5 /5 Ashley Gibson: I’ve only ever had the pleasure of seeing Nikki and Kenzie but I have such good things to say about both. I went to Nikki today and she did such an amazing job! This is probably my favorite blonde I’ve ever been. That’s saying a lot because I came in with hot roots and brass. She toned and perfected it into my exact ideal color. I honestly was in shock. 10000/10 stars. They’re both also sooo sweet. I’m not a hugger but they make you want to hug them.

1 /5 Tori Vallelunga: I came in for a brunette all over and some dimension. Megan left tons of my original black all over, gave me random chunky highlights and random skinny ones, nothing was blended. 3 other experienced hair stylists have agreed with me that there was no reason she wouldn’t have been able to do what I asked, and that she did in fact not give me anything close to what I was asking for. Megan offered to bring me darker to fix her mistake making it be that I would have paid $200 just go back to dark all over (going back to what I walked in with) Hence paying for nothing. She wasn’t willing to do what I asked for in the first place and only agreed to refund me my $20 tip. I was not happy at all with her not being willing to do what I asked for.
