Nayeli Sanchez Have been going to this beauty salon for more than 5 years and I have to be honest they get better and better and greater with time at first I only went for eyebrow wax now I go for haircuts cavitation radio frequency treatment to get my nails done and many other services they have really polite people working theyre always having their customers laughing always worrying about their customers always giving their customers the best services. I shower 2 to 3 times a day I washed dishes all day long I clean every day I have kids at home and not one nail has given me a problem not one has lifted it all the nails look like they were just put on today. You really need to go try out this Salon 100 percent recommended

Alma Lane I visited this shop for hair business. The worker was timely starting on my hair at my appointment time. She greeted me upon my arrival as always. The place was very clean as always. She always continuously work on my hair while Im there. She never has during the many times that Ive gone to this shop about my hair. She completed my coloring on my hair, etc. She never stopped due to a distraction. I recommend Kelley in this shop for all of your needs! She get you in & out with a professional hair work! Tarah Amazing experience each time I visit. She’s an old-school stylist who knows all the new hair techniques. I have long, thick natural hair, and she is always more than happy to style it with the utmost professional customer service. This time, I decided to pamper myself with a steam deep conditioning treatment. It was amazing. Usually, I only get a silk press and a trim, which always turn out fabulous. She also gave me many recommendations for products and tips to help improve the health of my natural hair when I asked her about taking care of it at home.

Brandi Hazel I was looking for someone to detox my hair and found this place on Google. My stylist was Mrs. La Tasha and I cant tell you enough on how my visit was amazing. She had great customer service (which at times is hard to find). Every step and all products she used on my hair she educated me about before using. After detoxing, she dried and flat ironed my hair. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Do yourself a favor and book today!

Aaliyah Hernandez What a disaster!!! From the first booking to the last. Issue after issue. Originally, I booked through an app where I found out later she hasnt used it in about 2 year and it charged me $4 to book. When it was time for my appointment, I waited close to an hour in the parking lot before I finally found her on Facebook and contacted her to see what was going on. She apparently had no idea that I had an appointment and I had to take a full day because of availability. No one else could schedule me because of the short notice. Paying was also a nightmare. There was always an issue so I had to go back out and go to the the ATM. There also hasnt been 1 appointment when it was on time. 20-25 minute wait minimum. I booked an appointment 2 weeks in advanced and I called an hour and a half before my appointment just to make sure everything is ok. Apparently something happened and from the looks of it, I wouldnt have known that my appointment was basically cancelled until I got there. She "booked" me an appointment with someone else, who ALSO had a " family emergency". I dont know what happened and why it was so difficult to give me a phone call so I have a heads up but I guess thats apart of being unprofessional.

Seri Original Melody is a wonderful hair stylist! She created a new look for me which I desperately needed. My appointment was easy to obtain and she was right on time and ready for me when I got there. thank you, Melody! And what a pretty name.

Kasci Toups Came to Melody after realizing my hair was fried and broken from the last new stylist I had tried after moving to Beaumont recently. It was bad yall and I expected to have jaw length hair after this appointment. Melody managed to give me a cut that not only left me with healthy hair but so much more length than I realized I could keep. We’re talking 2-3 inches past my shoulders! She’s a true professional y’all! *edit to add* this price included a color correction of sorts not just a haircut and shampoo.
