3 /5 Katrina Korhonen: I was a walk-in customer and was seated immediately for a manicure and pedicure, which I appreciated. The service was efficient, and the overall experience was pleasant. However, my nails were not fully dry when it came time to pay, which led to smudging as I tried to access my wallet and purse. Unfortunately, this caused some of my nails to become damaged before I even left the salon.
To make matters worse, within just two days of my manicure, the nail polish began to peel off completely. I’ve never experienced nail polish lifting like press-ons, especially so soon after application. I had hoped for my nails to look great for my Thanksgiving visit to California to see family, but I was disappointed by the lack of durability in the polish.
While the service itself was good, the quality of the manicure did not meet expectations for the price I paid. Typically, a manicure should last about two weeks, not two days.
