5 /5 Michelle Young: Elena was super helpful and made my experience a great one. The time she took to show me different options for hair toppers and educating me on them was much appreciated. These are definitely an investment but you can be confident in the quality. I like that shes trained to customize the topper or wig to your liking or needs and has first hand experience of the products she sells. She shared with me the more breathable options the different coverage options and the differences with each. I couldnt be happier with the service that I was given. I never once felt pressured to purchase and that meant a lot to me because its definitely something to plan for (at least for my budget) but when Im ready I will definitely be returning.

2 /5 Sandra Garcia: I usually enjoy coming to Lox and feel pretty comfortable walking in, but I visited this past week and they had a new stylist. I’m not opposed to trying someone new for what I believe to be a pretty normal haircut (an inch off the length and long layers) but I regret stopping in now. My “layers” are so hard to blend even though I usually curl my hair anyway (probably weren’t blended at all) where I part my hair to the side because they’re so much shorter than the other side of my head and they just stick out if I don’t keep running my fingers through it. She parted my hair down the middle to cut the layers and didn’t adjust much when she parted it back to the side after cutting. I’m so upset to have spent $40 on this cut (after tip) because I didn’t realize the extent of the problem at the salon (the stylist didn’t blow dry my hair after she cut it so it looked normal wet). I don’t think I’ll be back. It may seem really minimal to someone else but I’ve never had this issue and I’ve been getting layers my entire life. Now I have to wait for this to grow back out. 5 /5 Brianna Ybarra: Great service! The salon stuck to my appointment time and no time was wasted. While getting my hair washed, the water was perfect temperature and the mini scalp massage was very relaxing. Elena helped me figure out the perfect layers for my face shape and the style left me feeling confident and loving my new look.
