1 /5 Mercedes Rodriguez: I worked with the stylist Gabriella - I had a very unfortunate experience. I had a color (balayage) and cut w her a few days ago, loved the color and the service I got day of. Today I got around to straightening my hair and it was so uneven and choppy. I sent her pictures and asked her how she plans to rectify the situation (I wasn’t sure if she was planning on a partial refund or if she was going to offer something for the inconvenience) but she went on to make excuses on how the correction haircut I was to receive was free and that’s her rectifying the situation. Ultimately I did not feel comfortable with her doing the correction after the back and forth. I messaged the owner and she was very helpful in wanting to get me to a new stylist to do the correction but my originally stylist Gabby blocked me on Instagram so I was just not comfortable even stepping into the salon again. I’m sure the other ladies at the salon do an awesome job - but for the overpriced hack job I received I was VERY unhappy (~$350). I DO NOT RECOMMEND GABRIELLA.

Makeup was also done at Dry Room and got so many compliments , woke up next day still with a head of hair and a full face of makeup. Definitely recommend. ❤️

Christopher Zuniga: Friendly and welcoming but a little disappointed about prices for men’s and boys cuts. I should have asked beforehand but 30$ for men’s cut and $20 for kids cut was a little steep. Will ask beforehand next time. Haircut was average for price of cut.

It’s so rare to find hairdressers who can cut and style curly hair well, and she’s the only one I’ve ever met who did both to an amazing level. Super sweet and professional, amazing prices that match her skill, and a really comfortable environment. My best experience so far getting my hair cut; she’ll be my choice as long as I can keep booking with her.

Michelle Young: Elena was super helpful and made my experience a great one. The time she took to show me different options for hair toppers and educating me on them was much appreciated. These are definitely an investment but you can be confident in the quality. I like that shes trained to customize the topper or wig to your liking or needs and has first hand experience of the products she sells. She shared with me the more breathable options the different coverage options and the differences with each. I couldnt be happier with the service that I was given. I never once felt pressured to purchase and that meant a lot to me because its definitely something to plan for (at least for my budget) but when Im ready I will definitely be returning.

Raquel cut my hair in subtle layers beautifully & I went ahead and got the keratin treatment to help with my frizzy hair, which she also did a great job with. I will definitely be coming back!

Ingrid Avila: I asked the stylist to do my hair a certain way and it came out complete opposite on how I wanted it. So we had to fix my hair and the stylist was acting immature and throwing a fit because I didnt like it. I felt like they didnt want my service and she had a appointment after me so she was rushing me. The way the stylist handled the situation made me cry at the salon. I regret going there and wasting my money.
