Jennifer Pena My first experience the stylist over processed my hair. She was kind and happily corrected it. Today I was supposed to have my 2nd appointment. i show up and no one is there. I called my stylist to find out that she is no longer living in town or working there. This is after several texts to confirm my appointment and confirming. This is very poor professionalism. Back to looking for an upstanding salon!

Haven Fleming If I could give zero stars I would. I paid $150 and got completely ripped off by this lady. She knew I had a medical condition causing hair loss and took advantage of me. She was rude, hit my vehicle with her car door, lied, and overcharged me for services that didn’t even last the rest of the day. THE SAME DAY I had to go get fixed what she had done to me.

Josh Smith Its pricey sure. But the quality cut youre receiving is worth every penny. Each cut is a masterpiece. I dont know how Danny does it. Hes like a mind reader, he knows exactly how i want it and shapes it to my face better than what I asked for and envisioned. The service is above and beyond. Here, you get what you pay for. I would recommend this place to anybody!

Moore Terri I booked with Tanji through her website by referral. I’ve lived in the Texarkana for almost 3 years now and was in search of someone to care for my natural hair. The service I booked was for a silk press and I received the most amazing service and treatment ever. Tanji really takes her time to perfect her craft and takes pride in the services she provides. The whole atmosphere at Harmony is refreshing. Her social media platforms and content doesn’t do the services she provides any justice; you’ll definitely be pleased.

Keisha Conway Suite Harmony salon has such a calm relaxing vibe. Tanji is always so sweet, very professional, and she makes sure she tends to all of your hair needs. Her shampoo technique is the best! You won’t be disappointed!

Now she has her own shop and it’s so relaxing and peaceful there customer service is over the top . Emily Curry I LOVE THIS PLACE! Brittney is my GO TO for waxes and facials. She does my monthly Brazilian, eye brows, and lip. My eyebrows have been completely transformed since going to her and I recommend her to anyone who will listen. Brittney always has a positive attitude and calming way about her, she’s very knowledgeable about everything she does, and has a very strong work ethic. 10/10!!!

Maggie Deer Britney is wonderful and so professional! Ive been getting Brazilians for around a year and wouldnt dream of going elsewhere. The products she uses are top notch and dont cause any skin irritation for me at all (which is normally an issue). So happy to have found her!

Linda Addison I had a pedicure with Helen. She is absolutely the best and fastest and always pleases. I recommend her to everyone who needs a pedicure or their nails done. She doesnt turn you away but will find time to take care of you. Did I mention perfectionist? Yep!! For sure!

Connie McCullough Helen worked me in to her schedule when I called at the last minute! She did an awesome job on my nails! I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a full set of acrylic nails! She actually "dipped" mine and did a wonderful job!!

Karen Lewis I have been going to Natalie for 4 years now. I love this salon and have been really happy with the service I have received and every haircut has been what I wanted, or better than I expected. So much so, that both of my daughters (21 and 13), as well as my son (16) see her. I have fine, thin hair and somehow Natalie works her magic to make my hair look great every time I see her. She has also done hair and makeup for special events in our family, like weddings and dances. We wouldnt go anywhere else!

Ariel Reed I recently had my hair done by Bethann. I recommend her to anyone. Especially if you have thick curly hair. Or you’re scared of changes with your hair. She explained everything to me as she did it. I usually hate doing anything with my hair bc I lack the confidence and poor hair jobs in the past didn’t help. Also. Everything was reasonably priced. She took her time. And she was super sweet. I went in feeling like a 5. And I left for sure feeling like a ten. All five stars belong to the stylist.

Lorena Uriostigui I absolutely love my hair from here!!! I was in the area visiting my family. My hair was in terrible shape after I used box color to dye it red!!! I had my hair transformed by the wonderful hair stylist, Jessica. She corrected my hair color and gave me a great cut. Her consultation and professional demeanor put all my worries to rest. She explained that box color is the worst thing for my hair and that I can easily maintain it with the right combination of products and techniques. Its a long trip for me but I will definitely be back here.

I was so nervous before my appointment but Jessica’s calm, friendly, and professional demeanor put me at ease. Gibson William I usually don’t get a hair cut by anyone other than my barber, but he wasn’t available and I had an event was attending and decided to give the JCPenney salon a try. I’m so glad I did because the stylist Senice Bowman greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. I told her that I needed a hair cut and shave for my event that evening and she said she would have me looking great. When I saw myself in the mirror after my cut and shave, I looked and felt like a new and refreshed man. Thank you Senice.

Sha Hunter I went in for a silk press today my stylist was a no show so I had to use a different stylist who obviously did not know how to do a silk press! I will not be returning!!!! Terrible service I received a call back for services that I didn’t find acceptable and they only offered a discount despite the fact that I traveled to get a certain stylist who was a no show!!! Very poor service!!!!

Stephanie Wasson Urban moon salon is amazing! The style is trendy and casual but very professional as well. The stylist are friendly and very knowledgeable. Ashley Derrick does amazing work. Cut, color, waxing, styling… she does a great job at it all. She and her staff are honest about coloring, process time, etc. Ashley won’t provide a service if she knows it will ruin your hair. For this I am beyond thankful! Go give these girls a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Vickie Al-Dubais I have thin hair and for my birthday my daughter bought me micro extensions from Ashley. At our last appointment, Ashley got to put them in for me and I absolutely love them. She colored my hair and then took the time to needed, without rushing, to apply each micro extension. I always look forward to my appointments with her to catch up and come out looking and feeling like a million bucks.

Jessica Stanley Absolutely the best! Karlee McDonald literally is QUEEN OF CUTS! I feel so hyped and my self confidence is always boosted with she does my hair ! I’ve been through every style, hair length and color just about and she has done it all! My hair is still healthy too! She gives recommended products, hair routines and what not to do when taking care of your hair ! The atmosphere here is so calm and collected! This day was defiantly my highlight ! Urban Moon all the way. Can not wait until my next visit!
