1 /5 Aaliyah Hernandez: What a disaster!!! From the first booking to the last. Issue after issue. Originally, I booked through an app where I found out later she hasnt used it in about 2 year and it charged me $4 to book. When it was time for my appointment, I waited close to an hour in the parking lot before I finally found her on Facebook and contacted her to see what was going on. She apparently had no idea that I had an appointment and I had to take a full day because of availability. No one else could schedule me because of the short notice. Paying was also a nightmare. There was always an issue so I had to go back out and go to the the ATM. There also hasnt been 1 appointment when it was on time. 20-25 minute wait minimum.
I booked an appointment 2 weeks in advanced and I called an hour and a half before my appointment just to make sure everything is ok. Apparently something happened and from the looks of it, I wouldnt have known that my appointment was basically cancelled until I got there. She "booked" me an appointment with someone else, who ALSO had a " family emergency". I dont know what happened and why it was so difficult to give me a phone call so I have a heads up but I guess thats apart of being unprofessional.
