I don’t remember their names but everyone was so kind and patient with us, letting us look at every bag we were interested in and monogramming with care. I would rather go to the Tyler location than Houston or Dallas. I can’t wait for my next purchase :)

5 /5 Samantha Johnson: Jessica helped me find the right purse for my specific needs and requests. She even made suggestions for accessories I may need later to accommodate a medical need. She gave me space to look and try different items out while being right there any time I had a question. The store was also clean and presented well.

1 /5 Juan Flores: we bought a pair of shoes for a gift!! We told the seller that it might not be the correct size, she assured us that there was no problem, because if it was not the correct size, the policy says that we can change them within 30 days. My brother-in-law tried it on only once and it was not the correct size. We went back to the store to exchange them for the correct size (we didnt even want the money) to which they told us that they were used and they couldnt do anything. The attitude they took does not seem fair to me, we will never buy in this store again.
