    Joanna Green: First of all Logan was my sons my mothers grandson attorney. My mother and I had a hard time getting a meeting with him. He lied constantly to my mother and I. Told us the man he hit had something in the man he hit system. He never disclosed what the man had in his system which he said it could help my son’s case. My mom and I would take turns going to court. The day my mother went. Logan and other attorneys (in court) were laughing about other clients which was so uncalled for. I would NEVER use Logan as my attorney. He’s a LIAR!

    Robert Patterson: I contacted them seeking assistance. I was told that consultation would cost $100 for an hour. Bruce Stratton listened to me for 5 minutes and told me to email all information and that he would send a letter to begin process. Two days later I called back and was told he was too busy to deal with my issue.I sent email inquiring why and was told by him that he would look back in to it and if he could not do anything he would refund my $100. Over a month later and more calls to them I still have not heard anything or had my money returned. Not a client oriented practice.

My divorce would be very simple and she got me going in the right direction, telling me all the forms that I would need. With my second visit, she was able to help me finish up some paperwork that I was unsure about and made sure I was ready for court. She is very honest and fair. I highly recommend her.

My daughters had to go to the doctor and Denise still have on going injuries from that accident, but everyone else involved in the case like the attorneys, litigation specialist, litigation paralegal, Texas Alliance Medical Group, Summit Imaging, Asp Cares, and Pharmacy all received thousands of dollars from my familys misfortune and pain, but Denise received $825.27 as her part of the settlement. It makes me disappointed and disgusted in the law office of Frederick L McGuire and I will NEVER use or refer this law office to any person on earth. This should be criminal!
