked off and she proceeded to use a nail to pry in between the natural nail and the acrylic and pulled it off dry, which began to bleed. I had an okay manicure after that, as well as a pedicure and had no issues. Fast forward to this morning, I wake up almost all of my fingers are red, inflamed, and sore ( I had been burned by the drill around every nail. ) As well as two of my GEL polishes had fallen off my toes, so I go in trying to solve the issue with the shop before resorting to this. I show them the injuries and they proceed to tell me they can take it off and give me $35 (I paid over $140.) I said that my fingers were sore and I did not want them touched and just wanted a refund for the service. He then proceeded to undermine my injuries and refuse to give me a refund. After enough going back and forth they decided to refund $65 out of the $140 i paid. I cant recommend you to anywhere else in Lufkin more. Terrible service and terrible customer service after.
