1 /5 Gabriel Torre: The staff at the store are extremely unprofessional. They are dishonest, lacking integrity, and respect for their customers. Specially Chris the main gun sales person. He will act friendly while lying to you and trying to do what’s only in his own self interest. I’ve had him do this to me on multiple occasions, on one of them the store manager had to step in to correct the situation. This person has little to no integrity. I spoke to some higher-ups and although polite they did absolutely nothing to correct the situation. There’s too many other good competitors in the area to give any business to a place that doesn’t appreciate it. If I could give them -5 stars I would.

1 /5 Kemah Hunt: Offer was a bit insulting. And reason being “no history with the store” and “it’ll be cheaper to repay”. As if they actually care about you coming to get your items back…very laughable. Will never come back.

Thank you again Christopher and the Money Mart Pawn Shop crew! If your in need theses guys and gals really are doing their very best to get you what you need are come pretty close to it! 5 /5 Albert Podesta: Christopher is one of the managers here. Hes got excellent customer service as well as considerate of their time when running in & out. Their hand bags and duffle bags are upscale (expensive Louis Vuitton). My favorite item for window shopping is their Hand cannons. Everything from rugers to M1911 style guns. They even have the most beautiful lever action 30/30, Winchesters and more. I highly recommend this location specifically for men/women jewelry, hand guns, long rifles, headphones, TVs
