Happily Cauley Vlog: First time there I showed up early because the website said if you 15 minutes late they charge you $25. My appointment was at 10, when I came in at 9:59 they said she wasn’t there. So I waited 30 minutes before the receptionist said chantel said she is 10 minutes away. Ten minutes went by nobody, so symone I think her name was said I’ll take you. She was so sweet and informative. When symone was wash my hair chantel comes walking, I had waited over a hour for her. She apologize but sorry doesnt get my time back. She offer no discount or nothing. She was late over 15 minutes she should have offer me $25 discount since that’s her rules
