5 /5 J. Pate: We recently purchased a Zero Turn mower at TS Caldwell, which for us was a huge decision. The staff in the mower area were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They worked with us through all of our concerns and showed up when we had a problem. Im grateful to have them serving in our community. They understand customer service, and that is so rare.

2 /5 Chris Scotti: I like tractor supply but there have been multiple times when Ive come to get my propane refilled and they did not have a staff member " certified" to fill them so kept me waiting and then turned me away. If you dont have the staff, then reduce the hours and take the propane sign down! Better yet, make sure youre managers are certified so they can fill in.

5 /5 Alicia Altemose: Allen was the most helpful employee Ive ever encountered. Very knowledgeable and gave great advice on cost effective corralling. Even helped us load gates onto the truck with a broken wrist! And found us an oversize load flag to keep us out of trouble!
