Americas Best Value Inn Caldwell - Caldwell (TX)

2 /5 Christine Gayman: I had booked a room here for a 1 night stay durning a cross country move. We were a party of 3 siblings so I booked a large room with 4 queen beds. I called to make sure a midnight to 1 am check in would be okay. We were traveling just under a 1000 miles that day. Upon arrival, i was charged for 2 night. The clerk said to me I.D. please," and never said another word.except "now credit card." When i saw the receipt, i saw he charged me for 2 nights. He did issue a refund but wasnt happy about it. The place is dingy, run down and dirty. Beds are hard, pillows are postage stamps and for a room that could potentially hold up to 8 people, there were 2 bath towels in the bathroom, and a bath mat. Would had kept on driving if we hadnt just done 18 hours on the road. Definitely would not recommend.

1 /5 david r: This hotel is the stuff nightmares are made of. I’ve never seen a hotel room so dirty. The stains all over the comforters were the first hint but there was fresh blood in the bedsheets. The first thing I did was go to the store and buy my own bedding so we could just go to sleep.

5 /5 Shane Demeere: The best Americas best value inn I’ve ever been and stayed at Larry was great a true team player after taking care of me and the front desk area he got called to my room to fix my TV because it wasn’t working. He took the time and called the TV provider DIRECTV and got it working and also I’ve never seen a pool until now in one of these. I just had an all-around great experience. I can’t wait to come back if I’m ever in the area again for work

2 /5 Felicia Lacsblue: Friendly staff, great location, loved their orange juice and waffles. However, walls are thin and you can hear guests coming and going along with their conversations, I had to wear ear buds to drown them out.

5 /5 Amber & Lonnie: We had a great stay-we didn’t know there was Texas A&M game so as you can imagine rates in Bryan were ridiculous. We were in Bryan for a Gun and Knife show. We broaden our search and it brought us here! I will say this-the employees are absolutely the best, very helpful and a delight. My husband,who thinks he should like in the Artic, was extremely happy with how cold the a/c was. My nephew was excited because he got to swim in the indoor pool. I was happy because both my boys were happy. If we find ourselves in Bryan again, I would definitely drive the extra 30 miles and stay here again-Thank y’all for a wonderful stay!
