Lisa H Julissa is the laziest, most dishonest lawyer I have ever met. She was court appointed in our guardianship case. I have video of her spending a measly 30 minutes with our family member only to play with her hair and talk about herself. She then billed us $8k+ for fake services and fees. She also never once showed up to court looking halfway professional. I would be ashamed and if she was my lawyer.

Brandt Osborne If I could give zero stars I would! I have been in real estate for almost 8 years and have never had a title company be so unprofessional and unresponsive throughout a transaction. We have gone over a week without any update after many emails and calls to Carrie. She never replies! When you do get a hold of her she says she will call you back by the end of the day with an update and of course she never does!! My client(the seller) has done business with them several times and even she has tried to contact her for an update and gets nothing! AVOID THIS TITLE COMPANY AT ALL COST!! They are terrible to deal with.

charleen morris I dont like giving reviews but I have to for this company. The closing on my home was supposed to be10/23/2023. I was informed by Trinity title that they there was a problem that my mortgage company had not sent Trinity the payoff.I called my mortgage company to ask if there was a problem and I was told that the email that Trinity sent was never received. I contacted Trinity and I was told that the email that was used was the one on the paperwork I signed back in 2012. Ok that email is void because of the death of a family member and no one at Trinity title even contacted my mortgage lender after that. An email that is 11 years old.REALLY. I had to get this information for Trinity title. My realtor and myself traveled to Waxachie on 10/25/2023 we were told to come sign my side of the closing. While in the conference room I was told that the money from the sale of my home would be in my account no later than 2pm. Well its 10/26/2023 at 7am and no money is in my account. Just lies from either the person Carrie Wilson or Trinity. I havent ever had a company be so unprofessional ever.

David R This lawyer is absolutely terrible. If you can afford to pay for legal help, she might assist you, but if youre assigned to her as a public defender, shell likely abandon you. Other attorneys Ive spoken with confirm this. If youre in need and cant afford private counsel, youre out of luck with her. Avoid this lawyer at all costs. She seems more interested in money than in helping those who truly need it. Kathy, do better! Update to Kathys response You convicted me before we even spoke. I had no chance to explain my actions. In fact, I had to plead with you to listen to me but it didnt matter. You cannot, in good conscience, deny the level of help you provided was affected by monetary gains. As Ive stated, other lawyers I spoke with affirmed this statement to be true. So please dont try to explain your actions away. I had a story to tell but it didnt matter. You and I both watched the same footage, right there, in your office but you had already pegged me as guilty so it didnt even matter. Under the duress of confinement, and seeing how you already convicted me before we spoke, I got railroaded. I stand firmly on my words.

Robert Bryson Kathy was able to get a traffic ticket I received in Palmer, TX dismissed for me. I have a CDL which makes this type of dismissal almost impossible, but Kathy got it done! Im so grateful for her assistance with this! Im a criminal defense investigator in Houston, so I asked for recommendations from attorneys in the Palmer area and she came recommended by two different attorneys. Kathy has great communication skills and was able to get it taken care of quickly. If youre here for a CDL traffic violation, look no further! Thank You Kathy!

Kathryn Soliz Very unprofessional. Told me on Friday that he would represent my son. Called on Monday to pay the retainer fee and was waiting for a phone call back. Never received a phone call back, I call back on Tuesday only to be told Charles Slaton will be in trial until December and can’t represent me. So why was I never called back? Very disappointed. The receptionist was also unprofessional. I recommend you do not hire Charles Slaton.

Zachary Johnson I dealt with Mr. McGuire when I was 9 years old, in 1998 due to a car accident. We required his legal services for me, to set aside money for when I turned 18. When I came back to Mr. McGuire in 2007, he had no clue whom I was. He tried to charge me for his services that we paid for prior. I would not go to this man for his services. I went to him for criminal issues in waxahachie, tx and he treated me guilty, even as my attorney. I had to beg him to do his job. Went to court and he just sat there and asked for more time to investigate. Then when he would talk to me one on one, he wouldn’t look at me, he would stare at the wall. He told me to take the deal, it was the best I could get unless I wanted to spend more money. When I spoke about money, his eyes widened. When I spoke about the cops breaking into my house, throwing me in the cop car, and abusing me, he didn’t care. Waxahachie police officers 2015. I have significant encephalomalacia on my left frontal lobe. Yes. Brain damage. This man sat there and harassed and treated me like a delinquent when I had a head injury and stroke in 1998. He never once asked about my medical records which is why he handled my case in 1998. He is an ambulance chaser.
