5 /5 Thomas McGregor: Went here for a homecoming dress and found the dress, shoes, and jewelry perfect for my daughter and she loved the experience. Checkout was swift and easy and the staff was very helpful finding the correct shoe size in the style she wanted. Recommend! Note: Go during non-peak hours or plan to be in line for dressing rooms.

2 /5 Jacklyn Smith: I really liked the selection that this location offered. My husband and I were in here for over 2 hours. We were not greeted when we walked in and we were not offered any sort of assistance at any point while we were in the store. The only time any associate spoke to us at all, was to make sure that I didn’t have more than 6 items in the fitting room at one time. I purchased 23 clothing items, and I probably would’ve purchased even more if there was even a single ounce of customer service at this store. I am a new found fan of Windsor, but I would never return to this location.

2 /5 Ismari Mora: The clothes here are very nice, but it makes me so sad that the people here are so racist and give you dirty looks when youre served, especially when youre being nice to them, even though youre not an employee, just a customer. And they, who are employees, come and make faces and look down on you. Its not right.

5 /5 Julianna Sanchez: Wow, the customer experience I had from Gabriella was, how can I say, beyond EXCEPTIONAL! Gabriella definitely needs a bonus for the tremendous help she gave me looking for a concert outfit this past weekend. She definitely knows how to make girls feel welcome and comfortable on what they are looking for. I will recommend this store to my friends and to look for Gabriella for help.
