1 /5 Mikayla Taptto: I’ve always gotten my nails done here and the price is decent and they usually do a pretty good job. Yesterday I got dip powder and the lady made 8/10 of my nails bleed because she took skin off of my cuticles. This picture was taken the day after I got them done. My other hand isn’t as bad as this one but you can still see where she took some of the skin off.

5 /5 Tracie Gunter: I had a terrible ingrown toenail. So I went to TD Nails inside Sikes Senter Mall and a lady named Thu took fabulous care of me. She was extremely gentle and very thorough. My feet look great and she got the ingrown toenail out without hurting me, which is really wonderful as I’ve been thru some very painful pedicures in the past. She also gave me a very nice manicure and waxed my eyebrows very well, all in a timely manner. I am a happy customer and will definitely be returning to see Thu in 4-6 weeks. Thank you.

1 /5 Susan Weaver: bad service. came away very unhappy manager did nothing to help the paying customers just took her money she left with very dry crack heals. Customer now has to go somewhere else pay for a decent pedicure. Save your money dont go to TD nails in the mall in Wichita falls Texas.

Though I get someone different each time they have their own technique, which is awesome, I finally found the person I will be requesting every time I go, for now on, her name is Amy. She is terrific, she may be petite but she gives the BEST foot massage. The best thing is, if Amy isnt available, I will still be getting an AMAZING, foot massage. I have been coming to this place for nearly 3 years and will continue to come in for a foot massage.

She was in a drawer and I said “excuse me”….paused and then started asking my question. She never turned around the entire time. She answered me with her back to me which was just a bit odd and not personable. I spent a few hundred dollars there today and was t really treated as a valued customer.

Kaia Oberg: Not my usual place, but I had a gift certificate. When I came in and they asked me to sit down the gentlemen next to me (one of the employees ) was playing His game at full volume on His phone. As she started my nails she didn’t do any cuticle clean up or check for hangnails and jumped straight in. She was letting the powder sit without brushing and it stained my fingers, her solution at the end was to take the electric file to my skin and shred my skin. The edges of my nails are bumpy and fingers are all dirty. As I was leaving she made the checkout process super confusing and was asking me to tip her. I have never left without tipping, but as she rushed through my service and didn’t take her time I wasn’t paying for her time. It took her less than 30 minutes which at any other place it takes them at least 45 min-1 hr. It is definitely more of a convenience place and I won’t be going her again. Her name was Jenny so it may have been just her style and not the whole salon. There are many other shops with better service & cheaper price in town.
