Joanna Green First of all Logan was my sons my mothers grandson attorney. My mother and I had a hard time getting a meeting with him. He lied constantly to my mother and I. Told us the man he hit had something in the man he hit system. He never disclosed what the man had in his system which he said it could help my son’s case. My mom and I would take turns going to court. The day my mother went. Logan and other attorneys (in court) were laughing about other clients which was so uncalled for. I would NEVER use Logan as my attorney. He’s a LIAR!

justin williams I am the father of Denise Felixs two baby daughters who were involved in an auto accident. My daughters had to go to the doctor and Denise still have on going injuries from that accident, but everyone else involved in the case like the attorneys, litigation specialist, litigation paralegal, Texas Alliance Medical Group, Summit Imaging, Asp Cares, and Pharmacy all received thousands of dollars from my familys misfortune and pain, but Denise received $825.27 as her part of the settlement. It makes me disappointed and disgusted in the law office of Frederick L McGuire and I will NEVER use or refer this law office to any person on earth. This should be criminal!

Denise Felix This law office is the worse, I will never use or refer anyone to use Frederick L. McGuire law office in this life or the next. I was in an accident with my children and in the end I am still suffering with on going pain and swelling in my knee from the accident. We all who were involved in the accident walked away with pennies, but this law office and the medical group and Summit Imaging all received more money in the settlemen then me and and my children. I would have received more money if I had just taken the money that the insurance company had offered me to settle the case.

Tina Rawls I called Rick McGuire law office after I was rear ended. Right away they got me started with medical care. The girls in his office are very friendly and helpful. I feel like I am in good hands. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good law firm.

Isabella Ancira When it came to the people who helped with getting the case together they were nice and helpful, but when it came to dealing with Rick McGuire he’s the most disrespectful and rudest person ever. He got my case mixed up with someone else’s then I tried to have a conversation over the phone with him wouldn’t even let me talk just kept yelling and when I finally was able to say something I asked is there a reason why he’s being so rude especially when I’m a client and was told I needed to find a new attorney. He would always send me letters insulting me, when I finally received my file I found out he stole $2,500 from me and won’t answer phone calls anymore all of a sudden.Would never recommend him to anyone disrespectful and unprofessional!

Tracy Long Is this man still practicing law? We have been trying to reach him for a yr and a half. Not once has a person answered the phone. The voice-mail is always full and the one time I was able to leave a message, no one returned my call. How does a lawyer stay in business if no one can reach them?

Yvonne Thomas There is very poor communications with this attorneys office. I would email and leave messages all the time, and they rarely responded. Once you pay them in full they forget about you. They changed receptionist three times in seven months. I will never used them again. B T

Shannon McWilliams Ive seen Michelle on two different times while trying to do my own divorce. The first visit, I was set to hire her. She told me I didnt need an attorney. My divorce would be very simple and she got me going in the right direction, telling me all the forms that I would need. With my second visit, she was able to help me finish up some paperwork that I was unsure about and made sure I was ready for court. She is very honest and fair. I highly recommend her.

Kira Hughes My father is represented by Michelle. In January he went to her office to turn himself in and she advised him not to do so and sent him home. The victim of the case sent an affidavit of non prosecution to Michelle and she stated that she sent it to DA. However, the DA confirmed with the victim that they never received it from Michelle or her staff. I tried several times to get updates on my father since I have power of attorney and the staffs exact words were y’all don’t pay us the state does! Do not call back this office we will not pick up!! I was like wow they really just admitted that if they are court appointed they just look at you like another number. She had all evidence that this case was bogus and still has yet to do the right thing by client. In 5 months he has yet got a visit from Michelle nor has he been able to speak to her on the phone. This is not Justice this is corruption.
