shakirnr I honestly do not know how this business can keep its doors open! No craftsmanship and lacks attention to detail. I brought two watches a Bulova and Movado and he did a poor cleaning on both and couldnt install new battery correctly in my Movado. Watch is working went elsewhere. Avoid this business.

He was very transparent and informative as he walked me through the process of evaluating my items. His offer was fair, and honestly more than I expected. Alex Lupulescu I must have walked by this stand a hundred times while inside HEB. It wasnt until recently that I needed some help resizing a bracelet (see before picture) I had just gotten as an anniversary present that I started looking for a small business jeweler in the area and came across the many 5 star reviews for Hiram. Much like everyone else, I had a fantastic experience. I texted Hiram, got a quote, and dropped off the bracelet that afternoon. It was ready the next evening. I couldnt even tell where it had been shortened. It was beautiful, fit perfectly, and retained its function, all for excellent pricing, turnaround time and customer service (the after looks just as beautiful, but fits perfectly with 6 links removed). Now I am thinking about all the other jewelry repairs/adjustments I never knew I needed! Thanks again for the excellent service and workmanship Hiram!

Cheryl Collins Pearland Jewelry repaired my grandmother’s wedding ring for me and did a beautiful job. The prongs were broken because of 70 years of wear and the ring is platinum. The coordinating band was made at a later time and was white gold, which was wearing off and needed dipped. Then I needed to increase it two sizes in order to wear on my right hand. All these repairs were done at a reasonable cost and in 4 days!! I am thrilled!

James Murchison Horrible customer service. They were rude and condescending when I tried to return an item that was causing my wife pain. All in all, don’t shop at this location if you want a good experience.
