Wilma Jones While the establishment is very clean, inviting, and relaxing the older gentleman nail techs are a little rough and aggressive. I understand they are on timer based services. However, this causes them to rush and end up cutting us with the tools and rushing through pedicure procedures. Everyone is always nice and professional and we love that.

sara suncar My experience at Rose was extraordinary so relaxing and refreshing. Mike was amazing at my pedicure and nails. If your looking for an amazing relaxing experience then you need to go to Rose its in the same area of Sams Club/walmart. The front desk was courtesy and kind this place deserves a ten star rating.

Amira Sanchez Pros: the salon is very clean and can accommodate lots of people, the atmosphere is really nice. Cons: my technician did a very inconsistent ombre on my nails and didnt seem too pleased with doing my nails. She was sighing and audibly expressing that the nails I requested were tiresome for her. The shape and length was different for each nail, some were lopsided and there was leftover acrylic under my nails. She was nice but clearly not having a good day. I paid $75 (before tip) for these nails so I expected better quality. The last photo on my review is what I requested. I would still recommend this salon.

Vanessa Capps I had a great experience. I set my appointment ahead of time and when I got there, they got me right in. Lien worked on my manicure and nail color and she took my photo inspo and made it her own and it looked so good and colorful just like I wanted it. My pedicure was also great and even though I had to stay after close (my nails took longer because of the design) the lady took her time and did not make me feel unwanted. Highly recommend.

Rosa Garcia Kloe is a wonderful technician. Always does an amazing job. So friendly and thorough too. Jenny was so patient will my 80 year old mother. My mom really enjoyed her. We both had the Deluxe Pedi and Mani. They got us in very quickly. They take alot more walk-ins than appointments.

Heather Davis Very happy with service. Kathy took her time taking off nails with sensitive beds and in explaining options and nail health that I had questions on (solar vs dip). Switched to Solar. Visiting Lufkin from Fort Worth I was highly impressed and this was the first time in a long time didn’t feel rushed or pushed along. Thank you Kathy! Wish I lived closer… I’ll be saving my nails for you as much as possible!

Kaleigh Lawson Ive been going here off and on for pedicures for a while, and finally took a leap at getting my nails done too. I absolutely love Kathy, shes creative and helpful with her suggestions and also fun to talk with. I always leave there feeling fabulous lol. I highly recommend her. My mom sees Tracy and loves her. Im due for a fill/new set in the picture with the pink/coral/white nails, but wanted to show how pretty they are! The green set was my absolute favorite with the color changing solid green (light green to dark green) and then the beautiful green cat eye paint...I went back to get my toes to match and had a second nail painted with it. Ive also taken my kiddo up there and Chloe (maybe Kloe? Not sure how to spell her name) was SO patient and sweet. Definitely recommend Tracys Nails. :)

Alina Cantu the only place me and my man will go for pedicures and they do great nails too. we have been going here for couple of years now and they always give great service.

Analece Leger Worst experience ive ever had. Lashes were supposed to last 10-14 days and fell off in 24 hours also some of my natural lashes fell out with the fake ones. Would not give me a refund even though she obviously did something wrong

Yvette Sanchez Great services! Got a Pedi and a ombré full set. Not sure who did what they never introduced themselves to me. Very gently and thorough and did amazing ; however, they lost a star for the following…I asked for my cuticles to be cut and cleaned up and I was told I don’t need it, I asked for glitter in the white powder and the woman was semi pushy trying to get me to get glitter in both the white and pink…I stood my ground and got what I wanted. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years and know what I like. Also on their website they have a 10% off coupon and did not want to honor it bc it had “expired” however there is no expiration date on it just simply 10% off. After talking to 2 women they finally decided to give me the 10% off. Over all a good experience I live in Tomball and am visiting my boyfriend this weekend in Sam Rayburn but def will be back!!

Sierra Blangger This was my 2nd trip here and theyve definitely earned a new customer. Lily takes her time to meticulous perfection and shes very sweet. River does great on my toes and is very friendly. I met her when she worked at another local nail place. They were excited for my engagement last time I came in and theyre always willing to stay late if needed, although I did try to come way earlier this time. Lily apologized about taking a long time today but I thanked her for getting my nails just right. Another thing thats awesome about Lily is that she cares for your NATURAL nail unlike many other nail techs. She didnt clip my nails down when she put on my tips last time (pink) and now my natural nails are longer and I dont have to get tips (blue). She was also able to make the first two fingers on my right hand look just like all the other nails after the natural nail broke off (didnt make it in soon enough). I cant wait to come back!

robert artz I was out of town guest. I had a very good experience at this nail salon. I would definitely recommend. The lady who helped me (wished I knew her name) was very caring towards me. She noticed a nail that was damaged on my foot. It was actually about to fall off. She carefully removed it and prevented me from injury. So glad I never ripped it off when applying and removing my socks. Incredible job and service! My pedicure was only $40. And that included buffing the nails for a nice shine.

Park1way Way1park Went in yesterday because I was in need of a fill.. she matched the acrylic as best she could because I had nude for my ombré base. She did an amazing job!! The atmosphere was one of the most peaceful experiences I have had in a while. It’s almost like they pray for the stillness of peace in there. I am thankful to have went. This is coming from a Florida woman!! If I’m ever back in this area I’ll definitely be coming back!

Veronica Parsons I went to get a regular fill. made modifications for the nail tech because she was unable to match the acrylic. The acrylic is so uneven and the design of the nail is hideous I will never go back again and will never recommend this place. I paid more than a regular fill should have been and Im now having to pay extra to have a different nail technician from a different salon to fix them.

Heather Cooper My experience was not good at all will not be going back.the service was not the best, when calling to make the appointment the lady was rude. My friend and I went my nails turned out good but my friends nails were AWFUL. When we left the first time her nails were so bad she was embarrassed to have anyone see them. The nail chipped within an hour and nail polish pored from it all over her hand. We went back to have them fix them which they did for free but gave her the same nail tech she was so afraid of doing color she just did a solid color. Very disappointed

Dana King Veronica does an AMAZING job. She is so sweet and very efficient. Im very picky about my nails being a nail tech myself. - too lazy to do my own-- she never disappoints. Everyone in the salon is very friendly too. I love this place! ❤️

Rick & Monica Caldwell 3 of us went in today without appointments for pedicures. We were greeted immediately upon entering and found the atmosphere to be very relaxing. The staff was super friendly, made us feel special and important. They took the time to make each of us feel special. The equipment was nice and clean and as I said before the staff was fantastic! I would definitely recommend them!

T B Not happy with what was done. This is my second time in my life getting this done. I saw the reviews and said awesome lets go.... He cut a chunk out of my pinky finger. I thought it wouldnt be to bad since it didnt bleed but its definitely raw, plus he never tended to my cuticles. So Ive got crusty unpushed manicured nails. Later on he cut my middle finger near the cuticle when I asked him why he didnt do my cuticles and he calls himself cleaning it up. When I told him he actually had the nerve to catch an attitude with me. He then got distracted and never filed down one of my hands and began painting them. The paint was somewhat ok. Not going here again.

Emma Ward A friend of mine recommended this salon to me and I honestly will say I am shocked by some of the reviews I’ve read! Last appointment I went to, Kevin was my nail tech instead of Mai so I have had experience with both and can say without a doubt this is hands down my favorite nail salon to come to. Although the pedicures have been a little painful, my feet have absolutely never looked healthier in my life. The environment at this salon is so quiet and laid back and I leave feeling much more relaxed each time.

Christina Mikeska First picture is what I went in with just needed a refill second picture is when I made the first guy stop cause I had no acrilic on the tip of my nails and the lady told me it was her shop and they never put acrilic on the tip which makes no sense to me at all then I had the lady stop cause she was going to leave my nails that shape and paint them and I told her I wasnt happy with the work and pointed out what I didnt like and she proceeded to yell at me and tell me I was wrong and she was trying to make them beautiful and I told her I didnt care for it again he yells its her shop and she knows what she is doing and I dont...so I get up and was like no Im not doing this and Ive been getting my nails done since I was about 14 and never have I walked away so she tells me I have to pay and I said that was fine how much she said you pay half $25 I said uhh no cause if you look at the price list nowhere did it say $50 refill so if Im paying half how do I owe you $25 so I told her I would give her $10 she wasnt having it and I told her I will have a cop come out but still not paying more than $10...so I go outside and call non emergency number and about 6 mins after I get off the phone with dispatch Im on the phone with the boyfriend and the guy come out to smoke and tells me to call 911 I dont say anything so when the cop gets there I show him pictures of the prices and he dont get how $25 is half either then the cop asked how much does she owe you and the guy said $30 cause I called the cops and the officer said so there is now a cop fee so the cop asked who owns the shop and the guy said him then the lady said her just one big fat mess so I proceed to go outside and wait for the officer and I asked whats the deal and he tells me they want me to leave and never come back and he didnt see me doing that so it wont be a problem and I said nope and if he had a wife or girlfriend dont ever send her there to get nails done...I dont normally complain I just go home and fix them if I dont like the work but this was just horrible...the very first thing I had an issue with was not having acrilic on the tip of my nails and thats not a hard fix so it shouldnt have turned into all this and this place needs to be shut down...in the end I didnt pay them any money and I went somewhere else and had them done right..and if I could give no stars I would worst experience ever

bush d (MiMi) Worst place ever I asked for pink with white tips but got a French instead. Not neatly done at all. One hand had more acrylic than the other. My manicure was rushed and half done. When I brought it to the manicurist attention she was rude and disrespectful. I will never go back. Only good thing is the guy at the desk refunded me on my nails after soaking them off.

Sherry Jackson They are the Worst in Lufkin, Like the worst! The building smell like mildew, there is no air ! The owner, which is the dad gone over charge you && cut your skin . The daughter Swan is back & she is rude as ever , she does not have any customer service , she hate doing pedicure so she definitely not going to do her job correctly. They dont even deserve 1 star… I will be reporting them to the health department !

Elleysetta Zaboraf Went in to get a manicure and pedicure, and had a reference photo for the manicure design I wanted. I asked for a specific nail tech that i had been recommended by a friend, but the older male that actually ended up doing my manicure told me no, and that it would take too long for me to wait for her after my pedicure was done. My pedicure came out alright and the girl who did it was sweet, but the design on my manicure by the male came out sloppy and the acrylic was lumpy and too thick. One of my nails came out looking crooked as well, and I ended up with a small cut on one cuticle. I kept getting the sense that he was rushing, even though the entire visit took almost three hours. At the end of it I just wanted to get out of there so I said nothing about the condition of my nails.
